It will be appreciated that the screw cap portion is provided with a threaded portion or a raised ridge which contacts the cap body to increase the friction between the cap body and the cap body to prevent the cap body from rotating relative to the screw cap portion.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, the capping mechanism 50 includes a first gear member 60 fixedly disposed relative to the frame 10, a center of the first gear member 60 and a center of the turntable 20 cooperating with the capping mechanism 50 are concentrically disposed, a plurality of second gear members 70 are rotatably disposed on the second mounting plate 52 along a circumferential direction, the second gear members 70 are sleeved on the rotating rod 511 and can drive the rotating rod 511 to rotate, when the turntable 20 rotates, the second mounting plate 52 rotates along with the rotating rod, so that the second gear members 70 can rotate relative to the second mounting plate 52 through the first gear member 60, thereby completing a capping operation, and the present invention has the advantages of simple structure, high transmission precision, and reliable and stable transmission.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the second gear 70 extends to form a cylinder 71 sleeved with the rotating rod 511, a strip hole 711 is formed in the cylinder 71, a groove 5111 is formed in the position of the rotating rod 511 corresponding to the strip hole 711, an axial length of the groove 5111 is smaller than an axial length of the strip hole 711, when the second gear is installed, a matching connecting member such as a flat key or a stud is disposed in the groove 5111, and the connecting member sequentially penetrates through the strip hole 711 and is inserted into the groove 5111, so that the rotating rod 511 can axially move relative to the second gear 70, and the second gear 70 can drive the rotating rod 511 to rotate relative to the second installation plate 52, which is reasonable and compact in structure.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the frame 10 is provided with a limiting structure 80 corresponding to the conveying mechanism, and the limiting structure 80 is used for preventing the workpiece from being separated from the holding position 21 during the conveying process.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the limiting structure 80 includes a plurality of stoppers 81 and a plurality of supporting rods 82, one end of each supporting rod 82 is connected to the frame 10, the stoppers 81 are disposed at the other end of the supporting rod 82, and the stoppers 81 and the rotating discs 20 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence. It should be noted that the blocking member 81 is an arc-shaped plate, and the blocking member 81 surrounds a partial area of the turntable 20, so that channels for loading and unloading workpieces are formed at two ends of the blocking member 81, the structure is simple, and the stability of installation of the blocking member 81 is improved.
Of course, in some embodiments, the blocking member 81 may also be a protective net, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a fixing rod 91 is disposed on the rack 10, the fixing rod 91 is fixedly connected to the rack 10, the fixing rod 91 is fixedly disposed with a top plate 92, the top plate 92 is located above the capping mechanism 50, and the top plate 92 is fixedly connected to a driving plate 93; a convex column 94 is arranged at one end of the rotating rod 511, which is back to the turntable 20, the convex column 94 is positioned above the driving plate 93 and is close to the upper surface of the driving plate 93, a convex block is arranged on the upper surface of the driving plate 93, two ends of the convex block are both provided with inclined surfaces, and the inclined surfaces incline towards the upper surface of the driving plate 93; the projections and stops 81 are vertically offset and the projections and channels are aligned. With the above structure, when the workpiece is loaded on the turntable 20 through one end of the channel, that is, the workpiece is suspended on the holding position 21, the second transmission part of the cover rotating unit 51 corresponding to the holding position 21 abuts against the upper surface of the bump, a gap exists between one end of the cover rotating unit 51 facing the workpiece and the workpiece, and when the turntable 20 rotates to the point that the second transmission part of the cover rotating unit 51 moves along the inclined surface of one end of the bump to abut against the upper surface of the driving plate 93, one end of the cover rotating unit 51 facing the workpiece contacts with the workpiece and can be rotated by the cover rotating unit 51; when the turntable 20 rotates to the other end of the channel where the workpiece completing the cap screwing is located, the second transmission part of the corresponding cap screwing unit 51 moves to abut against the upper surface of the bump along the inclined surface at the other end of the bump, so that the cap screwing unit 51 can be separated from the workpiece completing the cap screwing, and the workpiece can move away from the clamping position 21, and the structure is reasonable, the workpiece can be timely loaded and unloaded, the workpiece is prevented from being detained, and the production efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a turntable 20 is disposed on one side of the turntable 20 corresponding to the filling mechanism, the turntable 20 is used for loading and conveying workpieces to the holding position 21 of the turntable 20 corresponding to the filling mechanism, another turntable 20 is disposed on the other side of the turntable 20 corresponding to the filling mechanism and one side of the turntable 20 corresponding to the capping mechanism 50, the frame 10 is provided with an upper capping mechanism at the turntable 20 for capping the workpieces, and the capped workpieces are conveyed to the holding position 21 of the turntable 20 corresponding to the capping mechanism 50 through the turntable 20.
