Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium for detecting clogging of a filter screen according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for detecting clogging of a filter includes:
100, acquiring fan torque currents of an air deflector at a plurality of different set positions;
the aviation baffle is the structure that air outlet department set up such as air conditioner or sterilizing machine, and through the position of adjustment aviation baffle, the air-out size of adjustable air outlet, under the condition that the filter screen does not have the jam, when the fan operation in the equipment, the difference of air-out size can make fan torque current also different, and under the condition that the filter screen blockked up, the influence of air-out size is then not obvious.
200, comparing the plurality of fan torque currents to obtain a first comparison result;
according to the comparison of the torque current of the fans of different positions of the air deflector, whether the filter screen is blocked or not can be preliminarily known.
300, comparing each fan torque current with a corresponding preset torque current threshold value to obtain a second comparison result;
the preset torque current threshold value is a preset value already stored in the equipment, and the correspondence here refers to the fan torque current and the preset torque current threshold value under the condition that the positions of the air deflectors are the same, and under the condition that the filter screen is blocked, the fan torque current is smaller than the initial value, so that whether the filter screen is blocked can be judged again.
And 400, determining whether the filter screen is blocked according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result, and determining that the filter screen is blocked when the first comparison result and the second comparison result are both used for determining that the filter screen is blocked.
And when the first comparison result and/or the second comparison result determine that the filter screen is not blocked, determining that the filter screen is not blocked.
Therefore, in the embodiment, whether the filter screen is blocked or not is comprehensively judged through the first comparison result and the second comparison result, the condition of error judgment under special working conditions or use environments is reduced, and the accuracy of filter screen blockage detection is further improved.
Specifically, in the aforementioned special working conditions or use environments, for example, during refrigeration (condensation is generated in the evaporator under high humidity, and an effect similar to filter screen blockage is formed), the existing detection method is prone to error judgment, but in the method provided by the present invention, the percentage change of the difference value of the fan torque currents of the air deflector at different positions is small, and therefore the first comparison result may determine that no blockage occurs. Similarly, the same is true for the use environment in which the air inlet is closer to the ceiling, which is not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, in addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, before the step of obtaining the fan torque currents of the air deflectors at a plurality of different setting positions:
the method comprises the steps of obtaining preset torque currents of an air deflector at a plurality of different set positions, and determining a preset torque current threshold according to the preset torque currents.
A plurality of different set positions of the air deflector are in one-to-one correspondence with the positions of the air deflector for acquiring the fan torque current, so that the fan torque current is compared with a preset torque current threshold value, the special working condition of the air deflector is eliminated, and a second comparison result is more accurate.
In this embodiment, the plurality of different setting positions of the air guiding plate may be three, such as the minimum opening angle, the maximum opening angle, and the central opening angle, or may be only the minimum opening angle and the maximum opening angle, as will be described later. In the invention, the set positions of the air deflector are not limited to three or two, and according to the actual situation, the more the set positions are comprehensively judged, the more accurate the obtained judgment result is.
Referring to fig. 1, further, the operation parameters of the device when obtaining the preset torque current and the fan torque current are the same.
Here, operating parameter sets up its operating parameter to the same as temperature, the gear of fan and the mounting means of equipment etc. can reduce because of different operating mode or service environment's influence, and then makes the judged result more accurate, when acquireing preset torque current and fan torque current as aforesaid, the equal ceiling of air intake of equipment is nearer, and like this, the second comparison result then can not lead to the erroneous judgement because of this factor, and the comprehensive judged result is also more accurate.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method for detecting clogging of a filter further includes:
after the filter screen is powered on for use for the first time or replaced again, calculating the accumulated running time of the equipment;
and when the accumulated running time exceeds the preset time, the filter screen blockage detection is started.
In this embodiment, this preset time is 200 ~ 600 hours, and preferred 400 hours, like this, can avoid equipment to last to detect, extravagant power consumption, after the preset time, the filter screen probability of equipment can take place the jam condition, begins to detect this moment to remind the user in time to change or wash.
