The piercing members 52 are each of a thorn-like configuration with the pointed portion thereof facing the rear side (i.e., toward the brewing chamber 44), and each piercing member 52 is provided with a filter aperture 53 at the junction with the bottom plate 51. When the beverage material cup 200 is received in the receiving portion 442 and pressed toward the filter mechanism 5 with the brewing chamber 44 moving forward, the lid 202 is pierced by the piercing member 52, so that the beverage in the cup body 201 flows out of the filter hole 53 through the piercing member 52.
In this embodiment, the front side of the housing 1 is provided with a protrusion 11, and the protrusion 11 is located above the drip tray 6.
The lower part of the protruding part 11 is provided with a water outlet 12 with a downward opening, the chassis 51 is provided with a beverage channel 522 communicated with each filtering hole 53, and the beverage channel 522 is communicated with the water outlet 12, so that the beverage finally flows into a cup (the cup is not shown in the figure) placed on the drip tray 6 from the water outlet 11. In addition, a switch 13 is arranged on the upper side of the convex part 11, and when a user presses the switch 13, the beverage brewing program can be started.
The raw material cup collecting part 7 is detachably arranged at the lower part of the front side of the shell 1, is of a cylindrical structure with a semicircular section, and the upper part of the raw material cup collecting part is provided with a collecting part opening 7A. The collecting portion opening 7A is located below the waste channel 41B so that the drink material cup 200 can fall therein.
The handle 8 is in a belt shape, two ends of the handle are respectively hinged on the shell 1, and a user can lift the handle 8, so that the beverage brewing machine 100 is integrally lifted.
The control section controls the operation of the lid opening motor, the drive unit 42, and the water supply section 3. In the present embodiment, the control portion is a circuit board having a control chip and a corresponding control circuit, and the circuit board is disposed in a circuit board compartment 14 at the lower rear portion in the housing 1. In this embodiment, a plurality of position sensing elements electrically connected to the control portion are further disposed in the frame 41, and are used for sensing whether the beverage material cup 200 reaches a corresponding position and generating a corresponding electrical signal, including: after the beverage material cup 200 is put into the material cup channel 22, sensing whether the beverage material cup 200 slides down to reach the position of the limiting part 45; in the process that the drink material cup 200 is carried to the filtering member 5 by the brewing chamber 44, it is sensed whether the drink material cup 200 has reached a predetermined brewing position (i.e., the lid 202 abuts against the bottom plate 51, in which state the lid 202 has been pierced by the piercing member and the bottom of the cup 203 has been pierced by the filling needle 445). These position sensing elements may be infrared sensors, proximity switches, pressure sensors, or the like, and are provided near the stopper 45 or near the chassis 51. The sensing element for sensing whether the beverage material cup 200 slides down to reach the position of the limiting member 45 is referred to as a first sensing element, and the sensing element for sensing whether the beverage material cup 200 reaches the predetermined brewing position is referred to as a second sensing element.
The operation of the beverage brewing machine 100 according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Before brewing begins, the brewing chamber 44 is located at a rearward position as shown in fig. 3 and 6 so that the side wall 441 and the like are not exposed below the material cup passage 22 and do not impede the downward sliding of the beverage material cup 200.
When a user presses the button switch 13, the control part firstly controls the cover opening motor to drive the cover part 21 to rotate and open according to the electric signal of the switch 13, the raw material cup channel 22 is exposed, and at the moment, the user can put the beverage raw material cup 200 into the raw material cup channel 22 according to the direction that the cup cover 202 faces the front side and the bottom of the cup body 203 faces the rear side, so that the beverage raw material cup 200 slides downwards to the position of the limiting part 45 under the guide of the channel side cup sliding groove 221 and the frame side cup sliding groove 411.
Once the control portion receives the electric signal generated by the first sensing element corresponding to the position where the beverage material cup 200 has slid down to the stopper 45, the control portion controls the driving unit 42 to drive the screw 43 to rotate, so that the brewing chamber 44 moves forward. Since the stopper 45 is actually located between the brewing chamber 44 and the filter member 5, when the brewing chamber 44 moves forward (i.e. toward the filter member 5) under the driving of the driving portion, the beverage material cup 200 is accommodated by the accommodating portion 442 to follow the brewing chamber 44 to move forward. In the process, the beverage material cup 200 pushes the position-limiting member 45 away in both directions (i.e., the directions of arrows F2 and F3), disengages from the position-limiting member 45, and continues to move forward. When the drink material cup 200 reaches the filtering member 5 but the lid 203 is not pierced, since the brewing chamber 44 still moves forward, the drink material cup 200 will move forward to pierce the lid 202 by the piercing member 52, and the bottom of the cup body 201 is pierced by the filling needle 445, so that the drink material cup 200 finally reaches a state where the lid 202 abuts against the bottom plate 51. At this time, since the cup body 201 is inserted by the filling needle 445 and the cap 202 is pierced by the piercing member 52, the filling and brewing process can be started, and thus the beverage material cup 200 reaches the predetermined brewing position in this state.
Once the control part receives the electrical signal generated by the second sensing element and corresponding to the cup cover 202 abutting against the chassis 51, the control part controls the water supply part 3 to supply hot water for brewing into the beverage material cup 200 through the water injection needle 445 so as to brew, and the brewed beverage flows out through the water outlet 12.
After a predetermined brewing time (which can be calculated according to a predetermined brewing amount, the flow rate of the water pump in the water supply part 3, and the like), the control part controls the water supply part 3 to stop supplying hot water, and controls the driving unit 42 to drive the screw 43 to rotate in the reverse direction, so that the brewing chamber 44 moves backward and returns to the backward position before the brewing starts. In the process, the beverage material cup 200 will initially move slightly backwards under the drive of the filling needle 445, so that the cap 202 is first removed from the filter member 5. After the beverage material cup 200 reaches the position-limiting member 45, it is limited by the position-limiting member 45 and cannot move backward along with the containing portion 442. In this state, the water injection needle 445 continues to move backward along with the brewing chamber, and is separated from the drink material cup 200, the drink material cup 200 loses its support, and falls into the material cup collecting portion 7 from the waste passage 41B and the collecting portion opening 7A, and the whole brewing process is completed.
Effects and effects of the embodiments
According to the brewing positioning mechanism and the beverage preparation machine provided by the embodiment, the top of the frame body is provided with the inlet channel, the position of the bottom end of the inlet channel is provided with the limiting part, and the beverage material cup can be placed into the brewing positioning mechanism from the upper part and limited at the position of the limiting part; meanwhile, the filtering mechanism is positioned between the limiting part and the brewing bin, and the driving part only needs to drive the brewing bin to move linearly, so that the accommodating part in the brewing bin can drive the beverage raw material cup to move, and the beverage raw material cup reaches a brewing preset position at the filtering mechanism. Therefore, in the brewing positioning mechanism of the embodiment, the beverage material cup naturally moves downwards in the vertical direction by means of gravity, and the driving part and the brewing bin only need to move linearly to achieve brewing positioning.
In the embodiment, the two limiting parts are arranged in opposite directions and can be close to or far away from each other, the lower side part of the inner surface of the side part of the limiting groove in each limiting part is a curved surface, and the distance between the bottom ends of the limiting grooves is smaller than the diameter of the cup brim, so that the limiting parts can clamp and limit the beverage raw material cup when the beverage raw material cup slides downwards, and the limiting parts can be far away from each other to separate the beverage raw material cup when the brewing bin drives the beverage raw material cup to move forwards. Furthermore, the limiting part can also limit the beverage raw material cup again when the brewing bin moves backwards so as to prevent the beverage raw material cup from moving backwards due to the driving of the water injection needle. Therefore, the embodiment adopts a simple structure to realize three functions of limiting in the vertical direction after the beverage raw material cup slides downwards, separating from the limiting during brewing and limiting again in the horizontal direction after brewing is finished, and the beverage raw material cup moves in the sequence of sliding downwards, moving forwards, moving backwards and falling under the matching of the inlet channel and the brewing bin to finish the whole brewing process.
In the embodiment, because the frame body is provided with the abandonment passageway that is located the locating part below, still be equipped with raw materials cup collection portion below the abandonment passageway, therefore dash and steep the completion back, the drink raw materials cup that finishes can directly fall into raw materials cup collection portion, need not set up other removal drink raw materials cup's that finishes structure, also need not the user manually to take out drink raw materials cup.
The above embodiments are preferred examples of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
For example, in an embodiment, the limiting groove of the limiting member can allow the cup brim to enter, and the limiting groove limits the position of the beverage raw material cup by limiting the cup brim. However, in the present invention, when the beverage material cup does not have a brim, the width of the limiting groove in the horizontal direction may be set to be the same as the thickness of the beverage material cup, so that the limiting member can also limit the beverage material cup.
In an embodiment, the limiting member is movably mounted on the frame body through the guide post, and in the present invention, the limiting member may also be movably mounted on the frame body through other manners, such as directly providing a guide slot portion on the frame body and allowing the limiting member to be embedded into the guide slot portion.
In addition, in the embodiment, the circuit board bin is arranged at the lower part of the rear side of the shell, a vacant space is still reserved at the position, and a water tank for storing cold water can be arranged according to the requirement; in addition, the storage bin can be replaced by a water tank, so that the beverage preparation machine is more convenient to use.

