Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic carton carrying device which comprises a production line, a placing frame and a conveying mechanism, wherein the production line is used for conveying out carton boards, the placing frame is arranged at the tail end of the production line in the conveying direction, the placing frame is provided with a placing surface used for placing the carton boards, the conveying mechanism comprises a mounting seat and a bearing platform, the mounting seat is arranged between the production line and the placing frame, the bearing platform is movably arranged on the mounting seat and provided with a first position flush with the upper surface of the production line and a second position flush with the placing surface, and the carton boards are conveyed to the placing frame from the production line. The automatic carton conveying device provided by the invention improves the automation of conveying, thereby greatly improving the conveying efficiency and reducing the labor cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of carton production, in particular to an automatic carton carrying device.
Background
Cartons are commonly used for packaging articles in industrial production, and the demand in the industry is very large, the cartons (namely carton boards) which are just produced are all tiled and bound together in transportation, and the cartons which are bound on a production line need to be discharged from the production line, but the existing discharging mode is basically that workers manually carry the cartons from the production line to a placing rack, so that the labor cost is high and the efficiency is low.

Referring to fig. 1, an automatic carton carrying device 100 includes a production line 1, a placing rack 2 and a conveying mechanism 3, wherein the production line 1 is used for conveying out carton boards 200, the placing rack 2 is arranged at the end of the production line 1 in the conveying direction, the placing rack 2 has a placing surface 21 for placing the carton boards 200, the conveying mechanism 3 includes a mounting seat 31 and a bearing platform 32, the mounting seat 31 is arranged between the production line 1 and the placing rack 2, the bearing platform 32 is movably arranged on the mounting seat 31 and has a first position flush with the upper surface of the production line 1 and a second position flush with the placing surface 21, so as to convey the carton boards 200 from the production line 1 to the placing rack 2.
In the technical solution of the present invention, by movably disposing the bearing platform 32 (as shown in fig. 1, the bearing platform 32 moves toward the placing surface 21), firstly, the bearing platform 32 is in the first position, the upper surface of the bearing platform 32 is flush with the upper surface of the production line 1, since the carton board 200 conveyed through the production line 1 has an initial speed, the carton board slides from the upper surface of the production line 1 to the upper surface of the bearing platform 32, and then, the bearing platform 32 is moved, so that the bearing platform 32 is in the second position, the upper surface of the bearing platform 32 is flush with the placing surface 21, at this time, the carton board 200 contacts with the placing surface 21, the bearing platform 32 continues to move, and since being blocked by the placing surface 21, the carton board 200 is separated from the bearing platform 32, that is, the carton board 200 is parked on the placing surface 21, so that the automation of the transportation is improved, the transportation efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor cost is reduced.
Further, the conveying mechanism 3 further comprises two rotating frames 33 arranged in parallel and at intervals, each rotating frame 33 comprises a fixed rod 331 and a rotating rod 332, the fixing rod 331 is vertically installed on the installation seat 31, one end of the rotating rod 332 is rotatably connected with the upper end of the fixing rod 331, the other end of the rotating rod 332 is rotatably disposed on the supporting platform 32, and specifically, referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the fixing rod 331 is fixedly installed on the installation seat 31, one end of the rotating rod 332 is hinged to the upper end of the fixing rod 331, the other end of the rotating rod 332 is hinged to the bearing platform 32, in this way, a parallelogram linkage is formed among the mounting seat 31, the carrying platform 32 and the rotating frame 33, and the parallelogram linkage has a simple structure, which is helpful for reducing the assembly complexity of the transmission mechanism 3.
With reference to fig. 1, the supporting platform 32 extends along the conveying direction, a plurality of rotating frames 33 are provided, the plurality of rotating frames 33 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the supporting platform 32, and the plurality of rotating frames 33 add virtual constraint to the conveying mechanism 3, which is beneficial to improving the rigidity of the conveying mechanism 3, thereby improving the stability and the service life of the conveying mechanism 3.
In order to further improve the reliability of the carrying, two conveying mechanisms 3 are arranged, and the two conveying mechanisms 3 are respectively arranged on two sides of the placing frame 2.
In addition, the bearing platform 32 is provided with a roller 321, the roller 321 extends along the width direction of the bearing platform 32, specifically, referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the roller 321 is rotatably disposed, when the carton board 200 slides from the upper surface of the production line 1 to the upper surface of the bearing platform 32, the roller 321 contacts the carton board 200 to rotate, which helps to reduce the time for the carton board 200 to slide from the production line 1 to the bearing platform 32, so as to improve the carrying efficiency, and meanwhile, the carton board 200 and the bearing platform 32 are in rolling contact through the roller 321, so as to reduce the wear.
Referring to fig. 2, the rollers 321 are disposed in a plurality, and the plurality of rollers 321 are disposed at intervals along the length direction of the supporting platform 32, so as to further reduce wear and improve the carrying efficiency.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a stop member 322 is disposed on the supporting platform 32, and the stop member 322 is disposed at an end of the supporting platform 32 away from the production line 1 to prevent the carton board 200 from sliding out of the supporting platform 32 due to an excessive speed.
Further, please continue to refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the stop member 322 may be movably disposed along the length direction of the supporting platform 32, during actual production, the placing rack 2 is forked by a forklift and is sent to the position where the carton board 200 is to be placed, and because it is difficult to ensure that the positions at each time are consistent, the position of the carton board 200 after being placed is not uniform (the edge of the carton board 200 protrudes too much from the edge of the placing rack 2), so that the stop member 322 is movably disposed, so as to adjust the position of the carton board 200 on the supporting platform 32 in time, and further prevent the carton board 200 from protruding too much from the edge of the placing rack 2.
In addition, referring to fig. 2, a sliding groove 323 is disposed on the supporting platform 32, the sliding groove 323 extends along the length direction of the supporting platform 32, and the stopping member 322 is slidably mounted in the sliding groove 323 along the length direction of the supporting platform 32, so that the stopping member 322 is more smoothly movable.
Of course, the bearing platform 32 is further provided with a linear motor, and the linear motor is drivingly connected to the stop member 322 for driving the stop member 322 to slide along the sliding groove 323.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in order to prevent the carton board 200 from being damaged due to the impact on the stopper 322, a buffer layer 322a is disposed on a side of the stopper 322 close to the production line 1.
It should be noted that, the specific material of the buffer layer 322a is not limited in the present invention, and may be a silica gel material, a rubber material, or the like.
It should be noted that the automatic carton carrying device 100 further includes a geneva mechanism, the geneva mechanism includes a dial and a geneva wheel, the dial is rotatably disposed, the geneva wheel is connected to one of the rotating rods 332, the dial rotates to drive the geneva wheel to rotate intermittently, so as to ensure that the carrying platform 32 stops at the first position, and the carton board 200 has enough time to slide from the production line 1 to the carrying platform 32.
