Abstract
The invention discloses a prebiotic composition, a solid beverage and a preparation method thereof, wherein the prebiotic composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 10-30 parts of isomaltooligosaccharide, 5-15 parts of inulin, 5-10 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 2-6 parts of stachyose, 2-6 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 1-3 parts of oat beta-glucan and 1-3 parts of chitosan oligosaccharide. According to the invention, multiple prebiotics are compounded, and the ratio of prebiotics inulin to isomaltooligosaccharide and the ratio of oat beta-glucan to chitosan oligosaccharide in the components are adjusted, so that the components have synergistic effect, the intestinal flora is effectively balanced, a large amount of intestinal beneficial bacteria are proliferated, the intestinal function is adjusted, and further the constipation is obviously improved. Erythritol with good palatability can be added into the prebiotic composition to prepare solid beverage, which is especially suitable for people with fast pace of life, insufficient intake of dietary fiber, irregular life and rest, unbalanced intestinal flora and lack of exercise.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, and in particular relates to a prebiotic composition, a solid beverage and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the improvement of living standard of people, the intake of high protein, high calorie food and fine food is greatly increased, the intake of dietary fiber is obviously reduced, and various 'rich diseases', such as obesity, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, constipation and the like, are further caused. Constipation is a common disease, seriously affects the life quality of people, is easy to suffer from constipation in different age groups, and is a high-incidence group of constipation particularly for the old. Because the traditional medicine can not fundamentally treat chronic diseases such as intestinal dysfunction, abnormal glycolipid metabolism and the like, only symptoms can be controlled. For the source intestinal flora imbalance, a medicine or health-care food which can adjust the intestinal flora, fundamentally treat chronic diseases, relieve the pain of patients, reduce side effects and benefit the patients with the intestinal flora imbalance is urgently needed.
Prebiotics are substances that promote the growth and reproduction of probiotics. It is a non-digestible food ingredient that improves human health by selectively activating the growth and activity of one or more microorganisms in the human intestinal tract. Prebiotics have multiple effects: for example, prebiotics can increase the volume of the intestine and shorten the retention time of digesta in the intestine by producing intestinal gas through the fermentation of the intestinal flora, thereby promoting defecation; prebiotics lower intestinal pH by changing from protein fermentation (ammonia production, high pH) to more carbohydrate fermentation (acid production); the prebiotics can also provide energy for the intestinal probiotics, proliferate the probiotics, inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, improve the microenvironment of the intestinal tract and regulate the balance of the intestinal bacteria.

Evaluation protocol
Subject: 120 sub-healthy people with constipation problem.
The experimental method comprises the following steps: subjects were randomly divided into A, B, C, D, E, F six experimental groups of 20 people each. A, B, C, D, E, F six groups of the prebiotic solid beverage prepared in examples 1-6 are respectively provided for administration for 2 weeks, and are taken 2 times a day, and one bag of prebiotic solid beverage is taken once.
And (4) judging the efficacy: registering defecation time, defecation frequency, defecation difficulty and the like before and after the subject uses the prebiotics solid beverage; and (4) comparing and analyzing the improvement condition, and randomly selecting people for each example to perform a probiotic proliferation influence test. The results of the measurement were as follows:
the defecation time before and after the subjects use the prebiotic solid beverage is shown in figure 1, and the results show that the prebiotic solid beverage prepared by the invention in the examples 1-6 can obviously improve the defecation time of sub-healthy people, wherein the defecation time of the A group and the C group is relatively more than 10min, and the A group is the most after the prebiotic solid beverage in the examples 1 and 3 is used. When the ratio of isomaltose hypgather to inulin in the composition was changed as shown in examples 4 and 5, the number of people who had stood for more than 25min was still relatively large, i.e., the improvement effect on the stooling time was somewhat reduced, as compared to example 1.
The frequency of defecation before and after the subjects use the prebiotic solid beverage is shown in figure 2, and the results show that the prebiotic solid beverage prepared by the invention in the examples 1-6 can increase the frequency of defecation of sub-healthy people, wherein the frequency of defecation of the A group and the C group, namely the prebiotic solid beverage prepared by the examples 1 and 3, is relatively more than that of the A group with 1-2 days per time, and the A group is the most. When the ratio of isomaltooligosaccharide to inulin in the composition was changed compared to that in example 1, the number of people with defecation frequency of 4-5 days/time was relatively large, that is, the effect of improving defecation frequency of the prebiotic solid beverage shown in example 4-5 was relatively reduced.
The statistical result of whether the subjects have difficulty in defecation before and after using the prebiotics solid beverage is shown in fig. 3, and the results show that the prebiotics solid beverages prepared in the examples 1-6 of the invention can improve the situation of difficulty in defecation of the sub-health people, wherein the A group has the advantages that the subjects have easy defecation and the number of people without difficulty in defecation is obviously increased after using the prebiotics solid beverage shown in the example 1. When the content of the components is changed, particularly the proportion of the isomaltooligosaccharide and the inulin is changed, the number of people who often have difficult defecation is relatively large, namely the effect of improving the difficult defecation of the sub-health people by the prebiotics solid beverage shown in the example 4-5 is reduced to different degrees.
The statistical results of the detected amount of bifidobacteria in feces before and after the subjects use the prebiotic solid beverage are shown in fig. 4, and the results show that the prebiotic solid beverages prepared in examples 1-6 of the present invention can significantly promote the proliferation of intestinal probiotics, wherein the proliferation effect of group a is the best. When the content of the components is changed, particularly the proportion of the isomaltooligosaccharide and the inulin is changed, the proliferation amount of the intestinal probiotics is reduced, namely the proliferation effect of the prebiotics solid beverage shown in the example 4-5 on the intestinal probiotics is reduced to different degrees.
The prebiotics solid beverage has the advantages of having obvious effects of clearing intestines and relaxing bowels, increasing the intake of people with insufficient dietary fiber intake, conditioning the balance of intestinal flora and improving the intestinal function. And the change of the proportion of the raw materials in the components has certain influence on the defecation promoting and probiotic proliferation effects, when the raw material components are the formula shown in example 1, the formula can promote the proliferation of the intestinal probiotics to the maximum extent, and has the most obvious improvement effect on the defecation time, the defecation frequency and the defecation difficulty degree of a subject.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention.