Claims (10)

1. A brewing positioning mechanism disposed in a beverage preparation machine that employs a beverage material cup containing a beverage material for beverage brewing, for positioning the beverage material cup in a predetermined position corresponding to a filter mechanism of the beverage preparation machine during the beverage brewing process, comprising:
the frame body is fixedly arranged in the shell of the beverage brewing machine, and the top of the frame body is provided with an inlet channel for the beverage raw material cup to enter;
the limiting piece is arranged at the bottom end of the inlet channel and used for limiting the beverage raw material cup;
a brewing chamber movably mounted on the frame body and having a receiving portion for receiving the beverage material cup; and
a driving part for driving the brewing chamber to move linearly,
wherein the stopper is located between the brewing chamber and the filtering member, and the brewing chamber moves towards the filtering member under the driving of the driving part, so that the beverage material cup is accommodated by the accommodating part to move, and the beverage material cup is separated from the stopper and reaches the preset position.
2. The brewing positioning mechanism of claim 1, wherein:

a shell and a cover part, wherein the shell is provided with a plurality of through holes,
the brewing positioning mechanism is arranged in the shell,
the cover is arranged on the top of the shell and is provided with a raw material cup channel communicated with the inlet channel,
the beverage raw material cup is provided with a cup brim,
the raw material cup channel is provided with a channel side cup sliding groove which vertically extends and corresponds to the cup brim,
the inlet channel is provided with a side cup chute which extends vertically and is provided with a side cup chute,
the channel side cup sliding groove is communicated with the channel side cup sliding groove and used for guiding the beverage raw material cup to slide downwards to the position of the limiting part through the raw material cup channel and the inlet channel.
10. The beverage preparation machine of claim 8, further comprising:
the filtering mechanism is provided with a vertically extending base plate, a plurality of puncture members arranged on the base plate and used for puncturing the cup cover of the beverage raw material cup, and filtering holes arranged at the connection part of the puncture members and the base plate.
