These drawings and written description are not intended to limit the scope of the inventive concepts in any manner, but rather to illustrate the inventive concepts to those skilled in the art by reference to specific embodiments.
Detailed Description
To make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a vehicle prompting method. As shown in fig. 1, when a user is looking for a vehicle, the user can send a warning tone play request to the vehicle using the vehicle control apparatus.
An Electronic Control Unit (ECU) of the vehicle may receive the above-described alert tone playback request. Then, the vehicle exterior warning sound playing device is controlled to give out warning sounds. Then, the user can send out prompt sound according to the vehicle to locate the position of the vehicle.
In the existing vehicle prompting method, the prompting sounds sent by most vehicles are the same. For example, most vehicles, after receiving an alert tone play request, issue alert tones each of which is "drop-".
However, when a plurality of vehicles simultaneously emit the above-mentioned warning sounds, the user may not be able to recognize the warning sounds emitted by the vehicle, and the user may not be able to timely and accurately determine the position of the vehicle. That is, when a plurality of vehicles simultaneously send the above-mentioned warning sounds, the conventional vehicle warning method is low in accuracy and efficiency.
In view of the above technical problems, the present application provides a vehicle prompting method, in which the prompting tones of all vehicles are factory set, and the audio frequencies are the same, and the volume is the same, so that the prompting tones of the vehicles and the playing volume of the prompting tones can be set individually according to different user requirements. Therefore, even if a plurality of vehicles send out prompt tones at the same time, the user can accurately and efficiently position the vehicle position according to the personalized prompt tones sent out by the vehicle.
In a specific implementation, the execution subject of the method may be an electronic control unit of the vehicle, or may be other electronic devices capable of controlling the vehicle, such as an in-vehicle terminal and the like, on the vehicle. The following embodiments are exemplified by an electronic control unit of a vehicle.
It should be understood that the present application does not limit the types of the vehicle control apparatuses described above. Fig. 1 is an exemplary illustration only in which the vehicle control apparatus is a cellular phone. In specific implementation, the vehicle control device may also be other terminal devices capable of sending a prompt tone playing request to the vehicle, such as a vehicle key, a tablet computer, and a smart band. Further, it should be understood that fig. 1 is only an example, and the present application is not limited to the type, number, and installation position outside the vehicle of the above-described alert tone reproducing apparatus.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a vehicle prompting method provided by the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the steps of:
and S101, receiving a request message from the vehicle control equipment.
The request message is used for requesting the vehicle to send out a prompt tone. The alert tone is used for a target user holding the vehicle control apparatus to locate a position where the vehicle is located.
Taking the vehicle control device as a vehicle key as an example, the vehicle key may be provided with a vehicle searching button, and the user may trigger the vehicle key to send the request message to the vehicle by pressing the button.
Taking the vehicle control device as a mobile phone or a tablet computer as an example, the ECU may be connected to a network, where the network may be a network provided by a communication operator, or a wifi network provided by a parking lot. The mobile phone or the tablet computer may provide a car finding control through a car finding Application (APP), for example. The user can trigger the mobile phone or the tablet computer to send the request message to the vehicle in the network by clicking the vehicle searching control. Accordingly, the ECU may obtain a request message sent by the mobile phone or the tablet computer to request the vehicle to send a warning tone.
Still alternatively, taking the vehicle control device as a mobile phone or a tablet computer as an example, the vehicle control device may also be connected with the vehicle management cloud platform. In this implementation, the vehicle control device may send the request message to a vehicle management cloud platform. The vehicle management cloud platform may then send the request message to the ECU of the vehicle. That is, the ECU may also receive a request message from the vehicle control device through the vehicle management cloud platform.
S102, obtaining identification information of the target user and the distance between the target user and the vehicle.
As a possible implementation manner for acquiring the identification information of the target user, the ECU may acquire the feature information of the target user through a user feature information acquisition device installed outside the vehicle after receiving the request message. And then acquiring the identification information of the target user according to the characteristic information of the target user and the mapping relation between the characteristic information of the user and the identification information. The type of the user characteristic information acquisition device is not limited in the application. The user characteristic information acquisition device may be, for example, a camera or a sound acquisition device. Correspondingly, the feature information of the user may be face feature information, voiceprint feature information, and the like of the user.
Or the vehicle can be connected with a camera arranged in the parking lot where the vehicle is located in a wireless connection mode to acquire the images collected in the parking lot. Then, the ECU can acquire the identification information of the target user from the images acquired by these cameras.