It should be noted that the holding position 21 is a holding structure with an opening facing outward, and the opening of the holding position 21 faces the inner side of the stopper 81 for better stable transportation. It will be appreciated that the discharge can be completed when the capped workpiece is rotated into the path of the stop 81 by the turntable 20. And when the closing mechanism 50 is provided with a stripper plate at the passage corresponding to the stopper 81 at one side of the turntable 20, the workpiece after the cap screwing can be further unloaded when the workpiece is rotated to be in contact with the stripper plate through the turntable 20, so that the workpiece is prevented from being retained, and the production efficiency is improved.
It is understood that in some embodiments of the present invention, each of the rotating discs 20 is provided with a transmission gear, and the transmission gears of two adjacent rotating discs 20 are engaged with each other, wherein one of the gears is in transmission connection with an output end of a driving motor.
It will be appreciated that, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in some embodiments of the invention, the carousel 20 comprises: a rod body 22 having one end rotatably connected to the mounting frame; the tray body 23 is fixedly arranged at the other end of the rod body 22, and the plurality of clamping positions 21 are arranged around the center of the tray body 23 at intervals, so that the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the tray body 23 includes a circular plate 231 and an annular plate 232, the circular plate 231 is fixedly connected to the rod 22, the annular plate 232 is detachably connected to the circular plate 231, the plurality of clamping positions 21 are disposed on the annular plate 232, a first guiding edge and a second guiding edge are radially disposed on the annular plate 232, the first guiding edge is connected to one side of an opening of the clamping position 21, the first guiding edge is aligned with one side of the clamping position 21, the second guiding edge is connected to the other side of the opening of the clamping position 21, the second guiding edge is inclined from the other side of the clamping position 21, and a distance between the second guiding edge and the first guiding edge gradually increases outwards along a center of the tray body 23. It should be noted that, the guiding and conveying device located between two adjacent and matched rotating discs 20 is arranged on the rack 10, and with the above structure, when orthographic projections of the clamping positions 21 at the intersection of two adjacent rotating discs 20 are overlapped, one side edge of the clamping position 21 of one rotating disc 20 is located at the same side as the second guiding edge of the other rotating disc 20, and the second guiding edges of the two rotating discs 20 face opposite directions, so that when the rotating discs 20 rotate, under the guiding action of the second guiding edge and the first guiding edge, the workpiece is transferred from the clamping position 21 of the previous rotating disc 20 to the clamping position 21 of the plate of the next rotating disc 20 through the guiding and conveying device, the conveying task is completed, and the conveying is stable and reliable.
It should be noted that the annular plate member 232 is detachably attached to the tray body 23 by a fastener such as a bolt.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments of the invention, each turntable 20 and each drive gear may be sized and shaped differently depending on the delivery requirements, but still provide the benefits described above.
It is understood that, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the annular plate member 232 includes a plurality of plate bodies, and the plurality of plate bodies are sequentially spliced around the outer edge of the circular plate member 231, so that the structure is simple and the assembly and disassembly are convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, one end of the plate body is provided with a splicing groove, the other end of the plate body is provided with a splicing protrusion, and the splicing groove and the splicing protrusion are of complementary structures. By adopting the structure, when splicing, the end parts of two adjacent plate bodies are clamped and matched with the splicing groove through the splicing bulge, the structure is simple,
the technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A filling and capping machine, comprising:
a frame (10);
the conveying mechanism is rotatably arranged on the rack (10), the conveying mechanism comprises at least one rotating disc (20), and a plurality of clamping positions (21) used for suspending workpieces are arranged on the rotating disc (20) along the circumferential direction;
the filling mechanism is configured to be linked with one rotary table (20), the filling mechanism comprises a plurality of filling units (31), the filling units (31) correspond to the clamping positions (21) of the rotary table (20) matched with the filling units one by one, filling parts (31211) capable of filling workpieces are arranged on the filling units, and the filling parts (31211) can be inserted into the workpieces and are configured to move up and down;
the lifting mechanism comprises a plurality of lifting units (40), the lifting units (40) correspond to the filling units (31) one by one, and the lifting units (40) are used for driving the filling parts (31211) of the filling units (31) to move away from the workpieces after the workpieces are filled.
2. The filling and capping machine of claim 1, wherein the filling mechanism further comprises:
the device comprises a first mounting plate (32), one end of the first mounting plate (32) is fixedly connected with the rotary table (20), a plurality of filling units (31) are arranged along the circumferential direction of the first mounting plate (32), and the lifting unit (40) is arranged on the first mounting plate (32);

