Abstract

The detection and evaluation method has the advantages of simplicity, rapidness, easiness in implementation and high reliability, can effectively detect the tightness consistency of the film coiled material, and is favorable for improving the production efficiency.

The degree of tightness of film coil material can't be judged through visual observation, often only after installing the machine with the coil material on, in process of production, because the coil material both ends elasticity is inconsistent and lead to rocking, just can discover the coil material both ends elasticity is inconsistent. In the production process, if the tightness degree of the two ends of the coiled material is greatly different, the tension is inconsistent, so that the flatness of the film is influenced, and the production efficiency is reduced. Therefore, the development of a simple and quick method for detecting and evaluating the tightness consistency of the film coiled material has very important significance.

Particularly, the invention also discloses that the coiled material is knocked by the knocking head in a free falling mode at the same height, so that the same strength of the knocking head to the coiled material is well ensured, and the reliability of a test result is improved; and the designed free falling body testing device can realize the same height of the free falling bodies of the knocking heads, ensure the reliability of a test result, and can control the weight and the falling height of the knocking heads by adjusting a proper size range, thereby avoiding the membrane material from being knocked out of the pit and eliminating the adverse effect on the product quality. s1, preparing a free falling body testing device, wherein the free falling body testing device comprises an upright rod 1, a cross rod 2 and a knocking head 3, the cross rod 2 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the upright rod 1 and is vertical to the upright rod 1, and the knocking head 3 is provided with a through hole which is in penetrating fit with the upright rod 1;
s2, setting two ends of the upper surface of the film coiled material as an A end and a B end respectively, determining a first test point at the A end, determining a second test point at the B end, vertically placing a vertical rod 1 of the free fall testing device at the first test point and the second test point respectively, lifting a knocking head 3 penetrating through the vertical rod 1 until the top of the knocking head 3 is contacted with the lower end of a cross rod 2, then loosening the knocking head 3 to enable the knocking head to freely fall, detecting a decibel value generated when the knocking head 3 knocks the film coiled material by using a decibel meter, comparing the decibel value measured by the first test point with the decibel value measured by the second test point, and evaluating whether the tightness degrees of the two ends of the film coiled material are consistent;

the first test point and the second test point are positioned on the middle line of the upper surface of the coiled material along the longitudinal direction;

As can be seen from Table 1, the difference between the knock decibels of the two ends of the coiled material of the sample 1 is large, which indicates that the consistency of the tightness of the two ends of the coiled material of the sample 1 is poor; the knocking decibels at the two ends of the coiled material of the samples 2-5 are the same or close, and the tightness consistency at the two ends of the coiled material of the samples 2-5 is good.

5. The method of claim 3 or 4, wherein the first test point and the second test point are located on a centerline of the web top surface along the longitudinal direction.
6. A method for testing and evaluating the tightness of a film web according to any of claims 2-5 comprising the steps of:
s1, preparing a free falling body testing device, wherein the free falling body testing device comprises an upright rod, a cross rod and a knocking head, the cross rod is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the upright rod and is vertical to the upright rod, and the knocking head is provided with a through hole which is in penetrating fit with the upright rod;
s2, vertically arranging the vertical rods of the free falling body testing device at two ends of the upper surface of the thin film coiled material respectively, lifting the knocking heads penetrating through the vertical rods until the tops of the knocking heads are in contact with the lower end of the cross rod, then loosening the knocking heads to enable the free falling bodies to fall, comparing decibel sizes generated when the knocking heads knock the thin film coiled material, and evaluating whether tightness degrees of two ends of the thin film coiled material are consistent.

The method for detecting and evaluating the tightness consistency of the film coiled material according to claim 6, wherein in the free fall testing device, the diameter of the stand rod is less than the diameter of the through hole of the knocking head; preferably, the cross rod and the vertical rod are in a cross structure; preferably, the diameter of the vertical rod is 1-1.4cm, and the diameter of the through hole of the knocking head is 1.1-1.5 cm; preferably, the knocking head is cylindrical, the diameter of the knocking head is 3-8cm, and the height of the knocking head is 5-15 cm; preferably, the distance between the lower end port of the cross rod and the bottom end port of the vertical rod is 30-40 cm; preferably, the diameter of the cross bar is 1-3 cm; preferably, the length of the vertical rod is 40-60 cm.
