The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 8, the paper enters the paper feeding box 10 through the paper feeding slot 3, and through the relative rotation of the first paper feeding roller 1 and the second paper feeding roller 2, the paper to be folded is stably held, and the paper is fed into the conveying mechanism 5, the driving roller 5-1 drives the conveying belt 5-3 to operate, the conveying belt 5-3 is in sliding contact with the first correcting slider 4-1 and the second correcting slider 4-2, the stepping motor 4-6 operates, the distance between the first correcting slider 4-1 and the second correcting slider 4-2 is controlled through the correcting screw rod 4-4 arranged on the first correcting slider 4-1 and the second correcting slider 4-2, so as to control the posture of the paper, after the paper passes through the first adjusting roller 6-8 and the third paper feeding roller 9, because the position of the third paper feeding roller 9 is fixed, the first adjusting roller 6-8 senses the thickness of the paper and converts the thickness into self displacement to drive the adjusting upper sliding block 6-1, adjust and adjust the position 6-3 of the lower sliding block, adjust the positioning clamping plate 6-7 on the lower sliding block 6-3 to be embedded into the locking clamping plate 8-2, fix and adjust the lower sliding block 6-3, the second adjusting roller 6-10 and the paper stripping roller 12 generate a gap, when the paper reaches between the second adjusting cylinder 6-10 and the paper-removing cylinder 12, the folding knife 7-4 will perform folding operation under the pushing of the folding cam 7-3, after the folding operation is finished, the folding knife 7-4 retracts to the knife box 7-1, and the reset supporting arm 8-1 is impacted, the locking card 8-2 is released, and the lower sliding block 6-3 is adjusted to return to the original position.

3) after folding, the folding knife 7-4 can impact the locking mechanism 8, so that the locking mechanism 8 loosens and adjusts the lower sliding block 6-3, and the effect of recycling is achieved.
