技术领域
本发明涉及地毯制造技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯及其生产工艺。
背景技术
地毯是世界范围内具有悠久历史的传统的工艺美术品之一,常用高档住宅、宾馆、体育场、展览厅或交通工具内,具有减少噪声、隔热、装饰效果且铺放在地上具有美化家居、保温等功能。
目前阻燃铺毯的制作较为麻烦,由于步骤工序多,导致生产效率低。
鉴于此,本案发明人对上述问题进行深入研究,遂有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯及其生产工艺不占用空间,方便携带和存放的新型物品盛装盒。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用这样的技术方案:
一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,包括阻燃面层和与阻燃面层连接的防滑底层,所述防滑底层包括双层坯毯和固定连接在双层坯毯与阻燃面层之间的中间层。
所述阻燃面层包括阻燃毯面,固定毯面的PVC层,以及与PVC层连接的无纺布底层。
所述双层坯毯包括第一坯毯和第二坯毯。
所述防滑底层包括与第二坯毯连接的固定层,以及沿着固定层厚度向下延伸的防滑件。
所述防滑件包括与固定层一体成型的连接条,以及多个沿着连接条长度方向交叉设置并形成在连接条上的防滑斜钉。
一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a.将阻燃剂、聚酯切片和色母粒混合制成阻燃切片;
b.将阻燃切片配合尼龙材料及涤纶材料,形成双组份无纺布面层;
c.将DOP、增塑剂和活性钙粉混合制成中间PVC层;
d.将涤纶短纤制成无纺布底层胚毯;
e.将双组份无纺布面层、中间PVC层和无纺布底层胚毯组合形成双组份无纺方块毯。
在步骤a中,采用质量百分比占30%-40%的阻燃剂与质量百分比占60%-70%的聚酯切片熔融形成阻燃混合物。
采用质量百分比占97%-98%的阻燃混合物与质量百分比占2%-3%的色母粒混合熔融形成阻燃切片。
所述阻燃切片为纺切片工艺制成,温度为220-250℃。
在步骤b中,将尼龙材料及涤纶材料,热熔材料一起混合加料;通过无纺针刺设备制成双组份无纺坯毯。
在步骤d中,采用涤纶短纤:6-8分特,长度:51-65毫米,加上低熔材料制成。
在步骤e中,将双组份无纺布面层、中间PVC层和无纺布底层胚毯通过PVC设备双刮装置粘合,再经过烘箱塑化空调冷却,最后自动冲裁制得双组份无纺方块毯。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明的一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,采用双层坯毯,印花出来的产品颜色更鲜艳,且图案高清、逼真、立体,再经过水清理,使产品干擦湿擦色更加牢固。
本发明的一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,快熟生产方块地毯,通过阻燃面层有效的防止地毯燃烧。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例进行详细阐述。
本发明的一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯及其生产工艺,如图1-图4所示,包括阻燃面层1和与阻燃面层1连接的防滑底层2,防滑底层2包括双层坯毯21和固定连接在双层坯毯21与阻燃面层1之间的中间层22。采用双层坯毯21,印花出来的产品颜色更鲜艳,且图案高清、逼真、立体,再经过水清理,使产品干擦湿擦色更加牢固。
优选地,阻燃面层1包括阻燃毯面11,固定毯面的PVC层12,以及与PVC层12连接的无纺布底层13。稳定固定阻燃毯面11
优选地,双层坯毯21包括第一坯毯14和第二坯毯15。形成双层坯毯21。
优选地,防滑底层2包括与第二坯毯15连接的固定层23,以及沿着固定层23厚度向下延伸的防滑件24。通过防滑件24支撑在地面上形成摩擦力起到防滑的作用。
优选地,防滑件24包括与固定层23一体成型的连接条25,以及多个沿着连接条25长度方向交叉设置并形成在连接条25上的防滑斜钉26。过交叉设置的防滑斜钉26增大对地板的摩擦力。
一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
a.将阻燃剂、聚酯切片和色母粒混合制成阻燃切片;
b.将阻燃切片配合尼龙材料及涤纶材料,形成双组份无纺布面层;
c.将DOP、增塑剂和活性钙粉混合制成中间PVC层12;
d.将涤纶短纤制成无纺布底层13胚毯;
e.将双组份无纺布面层、中间PVC层12和无纺布底层13胚毯组合形成双组份无纺方块毯。
优选地,在步骤a中,采用质量百分比占30%-40%的阻燃剂与质量百分比占60%-70%的聚酯切片熔融形成阻燃混合物。
优选地,采用质量百分比占97%-98%的阻燃混合物与质量百分比占2%-3%的色母粒混合熔融形成阻燃切片。
优选地,阻燃切片为纺切片工艺制成,温度为220-250℃。
优选地,在步骤b中,将尼龙材料及涤纶材料,热熔材料一起混合加料;通过无纺针刺设备制成双组份无纺坯毯。
优选地,在步骤d中,采用涤纶短纤:6-8分特,长度:51-65毫米,加上低熔材料制成。
优选地,在步骤e中,将双组份无纺布面层、中间PVC层12和无纺布底层13胚毯通过PVC设备双刮装置粘合,再经过烘箱塑化空调冷却,最后自动冲裁制得双组份无纺方块毯。
本发明的产品形式并非限于本案图示和实施例,任何人对其进行类似思路的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (10)
1.一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,包括阻燃面层和与阻燃面层连接的防滑底层,其特征在于:所述防滑底层包括双层坯毯和固定连接在双层坯毯与阻燃面层之间的中间层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,其特征在于:所述阻燃面层包括阻燃毯面,固定毯面的PVC层,以及与PVC层连接的无纺布底层。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,其特征在于:所述双层坯毯包括第一坯毯和第二坯毯。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,其特征在于:所述防滑底层包括与第二坯毯连接的固定层,以及沿着固定层厚度向下延伸的防滑件。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯,其特征在于:所述防滑件包括与固定层一体成型的连接条,以及多个沿着连接条长度方向交叉设置并形成在连接条上的防滑斜钉。
6.基于权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a.将阻燃剂、聚酯切片和色母粒混合制成阻燃切片;
b.将阻燃切片配合尼龙材料及涤纶材料,形成双组份无纺布面层;
c.将DOP、增塑剂和活性钙粉混合制成中间PVC层;
d.将涤纶短纤制成无纺布底层胚毯;
e.将双组份无纺布面层、中间PVC层和无纺布底层胚毯组合形成双组份无纺方块毯。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤a中,采用质量百分比占30%-40%的阻燃剂与质量百分比占60%-70%的聚酯切片熔融形成阻燃混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,其特征在于:采用质量百分比占97%-98%的阻燃混合物与质量百分比占2%-3%的色母粒混合熔融形成阻燃切片。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,其特征在于:所述阻燃切片为纺切片工艺制成,温度为220-250℃。
10.根据权利要求6所述一种阻燃双组份无纺方块毯生产工艺,其特征在于:在步骤b中,将尼龙材料及涤纶材料,热熔材料一起混合加料;通过无纺针刺设备制成双组份无纺坯毯。
