Background
In order to ensure the nuclear safety of the nuclear power plant in an accident state, the nuclear power plant establishes a strict regular test system, and the equipment, particularly equipment related to the nuclear safety, is required to be executed strictly according to a certain frequency so as to find out the problems existing in the equipment, thereby ensuring the availability and the reliability of the equipment.
International nuclear industry operating experience shows that under present-day conditions, extending the refuelling interval to 18 to 24 months would bring considerable benefits if the total electricity production costs were considered. And the mode of alternating cycle length and length can be adopted to avoid the shutdown and refueling of the power utilization peak so as to improve the economy of the nuclear power plant. In addition, along with economic glide in recent years, the availability of the unit is reduced, and the unit is often temporarily stopped or even is used for a medium or long time in the field of nuclear power. The long-term temporary stop of the unit can cause the long-period test execution in the original regular test supervision outline to exceed the period.
The refueling period of the domestic nuclear power unit is generally prolonged to 18 months from 12 months (or a new unit is directly designed for 18 months refueling). The conditions and the consideration key points of each unit are different, if the improvement of the economy of a nuclear power plant is considered, the unit refueling period can be prolonged from 18 months to 24 months, and if the influence of long-term temporary stop is also considered, the operation flexibility of the nuclear power unit is required to be improved.

Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an alternative embodiment of a method for controlling a periodic test period for flexible operation and 24-month refueling of a nuclear power plant according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the periodic test period of the flexible operation and 24-month refueling of the nuclear power plant comprises the following steps:
and S101, determining an adjusting mode of a refueling period.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting manner of the refueling cycle includes: a first adjustment mode and a second adjustment mode. Wherein, the first adjustment mode is as follows: the material changing period is adjusted to be a flexible operation material changing period; the second adjustment mode is as follows: the refueling period was adjusted to 24 months.
Optionally, the first adjustment manner includes: a first sub-adjustment mode and a second sub-adjustment mode. The second adjustment mode includes: a third sub-adjustment mode and a fourth sub-adjustment mode.
Wherein, the first sub-adjustment mode is as follows: the period of material change is as follows: the original material changing period is as follows: 12 months, the current refueling period is as follows: 18 months, the target refueling period is: and flexibly operating the refueling period.
The second sub-adjustment mode is as follows: the refueling period is as follows: the original material changing period is as follows: 18 months, the current refueling period is as follows: 18 months, the target refueling period is: flexible operation cycle.
The third sub-adjustment mode is as follows: the original material changing period is as follows: 12 months, the current refueling period is as follows: 18 months, the target refuelling period is 24 months.
The fourth sub-adjustment mode is as follows: the original material changing period is as follows: 18 months, the current refueling period is as follows: 18 months, the target refueling period is: and 24 months.
And step S102, determining the type of the test item.
Specifically, the types of test items include: a first test item and a second test item. Wherein, the first test item is: test items performed daily. The second test item was: the test period is a test project of 'n refueling periods' and 'n cycles'; n is an integer of 1 or more.
And S103, making a periodic control strategy of the test item according to the type of the test item and the adjustment mode of the refueling period.
In the process of periodical test cycle extension demonstration work of a nuclear power plant, for test items with different test modes and cycles, in order to reduce unnecessary demonstration workload, a cycle control strategy can be formulated so as to discriminate the test items needing to implement cycle extension demonstration in advance and determine a target cycle (a test cycle to be extended), wherein the basic principle for formulating the cycle control strategy comprises the following four points:
(1) for the test items performed daily, the extended period is not considered. Of course, for some special test projects, the test period can be prolonged appropriately according to the feedback of the experience of other nuclear power plants.
(2) For a test project which can be converted into daily execution, performing conversion to daily execution feasibility analysis and demonstration generally, and converting into daily execution after the demonstration is passed; or the operation experience of the similar unit can be directly used for reference to be converted into the daily execution without the feasibility analysis and demonstration of the conversion into the daily execution.
(3) The target period can be shortened and prolonged, if the material changing period is changed into flexible operation, the target period is not suitable to be prolonged by more than 6 months of the original period according to the conversion of natural days; if the period of material changing is prolonged to 24 months, the period is not suitable to exceed 12 months of the original period according to the conversion of natural days.
Based on the basic principle, the periodic control strategy of the periodic test period of the test item can be determined directly according to the type of the test item.
Specifically, if the types of the test items are: and determining the periodic control strategy of the periodic test period of the test items as follows: the cycle is not extended.
If the type of the test item is: and if the test period is the test items of 'n refueling periods' and 'n cycles', determining the period control strategy of the periodic test period of the test items as follows: and carrying out periodic control on the periodic test period of the test item by adopting a preset method.