Still alternatively, the vehicle control device may further include a user characteristic information acquisition device (for example, a camera or a sound acquisition device). The collecting device can trigger the user to collect the characteristic information of the target user when the user sends the request message through the vehicle control equipment. After collecting the characteristic information of the target user, the vehicle control device may acquire the identification information of the target user according to the characteristic information of the target user, and send the identification information of the target user to the ECU. Accordingly, the ECU may receive the identification information of the target user transmitted by the vehicle control apparatus. Alternatively, the vehicle control apparatus may transmit the identification information of the target user to the ECU of the vehicle together with the above-described request message for requesting the vehicle to issue the alert tone.
As a possible implementation for obtaining the distance between the target user and the vehicle, the vehicle control device may be provided with a positioning means, for example, which may position the position of the vehicle control device. The vehicle control device may transmit the position obtained by the positioning to the ECU in a request message.
Alternatively, the ECU may acquire the distance between the target user and the vehicle through a distance measuring device provided in the vehicle after receiving the request message. Illustratively, the distance measuring device may be, for example, an ultrasonic distance measuring sensor, a laser distance measuring sensor, a radar sensor, or the like.
S103, determining a prompt tone corresponding to the target user according to the identification information of the target user.
The corresponding prompt tones of different target users of the vehicle can be the same or different, and the setting of the prompt tones by the target users can be specifically determined. It should be understood that the present application does not limit the specific content of the prompt tone corresponding to the target user. For example, the alert tone may be a recording of the target user, a preset music of the target user, or the like.
As a possible implementation manner, after obtaining the identification information of the target user, the ECU may obtain the prompt tone corresponding to the target user according to the identification information of the target user and the mapping relationship between the identification information of the user and the prompt tone. In this implementation manner, the mapping relationship between the identification information of the user and the alert tone may be preset by the user and stored in the ECU. Alternatively, the user may also store the mapping relationship in the vehicle management cloud platform. The ECU may download the mapping relationship from the vehicle management cloud platform described above.
For example, the mapping relationship between the identification information of the user and the alert tone may be as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Serial number Identification information of a user Prompting sound
1 Identification 1 Prompt tone 1
2 Identification 2 Prompt tone 2
3 Identification 3 Prompt tone 3
If the ECU determines that the identification information of the target user is the identification 1, the alert tone corresponding to the target user can be determined to be the alert tone 1 according to the mapping relationship shown in table 1.
In another possible implementation manner, after obtaining the identification information of the target user, the ECU may further send the identification information of the target user to the vehicle management cloud platform. The vehicle management cloud platform can acquire the prompt tone corresponding to the target user according to the identification information of the target user and the mapping relation between the identification information of the user and the prompt tone, and sends the prompt tone to the ECU. The mapping relationship between the identification information of the user in the vehicle management cloud platform and the prompt tone may be preset by the user and stored in the vehicle management cloud platform.
And S104, determining the playing volume of the prompt tone according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle.
After obtaining the distance between the target user and the vehicle, as a possible implementation manner, the ECU may determine the playback volume of the alert sound according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle and a mapping relationship between the distance and the playback volume of the alert sound. Optionally, the greater the distance between the user and the vehicle, the greater the playing volume of the alert tone may be. The smaller the distance between the user and the vehicle, the smaller the playback volume of the alert tone may be. Alternatively, the mapping relationship between the distance and the playback volume of the alert tone may be stored in the ECU in advance by the user.
For example, the mapping relationship between the distance and the playing volume of the alert tone may be as shown in table 2 below.
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0003085995570000081
For example, if the ECU determines that the distance between the target user and the vehicle is distance 1, the playback volume of the alert tone corresponding to the target user may be determined to be volume 1 according to the mapping relationship shown in table 2.
And S105, controlling the playing volume of the vehicle adopting the prompt tone, and sending the prompt tone to the outside of the vehicle.
After the prompt tone corresponding to the target user and the playing volume of the prompt tone are determined, the ECU can control the vehicle prompt tone playing device to send the prompt tone corresponding to the target user to the outside of the vehicle by adopting the playing volume. For example, fig. 2a is a schematic view of a scene where a vehicle emits an alert tone according to the present application. As shown in fig. 2a, in a parking lot, when there are a plurality of users looking for vehicles at the same time, the vehicles may issue personalized prompt tones of the users for different target users after receiving request messages of the respective vehicle control devices. After the target user hears the prompt tone corresponding to the target user, the position of the vehicle can be determined according to the prompt tone corresponding to the target user. For example, assuming that the alert tone corresponding to the user 2 is the alert tone 2, the user can determine the position of the vehicle based on the alert tone 2. Even if there are a plurality of vehicles in present parking area and send out the warning sound simultaneously, because the warning sound that sends of different users' vehicle can be different, then the target user can confirm the warning sound that the target user corresponds from a plurality of warning sounds, and then can be according to the position that this warning sound sent, confirms the position of vehicle.