the feeding device (312) is movably arranged on the first mounting plate (32), the feeding device (312) is in transmission connection with the lifting unit (40), the filling portion (31211) is arranged on a filling channel of the feeding device (312), a second feeding hole and a second discharging hole are formed in the filling channel, the second feeding hole is communicated with the first discharging hole, and the second discharging hole is aligned to the clamping position (21).

a control valve (3111) disposed in the first conduit (331), the control valve (3111) being configured to control the flow through and closing of the first conduit (331);
a dosing cylinder (3112) arranged on the first mounting plate (32), wherein the first feed port and the first discharge port are arranged on the dosing cylinder (3112);
a piston (3113) slidably disposed in the dosing cylinder (3112);
first driving piece (3114), set up in first mounting panel (32), the output of first driving piece (3114) with piston (3113) transmission is connected.
5. A machine as claimed in claim 3 or 4, wherein said delivery means (312) comprises:
the conveying cylinder (3121) is arranged on the first mounting plate (32), the filling channel is arranged on the conveying cylinder (3121), and the conveying cylinder (3121) is in transmission connection with the lifting unit (40);
the second driving piece (3122) is arranged on the material conveying cylinder (3121), the output end of the second driving piece (3122) is connected with a pushing part which can stretch into the filling channel of the material conveying cylinder (3121), and the pushing part can move up and down relative to the filling channel.

A filling and capping machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of said turntables (20) are provided in number, and a plurality of said turntables (20) are engaged with each other, and when said feed mechanism is rotated, one of said two turntables (20) engaged with each other can transfer the work pieces thereon to the other of said turntables (20).

A filling and capping machine according to claim 6, further comprising a capping mechanism (50), wherein the capping mechanism (50) is configured to be linked with another turntable (20), the capping mechanism (50) comprises a plurality of capping units (51) which can cap the workpiece, and the capping units (51) are in one-to-one correspondence with the holding positions (21) of the turntable (20) which is matched with the capping units (51).
8. The filling and capping machine of claim 7, wherein the capping mechanism further comprises a second mounting plate (52), one end of the second mounting plate (52) being fixedly connected to the turntable (20);

10. A filling and capping machine according to claim 1, wherein a stop structure (80) is provided on the frame (10) in correspondence with the conveying mechanism, the stop structure (80) being adapted to prevent the workpiece from disengaging from the catch position (21) during the conveying.