In some embodiments, the formulating the period control strategy of the test item according to the type of the test item and the adjustment mode of the refueling period comprises: if the type of the test item is: a first test item (a test period is a test item that is performed daily), then the period control strategy for determining a periodic test period for the test item is: the period is not prolonged; if the type of the test item is: and the second test item (the test item with the test period of 'n refueling periods' and 'n cycles') determines the period control strategy of the periodic test period of the test item as follows: and (4) making a period control strategy of the test item by adopting a preset method based on the adjustment mode of the refueling period.
Based on the adjustment mode of the refueling period, the period control strategy for formulating the test items by adopting a preset method can comprise the following steps: a general cycle control strategy and a specific cycle control strategy.
In some embodiments, a general cycle control strategy may be formulated based on the following method:
judging whether the periodic test of the test item meets a first condition or not; if so, the period control strategy of the test item is as follows: prolonging the periodic test period of the test item according to the target period; if not, judging whether the periodic test of the test item meets a second condition; if the periodic test of the test item meets the second condition, the periodic control strategy of the test item is as follows: changing the regular test period of the test item into daily execution; or carrying out periodic control according to the operation experience of the similar units; and if the periodic test of the test item does not meet the second condition, making a periodic control strategy of the test item based on the adjustment mode of the refueling period.
Wherein the first condition is: the plant function re-qualification tests performed to meet the refuelling overhaul requirements are only performed during refuelling overhaul. The second condition is: the test items are tests that can be performed both during refuelling and during power operation.
Further, if the periodic test of the test item meets the third condition, a periodic control strategy of the test item is formulated based on the adjustment mode of the refueling period. Wherein the third condition: the test item is a second test item and does not satisfy the first condition and the second condition.
Specifically, if the test item can only be executed during the refueling overhaul period and belongs to the equipment function re-identification test performed to meet the refueling overhaul requirement, the test period is extended to the target period. The test cycle settings for these test items are therefore independent of the fuel cycle length and are dependent on whether a refuel overhaul is performed. If the test item can be executed during both the refueling overhaul period and the power operation period, the test period control can be changed to daily execution. If the test item is not a test item which can be executed during both the refueling overhaul period and the power operation period and is not a device function re-identification test performed to meet the refueling overhaul requirement, the test period of the test item is controlled according to the type of the regular test period of the test item.
In some embodiments, the particular cycle control strategy includes: a first control strategy, a second control strategy, a third control strategy, and a fourth control strategy.
If the adjusting mode of the material changing period is a first sub-adjusting mode, the period control strategy of the test item is as follows: a first control strategy. In addition to the above-described general cycle control strategy, the test items in which the adjustment mode of the refueling cycle is the first sub-adjustment mode also have a specific cycle control strategy, that is, the first control strategy.
If the adjustment mode of the material changing period is a second sub-adjustment mode, the period control strategy of the test item is as follows: a second control strategy. In addition to the above-described general cycle control strategy, the test items in which the adjustment mode of the refueling cycle is the second sub-adjustment mode also have a specific cycle control strategy, that is, the second control strategy.
If the adjustment mode of the material changing period is a third sub-adjustment mode, the period control strategy of the test item is as follows: a third control strategy. In addition to the above-described general cycle control strategy, the test items in which the adjustment mode of the refueling cycle is the third sub-adjustment mode also have a specific cycle control strategy, that is, a third control strategy.
If the adjustment mode of the material changing period is a fourth sub-adjustment mode, the period control strategy of the test item is as follows: and a fourth control strategy. In addition to the above-described general cycle control strategy, the test items in which the adjustment mode of the refueling cycle is the fourth sub-adjustment mode also have a specific cycle control strategy, that is, the fourth control strategy.
Optionally, the first control strategy includes:
if the test item is 1C12The test period of the test item is adjusted to be less than or equal to 24 months of flexible operation test period control; if the test item is 2C12、4C12、5C12、7C12、8C12、10C12The test items of (1) are the test items ofThe test period was adjusted as follows: carrying out flexible operation test period control according to the natural day of the original period of the test item; if the test item is 3C12、6C12、9C12The test item is firstly demonstrated by a preset prolonged period, and after the demonstration is passed, the preset prolonged period is added on the basis of the original period of the test item to carry out flexible operation period control; wherein C represents a refueling cycle. Wherein the preset extension period is 6 months.
Specifically, as shown in table 1:
if the periodic control strategy of the periodic test period of the test item is as follows: the first control strategy is then according to
