The first belt conveyor 41 and the drainage groove 44 are arranged on the cleaning machine support 45, and the drainage groove 44 is arranged below the first belt conveyor 41 and used for containing wastewater. The spray device 42 is arranged at the upper end of the first belt conveyor 41 and is positioned at one side close to the peeling machine 3, and the plurality of wind power dehydration devices 43 are arranged at the upper end of the first belt conveyor 41 and are positioned at one side far away from the spray device 42. The first belt conveyor 41, the spraying device 42 and the wind-driven dewatering device 43 are all in communication connection with the controller 15, and the controller 15 is used for controlling starting and stopping of all the devices. When the walnut kernel drying machine is used specifically, the controller 15 controls the first belt conveyor 41, the spraying device 42 and the wind power dehydration device 43 to be started, walnut kernels discharged by the peeling machine 3 are conveyed to the lower part of the spraying device 42 through the first belt conveyor 41, residues on the surfaces of the walnut kernels are cleaned through the spraying device 42, the walnut kernels are conveyed to the lower part of the wind power dehydration device 43 through the first belt conveyor 41, moisture on the surfaces of the walnut kernels is blown off, and therefore the drying time at the back is shortened, the drying efficiency is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 5, the walnut kernel peeling line in this embodiment further includes an ultraviolet disinfection device 8, a linear weighing device 10 and a vacuum packaging machine 12, which are in communication with a controller 15. Ultraviolet ray degassing unit 8 locates the exit end of drying-machine 7, and track 6 extends to ultraviolet ray degassing unit 8 department, and the walnut-meat after the stoving is carried to ultraviolet ray degassing unit 8 department through transport trolley 5, and the manual work is emptyd the walnut-meat and is disinfected on ultraviolet ray degassing unit 8. Specifically, ultraviolet ray disinfection device 8 includes second belt conveyor 81, and what second belt conveyor 81 chooseed for use is the food level belt, can guarantee the food safety of walnut-meat, and second belt conveyor 81's top is provided with a plurality of ultraviolet ray disinfection pipes 82, and ultraviolet ray disinfection pipe 82 is used for transmitting the ultraviolet ray to carry out disinfection treatment to the walnut-meat. The disinfected walnut kernels are conveyed to a linear weighing device 10 through a second scraper elevator 9 to be weighed and bagged, plastic packaging bags are held by hands during weighing, bag openings are placed at the outlet of the linear weighing device 10 to be connected with materials, after the materials are connected, the materials are conveyed through a third belt, and the materials are conveyed to a vacuum packaging machine 12 to be vacuumized, sealed and packaged. The sterilization, bagging and weighing can be completed by only a few people, so that the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the food safety is further ensured by sterilizing the walnut kernels by the ultraviolet sterilization device 8.
Referring to fig. 7, based on the above-mentioned walnut kernel peeling processing production line, the invention also provides a walnut kernel peeling method, comprising the following steps:
soaking:
1) responding to a walnut kernel peeling instruction, controlling a heater to start, and starting to heat the soaking pool;
2) when the temperature reaches the set temperature, adding the walnut kernels into the soaking pool, and starting to time at t1, wherein t1 is 20 min;
3) and after the timing of t1 is finished, controlling the scraper to start, controlling a first scraper lifter, and conveying the soaked walnut kernels to a peeling machine through the first scraper lifter to perform peeling treatment;
peeling:
4) controlling a motor and a water pump to start, driving a roller to rotate, spraying high-pressure water into the roller by a high-pressure spray head, peeling walnut kernels under the friction of the high-pressure water and the wall of the roller, and starting t2 for timing, wherein t2 is 40-50 min;
5) t2, when the timing is finished, the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted, and the walnut kernels are discharged to the cleaning machine under the action of the spiral material guide plate;
cleaning:
6) controlling a first belt conveyor, a spraying device and a wind power dehydration device to start, conveying walnut kernels to the position below the spraying device through the first belt conveyor, spraying and washing residues on the surfaces of the walnut kernels, conveying the washed walnut kernels to the position below the wind power dehydration device through the first belt conveyor, drying moisture on the surfaces of the walnut kernels, and enabling the walnut kernels to fall into a conveying trolley from an outlet of the first belt conveyor;
drying:
7) acquiring material information in the conveying trolley, controlling the conveying trolley to start according to the material information, and conveying the walnut kernels into a drying room for drying;
and (3) disinfection:
8) conveying the dried walnut kernels to an ultraviolet disinfection device through a conveying trolley for disinfection treatment;
weighing and bagging:
9) conveying the sterilized walnut kernels to a linear weighing device by a lifter for weighing and bagging;
and (3) vacuum packaging:
10) and the packaging bags are conveyed to the vacuum packaging machine by the third belt conveyor for packaging after being sufficiently filled with materials.
