Abstract
The invention provides a valve seat ring mounting structure which comprises a valve seat ring hole, a seat ring clamping ring and a valve seat ring, wherein the seat ring clamping ring is used as an intermediate body and is connected with the valve seat ring and the valve seat ring hole; the middle part of the inner side surface of the seat ring clamping ring is provided with a first barb structure, and the top of the seat ring clamping ring is provided with a second barb structure opposite to the first barb structure; the inboard in valve seat circle hole is equipped with the second draw-in groove that corresponds with the second barb structure, be equipped with the first draw-in groove that corresponds with first barb structure on the outer wall of valve seat circle, the top inboard of valve seat circle leaves the groove of dodging that is used for dodging the second barb structure. Background
The internal combustion engine generally adopts a valve seat ring structure to realize valve sealing and bear high-speed impact when a valve is seated, and the valve seat ring is usually made of a material with better abrasion resistance and assembled in a valve seat ring hole by an interference method.
In order to ensure that the valve does not fall off in the working process, a larger interference magnitude is adopted generally, so that a larger additional stress is borne near a valve seat ring hole of the cylinder cover, and the reliability of the cylinder cover is reduced to a certain extent.

(2) The valve seat ring mounting structure is easy to disassemble, does not damage the inner surface of the valve seat ring hole, and is low in maintenance cost.
(3) The combined structure of the invention can reduce the precision requirement of the valve seat ring hole, and the centering action on the seat ring improves the matching of the valve seat ring and the valve because the valve rotates to a certain degree and strikes the valve seat ring through the valve sealing strip in the working process, thereby reducing the precision requirement of the valve seat ring hole.

According to the invention, the valve seat ring 3 and the seat ring clamping ring 2, and the seat ring clamping ring 2 and the valve seat ring hole 1 are in barb structures, so that reliable connection is realized. The valve seat ring 3 with the structure has small installation interference force.
