The invention discloses an intelligent auditing and checking method and device for a same text. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first contract text; processing the first contract text according to a preset algorithm to obtain a second contract text; and verifying the second contract text according to a preset rule matrix to obtain a third contract text. The method and the device solve the technical problems that in the prior art, the examination and verification of the same text data are only carried out through the preset rules in the examination and verification process of the contract text, the intelligent flexible examination and verification of the text can not be carried out by utilizing the examination and verification historical data, namely, the rules can not be adjusted in real time according to other factors so as to adapt to the examination and verification conditions of different contract texts.
