acquiring a to-be-approved judicial suggestion, wherein the to-be-approved judicial suggestion comprises to-be-approved judicial suggestion information, and the to-be-approved judicial suggestion information at least comprises the following information: judicial advice questions, numbering information, main sending unit information, copying unit information, drafting date, signing and issuing date, sending date, judicial advice documents, individual case judicial proposal according to case information, case by information, drafter information and signer information;
program classification is carried out on the judicial advice to be examined and approved according to the judicial advice information to be examined and approved, and the program classification at least comprises general judicial advice and special judicial advice;
acquiring corresponding approval processes according to the program classification, wherein the approval processes comprise a general approval process and a special approval process, the general approval process corresponds to the general judicial suggestions, and the special approval process corresponds to the special judicial suggestions;
and according to the approval process, approving the judicial advice to be approved.

judging whether one similarity value in the similarity values is larger than a first similarity threshold value, if so, acquiring a document style associated with the corpus feature corresponding to the similarity value;
acquiring judicial suggestion specific content;
and generating a judicial suggestion document according to the judicial suggestion specific content and the document style.
5. The method for integrally managing and storing judicial advice information according to claim 4, wherein the court-of-law judicial advice information approval method further comprises:
acquiring judicial suggestion feedback information, wherein the judicial suggestion feedback information comprises a judicial suggestion feedback question and feedback information;
comparing the similarity of the judicial suggestion feedback questions with the judicial suggestion questions in the to-be-examined judicial suggestion information in each storage sub-library to obtain feedback similarity values;
and judging whether one feedback similarity value in the feedback similarity values is larger than a second similarity threshold value, if so, associating the judicial suggestion feedback information corresponding to the feedback similarity value with the to-be-approved judicial suggestion information.

acquiring a statistical database, wherein the statistical database comprises a plurality of sending department statistical data tables, each sending department statistical data table comprises sending department information, and the sending department information in each sending department statistical data table is different from the sending department information in other sending department statistical data tables;
traversing each to-be-examined judicial suggestion in the storage database, and acquiring to-be-examined judicial suggestion information of each to-be-examined judicial suggestion;
acquiring sending department information in each to-be-examined and approved judicial suggestion information;
and performing the following operations for each piece of judicial advice information to be examined and approved:
judging whether the sending department information of the judicial advice information to be examined and approved is the same as the sending department information of one sending department statistical data table in each sending department statistical data table, if so, judging that the sending department information of the judicial advice information to be examined and approved is the same as the sending department information of one sending department statistical data table in each sending department statistical data table
Filling at least one piece of information in other information in the judicial advice information to be approved into a sending department statistical data table which is the same as the information of the sending department;
