The square column type valve body is arranged to be matched and adapted to the environment of a cabin, valve cores with different principles can be arranged to be used in different places, the first square column planar valve body can be communicated with three or two air pipes at the same time, the second cylindrical planar valve body can be switched and connected with any two air pipes, the third square column vertical valve body can be switched and fixed with the air pipes on two sides, and the three valve bodies are wider in overall application range and simpler and more convenient to switch.

Background
When the tail gas of a ship is treated, the tail gas with high temperature and high speed is required to be treated by changing the channel, but the existing three-way valve generally has only one form, and can be applied to only one scene, but the single style cannot meet the complex environment in the cabin.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present invention to provide a multi-style air three-way valve that addresses one or more of the above-mentioned problems of the prior art.
The manifold air three-way valve comprises a manifold valve body, wherein the manifold valve body is provided with three valve ports, the manifold valve body is provided with a valve core, and the valve core can rotate on the manifold valve body to switch the valve ports to be on or off.
In some embodiments, the multi-style valve body comprises a first valve body, the first valve body is a square column shape as a whole, the first valve body is provided with a cylindrical groove, the first valve port is located at three adjacent side wall ends of the first valve body, and the centers of the three first valve ports are located on the same plane.
In some embodiments, a first valve core is arranged inside the cylindrical groove, the first valve core is provided with two circular cover plates, the peripheries of the circular cover plates are connected through retaining pieces, and the circular cover plates are movably connected with the upper end and the lower end of the first valve body.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The manifold air three-way valve comprises a manifold valve body 1, wherein the manifold valve body 1 is provided with three valve ports 2, the manifold valve body 1 is provided with a valve core 3, and the valve core 3 can rotate on the manifold valve body 1 to switch the valve ports 2 to be on or off.
The body of the various valve bodies 1 is a square column type, the valve ports 2 are all arranged on each section of the various valve bodies 1, and meanwhile, the valve core 3 is provided with valve cores of 3 different principles, so that the valve cores 2 can be controlled to be communicated.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the multi-style valve body 1 comprises a first valve body 11, the first valve body 11 is of a square column shape as a whole, a first valve port 21 is positioned at three adjacent side wall ends of the first valve body 11, the circle centers of the three first valve ports 21 are positioned on the same plane, and the design can be used under the condition that different three valve ports are positioned on the same horizontal plane.
The first valve body 11 is internally provided with a first valve core 31, the first valve core 31 is provided with two circular cover plates 311, the peripheries of the circular cover plates 311 are connected through a baffle piece 312, the circular cover plates 311 are movably connected with the upper end and the lower end of the first valve body 11, and the design can rotate the baffle piece 312 of the first valve core 31 to block one first valve port 21.
In a specific use process, different air pipes can be connected into three first valve ports 21, the baffle piece 312 can be rotated to block one of the first valve ports 21, so that the other two first valve ports 21 are communicated with each other, or the baffle piece 312 is rotated to the surface without the valve ports, so that the three first valve ports 21 are communicated with each other.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the multi-style valve body 1 includes a second valve body 12, the second valve body 12 is cylindrical, and three second valve ports 22 are provided on the side wall of the second valve body 12 at equal intervals, and can be applied to circular places.
The second valve core 32 with a circular arc-shaped cross section is arranged inside the second valve body 12, the center of the second valve core 32 is movably connected with the centers of the upper end face and the lower end face of the second valve body 12 through the connecting rod 321 and the limiting button 322, and any two second valve ports 22 can be communicated by rotating the second valve core 32.
The second valve body 12 is arranged in the square column type outer valve body 121 and the valve body end cover 122, the outer valve body 121 is provided with an outer valve port 221 communicated with the second valve port 22, and the second valve body can be sleeved with the second valve port through the outer valve body 121, so that the second valve body can be conveniently arranged in a square place.
In a specific use process, different air pipes can be connected into the three second valve bodies 12, and any two second valve ports 22 are communicated by rotating the arc-shaped second valve core 32.

As shown in fig. 4-5, the multi-style valve body 1 includes a third valve body 13, the third valve body 13 is in a square column shape, an upper port 231 of the third valve body 13 is located on an upper end surface of the third valve body 13, and two side ports 232 are located on two side surfaces of the third valve body 13, and the design can selectively communicate with the side ports 232 through an air inlet of the upper port 231.
The third valve body 13 is provided with a third valve core 33, the third valve core 33 is an L-shaped conduit, one end of the third valve core 33 is a fixed pipe 331, the other end of the third valve core 33 is a switching pipe 332, the fixed pipe 331 is movably connected with the upper end valve port 231, the switching pipe can be in switching connection with the side end valve port 232, and the switching pipe 332 is selectively switched to any one side end valve port 232 by rotating the L-shaped third valve core 33.
The outer end of the fixed tube 331 is provided with a rough part 333 which is convenient for rotating the third valve core 33.
When the valve is used specifically, the air inlet pipe is connected to the fixed pipe 331, the two air outlet pipes are connected to the two side end valve ports 232, the switching pipe 332 can be switched to the side end valve port 232 needing air outlet by rotating the fixed pipe 331, and the valve is suitable for occasions where the air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are on different planes.
