Performance test
(1) Test samples: the facial cleansers prepared in examples 1 to 30 and comparative examples 1 to 14.
(2) Subject: the skin moisture meter is 20-30 years old, has substantially the same melanin content on face, and has a capacitance-based skin moisture meter base value of 15-45%.
(Note: the subject is not enrolled in women in pregnancy or lactation and six months post-partum; suffering from severe systemic disease, immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease; the test area has been subjected to skin treatment, cosmetic or other tests that may affect outcome; the subject is suffering from active allergic disease; the subject is highly susceptible to physical condition; the subject has been administered hormonal drugs or immunosuppressive agents within the last month.)
440 volunteers between 20-30 years old were selected as test subjects to participate in the test by screening questionnaires and initial screening of the original values by volunteers, and randomly divided into 44 groups of 10 persons each. Test samples were randomly distributed by the test staff, and the test subjects in each group used the face toilet prepared in the same example or comparative example.
(3) And (3) testing the whitening effect: the hands are wetted, 2.0 +/-0.2 g of the product is put into the palm, a proper amount of clear water is added for kneading until foams are generated, then the mixture is smeared on the face for cleaning, and then the face is thoroughly cleaned by the clear water. The composition is applied twice daily at regular time and fixed amount, and the application time is 8 am and 8 pm, and the test time is 4 weeks. Before beginning the test, use melanin skin tester to detect the trial person face melanin content, after the test, use melanin skin tester test trial person face melanin content again, calculate melanin surplus rate, the calculation method is:
melanin residual rate (melanin content after use/melanin content before use) × 100%, and the results of the calculations in the same group were averaged.
After the test, the questionnaire was reviewed to investigate whether or not allergy symptoms occurred when the composition was used, and the number of people who showed allergy symptoms was counted, and the test results were shown in the following table 8.
Testing an instrument: the melanin skin tester is obtained from Beijing gold Hongmai commercial LLC of Merchant, model Mexameter.
And (3) testing environmental conditions: an indoor environment; no strong sunlight or direct light; the ambient temperature is 20 +/-2 ℃, and the ambient humidity is 40-60%.

As can be seen from the test data in table 8: the whitening face wash prepared in the embodiments 1 to 30 of the present application has good whitening and moisturizing effects, and the melanin content in the facial skin is significantly reduced after 4 weeks of continuous use, and the reason for the significant reduction may be that the skin has good synergistic whitening effect among GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, AZADIRACHTA INDICA (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract, and feverfew (chrysanthhemum PARTHENIUM) extract, and the expression and transport of melanocytes can be inhibited, so that the melanin content in the skin is reduced. After the whitening facial cleanser prepared by the embodiment of the application is used for 6 hours, the face of a test person still has sufficient moisture, and the moisture increment of the skin can still reach about 15% compared with that before the whitening facial cleanser is used.
Example 1 is different from comparative examples 1 to 7 in the composition of the whitening agent, and analysis of data in table 8 shows that when only GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract is used as the whitening agent (comparative example 3), the resulting facial cleanser can exert whitening effect, but the whitening effect is poor. When neem (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract or feverfew (Chrysanthemum PARTHENIUM) extract is used alone as a whitening agent (comparative examples 1, 2), the whitening effect of the resulting facial cleanser is negligible. When any two of GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, AZADIRACHTA INDICA (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract and feverfew (CHRYSANTHEMUM PARTHENIUM) extract are used as the whitening agent (comparative examples 4, 5 and 6), the whitening effect of the prepared facial cleanser is still to be improved. When the whitening agent was not used (comparative example 7), the resulting facial cleanser had no whitening effect. When the whitening agent is prepared by compounding root extract of Glycyrrhiza GLABRA (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), leaf extract of Azadirachta INDICA (Azadirachta INDICA) and extract of Feverfew (Chrysanthemum PARTHENIUM), the obtained facial cleanser has excellent whitening effect. It is shown that the root extract of Glycyrrhiza GLABRA (Glycyrrhiza Glabra), the leaf extract of Azadirachta INDICA (Azadirachta INDICA), and the extract of Feverfew (Chrysanthemum PARTHENIUM) have synergistic whitening effects.
The examples 1 to 6 are different from the comparative examples 8 to 14 in the content of each component, and it can be seen from the data of table 8 that the prepared face cleansing milk has better whitening and moisturizing effects within the range of the component ratios of the present application, and particularly, when the face cleansing milk consists of 27 to 29% of a surfactant, 3.8 to 4.6% of a moisturizing agent, 0.48 to 0.56% of a thickening agent, 0.096 to 0.112% of a pH adjusting agent, 3.8 to 4.6% of a whitening agent, 0.48 to 0.56% of sodium chloride, 0.8978 to 0.112% of CI 778910.096, 0.18 to 0.26% of polyethylene glycol-14M, 0.096 to 0.112% of ethylene glycol distearate, 0.0096 to 0.0112% of salicylic acid, 392.8 to 3.6% of polyquaternium, 1.8 to 2.6% of ethylhexylglycerin, 0.96 to 1.12% of caprylyl glycol, and the balance of water, the whitening and moisturizing effects are the best.
Examples 4 and 7 to 11 are different in the weight ratio of GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, neem (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract and feverfew (chrysanthlem PARTHENIUM) extract among the whitening agents, and as can be seen from the data in table 8, when GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, neem (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract and feverfew (chrysanthlem PARTHENIUM) extract are mixed in the weight ratio of (1) (0.3-0.5) to (0.5-0.7) to constitute the whitening agent, the whitening effect of the whitening face cream obtained is good. Particularly, when a whitening agent is prepared by mixing a GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA (GLYCYRRHIZA GLABRA) root extract, a neem (AZADIRACHTA INDICA) leaf extract and a feverfew (Chrysanthemum PARTHENIUM) extract according to a weight ratio of 1:0.4:0.6, the prepared whitening facial cleanser has the best whitening effect.
The difference between examples 9 and 17-26 is that the components and contents of the moisturizer are different, and it can be seen from the data in table 8 that one or more of glycerin, 1, 2-pentanediol, and coconut (coco NUCIFERA) juice are preferably used as the moisturizer in the process of preparing the facial cleanser, so that the prepared facial cleanser has a good moisturizing effect, and can effectively moisturize after being used for 6 hours. When the humectant is prepared by mixing glycerin and coconut (Cocos NUCIFERA) juice according to the weight ratio of 1 (0.4-0.6), the prepared whitening facial cleanser has the best moisturizing effect. The reason for this analysis may be that glycerin and coconut (coco NUCIFERA) juice have a synergistic moisturizing effect in combination.
The present embodiment is only for explaining the present application, and it is not limited to the present application, and those skilled in the art can make modifications of the present embodiment without inventive contribution as needed after reading the present specification, but all of them are protected by patent law within the scope of the claims of the present application.
