Abstract
本申请涉及一种资源管理方法及装置,其中的一种资源管理方法包括:网络设备确定释放或禁用一份或多份上行资源,所述上行资源用于从空闲态的终端设备接收上行数据;所述网络设备发送第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示释放或禁用所述一份或多份上行资源中的部分或全部上行资源。网络设备可以对配置给终端设备的用于终端设备在空闲态下传输的上行资源实现较为灵活的管理,从而网络设备在需要调度上行资源时也可以调度这些上行资源,增加了网络设备管理资源的合理性,也提高了网络设备调度资源的灵活性,能够尽量保证该网络设备覆盖下的通信过程的正常进行,减少业务传输失败或拥塞等问题出现的概率,也提高了资源的利用率。