In addition, in an embodiment, when the filter screen blockage detection is started, the detection is performed at intervals, for example, the detection is performed every 5 hours in an accumulated manner, so that the influence on the normal use of a user is avoided.
Moreover, in the process of detecting the blockage of the filter screen, after the air conditioner refrigerates or heats to reach the set temperature or the sterilizing machine executes the sterilizing function, the detection is started, at the moment, the equipment finishes the set function, the user experience is not influenced, the user set function is reached, the press stops rotating, condensation cannot be generated, the influence of special working conditions is reduced, and misjudgment cannot be generated.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step of obtaining the fan torque currents of the air deflectors at a plurality of different setting positions includes:
101, acquiring a fan torque current of the air deflector at the maximum opening and closing angle as a first fan torque current, and acquiring a fan torque current of the air deflector at the minimum opening and closing angle as a second fan torque current.
In this embodiment, the filter screen blockage determination is performed by only obtaining the first fan torque current and the second fan torque current, and at this time, the first preset torque current and the second preset torque current are obtained or obtained correspondingly. Because the current difference value of the maximum opening and closing angle and the minimum opening and closing angle is obvious, the judgment can be more accurate. Of course, the fan torque current of the centered opening and closing angle can be simultaneously obtained according to the requirement, and the fan torque current does not participate in the comparison with the first fan torque current or the second fan torque current according to the requirement.
The step of comparing the plurality of fan torque currents to obtain a first comparison result includes:
201, comparing the first fan torque current and the second fan torque current;
202, when the difference value between the first fan torque current and the second fan torque current is less than 10%, the first comparison result is to determine that the filter screen is blocked, otherwise, the first comparison result is to determine that the filter screen is not blocked.
Generally, the difference value between the first fan torque current and the second fan torque current is obvious, and under the condition that the filter screen is not blocked, the difference value between the first fan torque current and the second fan torque current is not less than 10%, however, when the filter screen is blocked, the difference between the fan torque currents is small no matter where the air deflector is located, and the blockage of the filter screen can be determined through the first comparison result at the moment. Of course, the difference here can be 5% according to the actual situation of the device, and is not limited.
Referring to fig. 3, in addition, the step of comparing each of the fan torque currents with the corresponding preset torque current threshold to obtain a second comparison result includes:
301, comparing each fan torque current with a corresponding preset torque current threshold;
302, when any one of the fan torque currents exceeds a corresponding preset torque current threshold value, the second comparison result is to determine that the filter screen is blocked, otherwise, the first comparison result is to determine that the filter screen is not blocked.
Therefore, the fan torque current with the same air deflector position is compared with a preset torque current threshold, when the current fluctuation of any air deflector position exceeds the corresponding threshold, the filter screen can be determined to be blocked by the second comparison result, generally, the exceeding is lower than the preset torque current threshold. In the embodiment, the preset torque current threshold is in a range of A% of the preset torque current, and A can take a value of 5-10 according to actual conditions.
Of course, in other embodiments, if and only if all the fan torque currents exceed the corresponding preset torque current threshold, the second comparison result determines that the filter screen is blocked, which is not described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1, in addition, the method for detecting clogging of a filter screen further includes:
and sending a filth blockage prompt after the filter screen is determined to be blocked so as to prompt a user to replace or clean the filter screen in time. The filth reminder may be continuously displayed on a display panel of the device or may be reminded through a voice interval.
In addition, the present invention also provides a filter screen clogging detection apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the fan torque current of the air deflector at a plurality of different set positions;
the first comparison module is used for comparing the plurality of fan torque currents to obtain a first comparison result;

and the judging module is used for determining whether the filter screen is blocked according to the first comparison result and the second comparison result, and determining that the filter screen is blocked when the first comparison result and the second comparison result are both used for determining that the filter screen is blocked.
