wherein: the rectification conversion module (4-1) of the intelligent electric control system converts alternating current generated by the alternating current generator (3) into direct current, the alternating current is subjected to filtering voltage doubling work through a filtering voltage doubling circuit and a voltage stabilizing control system of the controller (4-2), all electric energy is transmitted to the battery pack (4-4) through the battery monitoring system (4-3) to supplement electric quantity for the battery pack (4-4), and then the electric energy is inverted to be supplied to the outside for grid connection.
2. The mobile cabinet type circulating water vortex device of claim 1, wherein the coreless stator (3-2) of the generator (3) is a coreless multi-phase winding, a plastic casting structure, and a magnetic circuit has no saturation problem;
symmetrical permanent magnets uniformly distributed on a gyro rotor disk (3-3) of the generator (3) have large inertia and small starting moment;
a motor shaft (3-5) of the generator (3) is connected with a speed increasing machine output shaft (2-4) of the water turbine set (2) at the front end of the motor shaft to rotate so as to drive the generator (3) to work, and an excitation winding, a direct-current excitation, a collecting ring and a brush-free device are not arranged on the motor shaft of the generator (3);
the airflow port (3-4) of the generator (3) is used for compensating inertia kinetic energy of the gyro rotor disk (3-3).

The mobile cabinet type circulating water vortex power generation device according to claim 1, wherein the vortex tapered siphon bucket (1-6) is molded by casting with a PE plasticized material, and has a specification cone with an upper diameter of 900mm, a small opening diameter of 250mm, a siphon water outlet with an angle of 100x300mm, an angle of 15, a taper height of 500mm, and a total high degree of 700 mm;
the water impeller (2-1) adopts PLA carbon fiber reinforced wires, is molded by 3D printing and casting, has the upper diameter of 850mm, the lower diameter of 300mm and the height of 450mm in the specification of the impeller, has the mass of 7KG, and is resistant to water erosion and impact.

The mobile cabinet type circulating water vortex power generation device according to claim 1, wherein an intelligent electric control system (4-1) of the intelligent electric control device (4) adopts six-phase alternating current to perform rectification by using a double three-phase fully-controlled parallel switch with a balance reactor and a voltage-stabilizing rectification circuit, a control mode of the battery monitoring system (4-3) adopts closed-loop control, output direct current voltage is constant and does not change along with changes of the rotating speed and load current of the generator, a charging process is completed, and a storage battery is protected.