Before the walnut kernel peeling processing production line is used, the soaking machine is started to heat water in the soaking pool, the walnut kernels are added into the soaking pool in advance, the soaked walnut kernels are peeled, cleaned, dried, disinfected, weighed, bagged, packaged and the like after being discharged, all the devices are always in a working state, the walnut kernels are processed by circularly executing the procedures, only a few workers are needed to complete the peeling process, the labor cost is reduced, and the peeling efficiency of the walnut kernels is improved.
In conclusion, the walnut kernel peeling processing production line and the walnut kernel peeling processing method provided by the invention realize semi-automatic peeling of walnut kernels, replace traditional manual peeling, can be completed only by equipping a small number of workers in the processes of drying, weighing and bagging and vacuum packaging, save manpower, greatly reduce labor cost, improve peeling efficiency of walnut kernels, further reduce production cost of walnut kernel peeling, and realize price increment of walnut kernels.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can substitute or change the technical solution of the present invention and the inventive concept within the technical scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A walnut kernel peeling processing production line is characterized by comprising a soaking machine (1), a peeling machine (3), a cleaning machine (4) and a drying machine (7);
a scraper (13) is arranged at the outlet end of the soaking machine (1), the scraper (13) is connected with a feed inlet of the peeling machine (3) through a first scraper elevator (2), a discharge outlet of the peeling machine (3) is connected with a feed inlet of the cleaning machine (4), a conveying trolley (5) is arranged below a discharge outlet of the cleaning machine (4), and the conveying trolley (5) is arranged on the track (6) and used for bearing walnut kernels and conveying the walnut kernels to the dryer (7) for drying;
the soaking machine (1), the scraper (13), the first scraper elevator (2), the peeling machine (3), the cleaning machine (4), the conveying trolley (5) and the dryer (7) are all in communication connection with a controller (15), and the controller (15) is used for controlling the start and stop of the equipment connected with the controller according to a set program;
the top of transport trolley (5) is provided with material level switch (14), is used for detecting material level information in transport trolley (5), and will material level information transmits controller (15), controller (15) are according to receiving material level information control the opening of transport trolley (5) stops.

The walnut kernel peeling processing production line according to claim 1, wherein the soaking machine (1) comprises a soaking pool (12), a vibrating plate (15), an ultrasonic pipeline (13), an ultrasonic generator (16) which is in communication connection with the controller (15), an ultrasonic transducer vibrator (14) and a chain transmission system (A);
the soaking pool (12) is arranged on a soaking machine support (11), slide rails (19) are arranged on two sides in the width direction, the vibrating plate (15) is connected to the slide rails (19) in a sliding mode through the chain transmission system (A), and the chain transmission system (A) can drive the vibrating plate (15) to slide along the slide rails (19) when working;
the ultrasonic pipeline (13) is arranged in the soaking pool (12), the ultrasonic generator (16) is arranged on the soaking machine bracket (11) and connected with the ultrasonic pipeline (13), and the ultrasonic generator (16) can generate ultrasonic bubbles when working;
the ultrasonic transducer vibrator (14) is arranged on the soaking machine support (11), is abutted against the vibration plate (15) and is used for driving the vibration plate (15) to vibrate.
3. A walnut kernel peeling line as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said peeling machine (3) comprises a peeling machine support (31), a drum (32), a spiral guide plate (39), a water pump (34) and a plurality of high pressure nozzles (33);
the roller (32) is rotatably arranged on the frame of the peeling machine (3) through a rotating device, and the spiral material guide plate (39) is arranged on the inner wall of the roller (32);
the high-pressure spray pipes (33) are arranged in the roller (32) in parallel and are connected with the water pump (34), and a plurality of high-pressure spray heads are arranged along the extension direction of the high-pressure spray pipes (33) and are used for spraying high-pressure water into the roller (32);
the rotating device and the water pump (34) are in communication connection with the controller (15), and the controller (15) is used for controlling the starting and stopping of the rotating device and the water pump (34).
