In a specific embodiment, the manufacturing method of the curved surface display screen comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 6, the curved surface cover plate 100 is placed in a jig cavity with a shape adapted to the shape of the curved surface cover plate 100, so that the curved surface cover plate 100 is attached to the inner wall of the cavity, and the curved surface cover plate 100 is fixed to the inner wall of the cavity in an adsorption manner by means of vacuum pumping; spraying water-based adhesive on the binding surface of the curved cover plate 100, and performing pre-curing treatment on the water-based adhesive sprayed on the binding surface in a photocuring manner to form a first adhesive layer 110 with a thickness of 25 micrometers after the pre-curing treatment.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, a water bag is provided, the water bag is used as the pressing body 300, the pressing body 300 is placed on the platform below the curved cover plate 100, the flexible display panel 200 is placed on the pressing body 300, the platform is used to drive the pressing body 300 and the flexible display panel 200 to approach the curved cover plate 100, and water is filled into the pressing body 300 during the approach process, so that the outer surface of the pressing body 300 forms a profiling surface matching the attaching surface of the curved cover plate 100. The material of the pressing body 300 is silica gel or other alternative materials, which is not limited herein, and the adhesion between the flexible display panel 200 and the silica gel is used to ensure that the flexible display panel 200 does not fall off during the expansion process of the pressing body 300. In addition, the water bag is used as a pressing body 300, and in order to avoid water leakage, the water inlet and the water outlet of the water bag control water inlet and outlet through water valves; the water inlet and the water outlet are the same opening or two different openings.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the bonding body 300 and the flexible display panel 200 supported on the bonding body 300 are continuously moved toward the bonding surface of the curved cover 100, the flexible display panel 200 and the bonding surface are spaced apart from each other and kept in a spaced state, and part of water is further filled into the bonding body 300 to expand the bonding body 300, so that the flexible display panel 200 and the first adhesive layer 110 are completely contacted and kept in a contact state for 4 to 8 seconds.
Referring to fig. 11, the water in the pressing body 300 is pumped out or released, so that the pressing body 300 shrinks and separates from the flexible display panel 200. In any embodiment of the present invention, the pressing body 300 may be filled with other fluids, gases or change the fluid into a solid (e.g., ice), and the invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 12, the platform is separated from the curved cover plate, and the first adhesive layer 110 is photo-cured, so that the flexible display panel 200 and the curved cover plate 100 are bonded together. After the pressing body 300 is expanded, pressure can be uniformly applied to the flexible display panel 200 from all directions, so that all parts of the flexible display panel 200 can be uniformly and stably attached to the curved cover plate 100. Moreover, since the viscosity of the profiling surface is less than that of the first adhesive layer 110, the bonded body 300 can be smoothly separated from the flexible display panel 200 after the bonding is completed, and the bonding state between the flexible display panel 200 and the curved cover plate 100 is not affected.
The invention also provides a curved surface display screen which comprises a curved surface cover plate and a flexible display screen, wherein one side of the curved surface cover plate is provided with a binding surface, and the flexible display panel is arranged on the binding surface of the curved surface cover plate. The curved surface display screen is manufactured by the manufacturing method of the curved surface display screen, and the flexible display panel is attached to the curved surface cover plate.
In the above embodiment, because the problem that the attaching effect of the attaching mode of the current curved surface cover plate and the flexible display panel to the curved surface cover plate with larger curvature and/or larger arc angle is not good and the situation of loosening after bonding is easy to occur is solved, the bending angle of the curved surface display screen can be increased relative to the bending angle of the current existing curved surface display screen, based on this, the curved surface display screen not only can achieve the effect of the current waterfall screen on the front, the left side and the right side of the display screen to display pictures, but also can achieve the effect of displaying pictures on the front, the left side, the right side and the reverse side of the display screen.

providing a curved cover plate and a deformable pressing body; one side of the curved surface cover plate is provided with a concave binding surface, and the binding surface is provided with a first adhesive layer; the pressing body is configured to be capable of forming a profiling surface matched with the attaching surface after being filled with fluid;
bearing the flexible display panel on the curved surface of the press fit body, and enabling the flexible display panel to face the attaching surface of the curved cover plate and keep a preset distance from the attaching surface;
filling fluid into the pressing body, and expanding the pressing body to completely contact the flexible display panel with the first adhesive layer and keep the contact state for a preset time T;
and curing the first adhesive layer to bond the flexible display panel and the curved cover plate into a whole.
2. The method for manufacturing a curved display screen according to claim 1, wherein the first adhesive layer has a viscosity of μ 1, and the profiling surface has a viscosity of μ 2;
the carrying of the flexible display panel on the contour surface of the press-fit body and the facing of the flexible display panel to the curved cover plate and the keeping of the preset distance between the facing surfaces specifically include:
attaching the flexible display panel to the profiling surface to form an attaching body, and moving the attaching body towards one side of the attaching surface of the curved surface cover plate to enable the flexible display panel and the attaching surface of the curved surface cover plate to keep a preset distance;
wherein the viscosity mu 1 of the first adhesive layer and the viscosity mu 2 of the profiling surface meet the condition:

7. The method for manufacturing the curved display screen according to claim 5, wherein the step of spraying the adhesive on the bonding surface of the curved cover plate and performing the pre-curing treatment specifically comprises:
and spraying an aqueous adhesive on the binding surface of the curved cover plate and carrying out photocuring treatment.
8. The method of any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fluid comprises one or more of water, oil and gas.
9. The method for manufacturing the curved surface display screen according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preset time length T satisfies a condition:
