the license catalog management unit checks the detailed records of the licenses of individuals and legal persons through departments and controls the read-write authority; the main body license inquiry unit takes a legal person and a personal person as operation objects, and can check records and corresponding detailed information in a fuzzy inquiry or screening mode according to names. referring to fig. 7, the event management module provides an event list and license list function, through which event information of the system docking service and related license information can be summarized to support management decision; the system comprises a matter list unit and a certificate list unit; the item summary unit manages the license use of different departments; the license list unit manages license types corresponding to different matters;
referring to fig. 8, the license statistics module is used for department statistics and license statistics; the decision management of the user can be supported by the itemized query statistics of the license; the system comprises a statistics unit according to departments and a statistics unit according to certificates; according to the department statistical unit, the total number of the certificates, the inquired times and the sharing times are counted by the department, and the appointed department number is input for inquiry and display; inquiring the inquired and shared times of a specific certificate through the certificate number by the certificate counting unit;
when the electronic certificate checking system is used, the my certificate unit in the mobile terminal is clicked to realize operations of checking and claiming the electronic certificate, and the my to-do unit is clicked to realize an error correction to-do list; clicking a scanning unit to perform window transaction code scanning authorization; clicking any one piece of information in the my license unit list to enter a corresponding detail page; the user performs electronic certificate service handling through the mobile phone terminal, so that certificate handling operation is facilitated, time is saved, and efficiency is improved; the background end comprises a preview module, a platform management module, a department management module, a license management module, an interface management module, an authorization management module, a matter management module and a license statistic module; the preview module can visually check the data and the service condition of the electronic license library, the platform management module is used for realizing the effective management of the electronic license, the department management module provides role management, member management, point management and access management to manage users of the electronic license, and the license management module provides the functions of directory management, license inquiry, inquiry record and monitoring setting and is used for effectively managing the license of the license library.

Claims (8)
1. The professional technology job title electronic certificate management system based on the block chain platform comprises a background end and a mobile end, wherein the background end is in communication connection with the mobile end; the mobile phone is characterized in that a first software interface is arranged at the background end, a first display area and a second display area are arranged on the first software interface, a plurality of fixed sub-labels and blank areas are arranged in the first display area, and the blank areas are used for displaying names of point display sub-labels; the plurality of fixed sub-labels are positioned at two sides of the blank area; the plurality of fixed sub-tags are divided into default display tags and operation tags; the second display area initially displays the display object corresponding to the default display label in a corresponding display mode; the operation label comprises a list display option, an execution option I, an execution option II and an execution option III; the list display options comprise a plurality of point display sub-labels;
the background end receives a first click operation of a user on a list display option; displaying a plurality of point display sub-labels in a second display area in response to the first click operation;
the background end receives a second click operation of a user on any one of the point display sub-labels, responds to the second click operation, displays the point display sub-label corresponding to the second click operation in a display mode in the blank area, displays the point display sub-label content corresponding to the point display sub-label in the second display area, and is provided with a plurality of processing buttons on one side, located on the point display sub-label content, in the second display area;
the background end receives a third click operation of a user on any one of the plurality of processing buttons, and executes an operation corresponding to the processing button in response to the third click operation;
the mobile terminal is provided with a third software interface, and a fourth display area and a fifth display area are arranged on the third software interface; the fourth display area comprises a plurality of sub-objects; and the fifth display area is used for displaying the object content corresponding to the sub-object.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the processing buttons include an add button, a delete button, a refresh button, and an edit button; when the new button or the edit button is clicked, displaying a second software interface on a second display area, and simultaneously displaying an area, which is not overlapped with the second software interface, of the second display area at a brightness lower than that of the second software interface;
the second software interface is provided with a first instruction button, a second instruction button, a plurality of first preset shapes and content prompt labels, wherein the first instruction button and the second instruction button are displayed in preset graphs and colors;
receiving a fourth click operation of a user on the first instruction button, responding to the fourth click operation, storing the contents of the point display sub-labels input in the preset shape, and displaying the stored contents of the point display sub-labels in the second display area; and receiving a fifth click operation of the user on the second instruction button, and closing the second software interface in response to the fifth click operation.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the first display mode is to display the sub-label name in a highlighted state in a rectangular frame filled with a preset color; a third instruction button displayed by a preset graph is arranged on one side of the dot display sub-label name in the rectangular frame; and receiving a sixth click operation of the instruction button III by the user, and responding to the sixth click operation, and displaying the contents of the dot display sub-label correspondingly displayed in the blank area and the dot display sub-label correspondingly displayed in the second display area.

the department management module comprises a department access management unit, a department role management unit, a department member management unit and a department point management unit; the department access management unit is used for butt-jointing a service department to manage an intelligent contract so as to realize the registration and maintenance of the access department; the department role management unit is used for maintaining the government departments using the system and carrying out increasing, deleting, modifying and checking operations on the government departments; the department member management unit is used for carrying out addition, deletion, modification and certificate management on the user; the department point management unit is used for displaying the number of the existing certificates by taking the participating government departments as objects, providing corresponding points according to rules and viewing detailed point records;
the license management module comprises a license catalog management unit, a main license inquiry unit, a license inquiry recording unit and a license monitoring and setting unit; the license catalog management unit is used for checking the detailed records of the licenses of the individual and the legal persons through departments and controlling the read-write authority; the main body license inquiry unit is used for carrying out fuzzy inquiry or screening and checking records and corresponding detailed information according to names by taking a legal person and an individual as operation objects and carrying out addition and deletion operation on the main body license; the license inquiry recording unit is used for recording the historical viewing record and the corresponding state of the license; the license monitoring and setting unit is used for early warning license expiration information;

the license statistics module comprises a per-department statistics unit and a per-license statistics unit; the according-to-department statistical unit is used for performing query display by counting the total number of the certificates, the queried times and the sharing times by departments and inputting a designated department number; and the license counting unit is used for inquiring the inquired and shared times of the specific license through the license number.
