The preparation process of the essence emulsion for conditioning the skin with the hair circumference horniness comprises the following steps:

As can be seen from the above data results, formula 1 improved significantly over formula 2 in terms of smoothness, appearance, subjective skin condition, number of redness spots on the hair periphery, skin moisturization, and the like. Particularly, the red point and the irritation are improved greatly, which proves that the composition of the formula 1 is obviously improved and improved compared with the composition of pure salicylic acid and glycolic acid.
