step two: controlling a first motor (2) to run reversely to drive a threaded rod (302) to rotate reversely, so that an external inner sleeve (303) is meshed, rotated, moved leftwards, a side ring (304) is driven to move leftwards to push a sleeve plate (305) to move, a vertical plate (306) is moved leftwards, a fixed column (5) penetrates through a through hole (307) which is completely attached, the vertical plate (306) continues to move leftwards, and when the vertical plate (306) pushes a deep groove ball bearing which is sleeved outside the fixed column (5) leftwards to be attached to the left side wall of the fixed column (5), the first motor (2) stops running, and the deep groove ball bearing is clamped and limited;