4. A walnut kernel peeling line as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said rotating means comprise an electric motor (37), a driving gear (38), a driven gear (36) and a bearing (35);
the bearing (35) and the driven gear (36) are respectively sleeved on the periphery of the roller (32) and positioned on two sides of the extending direction of the roller (32);
the motor (37) is arranged on the frame of the peeling machine (3), the power output end is connected with the driving gear (38), the driving gear (38) is meshed with the driven gear (36), and the motor (37) can drive the roller (32) to rotate when working;
the motor (37) is in communication connection with the controller (15), and the controller (15) is used for controlling starting, stopping, rotating speed and steering of the motor (37).
5. A walnut kernel peeling processing line according to claim 1, characterized in that said washing machine (4) comprises a first belt conveyor (41), a spraying device (42) and a plurality of pneumatic dehydration devices (43);
the spraying device (42) and the plurality of wind power dehydration devices (43) are respectively arranged above the first belt conveyor (41), the spraying device (42) is positioned at one side close to the peeling machine (3), and the plurality of wind power dehydration devices (43) are positioned at one side far away from the peeling machine (3);
the first belt conveyor (41), the spraying device (42) and the plurality of wind power dehydration devices (43) are all in communication connection with the controller (15).
6. A walnut kernel peeling processing line according to claim 1, further comprising an ultraviolet disinfection device (8), wherein the rail (6) extends to the ultraviolet disinfection device (8);
the ultraviolet disinfection device (8) comprises a second belt conveyor (81) and a plurality of ultraviolet disinfection tubes (82), wherein the second belt conveyor is in communication connection with the controller (15);
the ultraviolet disinfection tubes (82) are arranged above the first belt conveyor (41) and are uniformly arranged along the extending direction of the first belt conveyor (41).
7. A walnut kernel peeling processing line according to claim 6, further comprising a linear weighing device (10) and a vacuum packaging machine (12);
the discharge port of the ultraviolet disinfection device (8) is connected with the linear weighing device (10) through a second scraper lifter (9), and the linear weighing device (10) is connected with the vacuum packaging machine (12) through a third conveying device;
the linear weighing device (10) and the vacuum packaging machine (12) are in communication connection with the controller (15), and the controller (15) is used for controlling the start and stop of the linear weighing device (10) and the vacuum packaging machine (12).
8. A walnut kernel peeling method is characterized by comprising the following steps;
responding to a walnut kernel peeling instruction, controlling the soaking machine to start, and starting t1 for timing;
after the t1 is timed out, peeling the soaked walnut kernels, and conveying the peeled walnut kernels to a conveying trolley;
receiving material level information of the conveying trolley, controlling the conveying trolley to start according to the material level information, conveying the peeled walnut kernels to a drying room for drying, and starting t2 for timing;
and t2, finishing timing, and controlling the drying room to stop.
9. The walnut kernel peeling method of claim 8, wherein said time t1 is timed out, the soaked walnut kernels are peeled, and the peeled walnut kernels are transported to a transport cart, which comprises:
after the timing of t1 is finished, controlling a first scraper elevator to start, conveying the soaked walnut kernels to a peeling machine for peeling through the first scraper elevator, and starting to time t 2;
after the t2 timing is finished, the rotating speed of a roller of the peeling machine is adjusted, and the walnut kernels are discharged to the cleaning machine under the action of the spiral material guide plate;
and controlling a first belt conveyor, a spraying device and a wind power dehydration device of the cleaning machine to start, wherein the first belt conveyor sequentially conveys the walnut kernels to the spraying device and the lower part of the wind power dehydration device for cleaning and air-drying.
10. The walnut kernel peeling method of claim 9, further comprising:
controlling the ultraviolet disinfection device to start, and conveying the dried walnut kernels to the ultraviolet disinfection device for disinfection through the conveying trolley;
and controlling a second scraper elevator, a linear weighing device, a third belt conveyor and a vacuum packaging machine to start, conveying the sterilized walnut kernels to the linear weighing device by the second scraper elevator for weighing and bagging, and conveying the walnut kernels to the vacuum packaging machine by the third belt conveyor for vacuum packaging.
