Abstract
The invention relates to an ultraviolet sterilization atmosphere lamp, which comprises a lamp unit and a bottom plate, wherein the lamp unit is vertically arranged on the bottom plate, the lamp unit comprises a lamp shell, a supporting shell, a lamp tube assembly and a ventilation fan, the lamp shell is vertically arranged on the supporting shell, the supporting shell is arranged on the bottom plate, the lamp shell and the supporting shell are mutually communicated, the lamp tube assembly is fixed in the lamp shell, the ventilation fan is arranged at the bottom of the supporting shell, the blowing direction of the ventilation fan is vertically upward, the top of the lamp shell is provided with an air outlet, the bottom plate is provided with an air inlet, and support legs are arranged below the bottom plate. Compared with the prior art, the atmosphere lamp provided by the invention can be directly used around a human body and has a sterilization function by combining the ultraviolet lamp and the atmosphere lamp.

Technical Field

Background
The ultraviolet germicidal lamp is usually used in public places such as hospitals and schools, and can purify air, eliminate musty smell and generate a certain amount of negative oxygen ions. However, the ultraviolet lamp can cause certain damage to human bodies when in use, and the skin of people exposed to the ultraviolet light can be red, swollen, painful and even desquamated; direct irradiation of ultraviolet rays may cause damage to eyes, and thus, the conventional ultraviolet germicidal lamp is generally used in an indoor unmanned place, and has limited application places.
The atmosphere lamp is a lamp produced along with social development, the effect of the atmosphere lamp is different from that of traditional pure lighting, and the atmosphere lamp creates a visual comfort level for household life, so that people feel happy. However, the effects of atmosphere lamps tend to be relatively single, making their use and market relatively small.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the ultraviolet lamp and the atmosphere lamp are organically combined, the advantages of the ultraviolet lamp and the atmosphere lamp are taken into consideration, air around the equipment enters the lamp shell through the lamp shell and is sterilized through the ultraviolet lamp tube component by arranging the lamp shell and the ventilation fan, and then flows out through the air outlet, so that the damage caused by direct irradiation of ultraviolet rays on a human body is avoided; meanwhile, the purple light exposed from the air outlet can increase the indoor aesthetic degree and play a role in atmosphere creation.
2. The lamp shade is arranged at the top of the lamp shell, so that the lamp can play a role in dust prevention and dust prevention, can further avoid direct emission of ultraviolet rays while projecting purple light, and improves the use safety.
3. The lamp tube assembly can also comprise a common LED lamp tube, and the common LED lamp tube is only opened when sterilization and disinfection are not needed, so that the applicable scene is expanded.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides an ultraviolet germicidal atmosphere lamp including a lamp unit and a base plate 1, the lamp unit being vertically mounted on the base plate 1. Wherein: the lamp unit comprises a lamp housing 2, a support housing 3, a lamp tube assembly 4 and a ventilation fan 5. The lamp housing 2 is vertically disposed on the support housing 3, the support housing 3 is mounted on the base plate 1, and the lamp housing 2 and the support housing 3 are communicated with each other. The lamp tube assembly 4 is fixed in the lamp housing 2, and the lamp tube assembly 4 specifically includes two ultraviolet LED lamp tubes arranged side by side. The ventilating fan 5 is installed at the bottom of the supporting shell 3, the blowing direction of the ventilating fan 5 is vertically upward, the top of the lamp shell 2 is provided with an air outlet 21 as shown in fig. 2, the central part of the bottom plate 1 is provided with an air inlet 11, and the bottom plate 1 is provided with a support leg 12 to lift the bottom plate 1 so as to facilitate air intake. The arrangement of the air inlet holes 11 is as shown in fig. 3, and a dust screen with a detachable structure can be covered on the air inlet holes 11, so that excessive dust is prevented from entering the lamp unit, and the cleaning period is prolonged. A circuit board is fixed in the support housing 3, the lamp tube assembly 4 and the ventilation fan 5 are connected to the circuit board, and a touch switch for controlling the lamp tube assembly 4 and the ventilation fan 5 is provided on the base plate 1 or outside the support housing 3, and the switch is connected to the circuit board.
In this embodiment, the support housing 3 and the bottom plate 1 are connected by a screw structure, which is convenient for maintenance and disassembly. Specifically, a connecting edge 14 with external threads is arranged on the bottom plate 1, internal threads are arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the supporting shell 3, and the supporting shell 3 and the bottom plate 1 are connected through screwing of the internal threads and the external threads. The support housing 3 and the lamp housing 2 may be integrally manufactured, or may be screwed to each other by a screw thread. The lamp housing 2 and the support housing 3 are both made of a polymer material, such as polyvinyl chloride PVC.
In this embodiment, a lamp fixing seat 8 is arranged in the lamp housing 2, the lamp fixing seat 8 is connected to the circuit board, and the light is fixed by the lamp fixing seat 8. The lamp tube assembly 4 is generally provided with a plurality of ultraviolet LED tubes, and in this embodiment, two ultraviolet LED tubes are arranged in parallel in the lamp housing 2.
As shown in fig. 4, the ventilation fan 5 is fixed to the base plate 1 by bolts in the support case 3. Screw holes 51 are provided at four corners of the ventilation fan 5, fixing holes 13 corresponding to the screw holes 51 are provided in the base plate 1, and the ventilation fan 5 and the base plate 1 are connected by bolts passing through the screw holes 51 and the fixing holes 13.