In this embodiment, the prompt tone corresponding to the target user may be determined through the identification information of the target user. And determining the playing volume of the prompt tone according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle, and then controlling the vehicle to adopt the determined playing volume to send the prompt tone corresponding to the target user to the outside of the vehicle. Aiming at different target users, the prompt tones sent by the vehicles can be different, so that the accuracy of vehicle prompt is improved, even if a plurality of vehicles simultaneously send the prompt tones in the current parking lot, the target users can distinguish the prompt tones corresponding to the target users from the prompt tones of the vehicles, and then the positions of the vehicles can be accurately and efficiently positioned according to the prompt tones. In addition, by the method, the playing volume of the prompt tone can be adjusted according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle, so that the user can hear the prompt tone sent by the vehicle, the noise pollution is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes how the electronic device determines the playback volume of the alert tone according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle in detail.
As a possible implementation manner, the ECU may determine the playing volume of the alert tone directly according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle. The playing volume of the prompt tone of the vehicle is positively correlated with the distance between the target user and the vehicle. That is, the greater the distance between the target user and the vehicle, the greater the playback volume of the alert tone. The smaller the distance between the target user and the vehicle, the smaller the playback volume of the alert tone.
In another possible implementation manner, the ECU may first determine the initial playing volume of the alert tone according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle and the mapping relationship between the distance and the playing volume. The initial playback volume is positively correlated with the distance between the target user and the vehicle.
Then, the ECU may recognize whether or not a preset type of object exists within a preset range of the vehicle. And then determining the playing volume of the prompt tone according to the initial playing volume of the prompt tone and the result of whether the preset type of object exists in the preset range of the vehicle.
The preset range may be, for example, a range that is stored in the ECU by the user in advance. The preset type of object may be, for example, a person other than the target user, or a person with an age less than a first age threshold, or an age greater than a second age threshold, or the like. Wherein the first age threshold is less than the second age threshold. Still alternatively, the preset type of subject may be a subject having a vital sign, such as a cat or a dog.
For example, the ECU may acquire an image within a preset range of the vehicle captured by a camera mounted on the outside of the vehicle, for example. Then, whether an object of a preset type exists in a preset range of the vehicle is identified according to the image. In specific implementation, how the ECU identifies whether the object of the preset type exists in the preset range of the vehicle according to the image may refer to the existing image identification implementation manner, which is not described herein again.
If the preset type of object exists in the preset range of the vehicle, optionally, the ECU may further determine whether the initial playing volume is greater than a volume preset threshold. The volume preset threshold may be stored in the ECU by the user in advance, for example. If so, it is stated that if the ECU controls the vehicle to emit a warning sound to the outside of the vehicle using the initial playback volume, a large noise interference may be caused to a preset type of object within a preset range of the vehicle. The ECU can use the preset volume threshold value as the playing volume of the prompt tone, and reduce the volume of the prompt tone sent by the vehicle so as to avoid the interference of the overlarge playing volume of the prompt tone on the preset type of objects.
If the initial playing volume is less than or equal to the volume preset threshold, when the ECU controls the vehicle to send out a prompt tone to the outside of the vehicle by adopting the initial playing volume, noise interference on preset type objects in a preset range of the vehicle is avoided. The ECU may use the initial playback volume as the playback volume of the alert tone.
If no preset type object exists in the preset range of the vehicle, the ECU does not need to limit the playing volume of the prompt tone, and the ECU can directly use the initial playing volume as the playing volume of the prompt tone.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the ECU may determine the playing volume of the alert sound according to the distance between the target user and the vehicle, the identification information of the target user, and the mapping relationship among the identification information of the user, the distance, and the playing volume. The playing volume of the prompt tone is determined through the mapping relation among the identification information, the distance and the playing volume of the user, the prompt tones corresponding to different target users are different, the volume of the prompt tone corresponding to different target users can also be the personalized setting of the user, and the discrimination of the prompt tones corresponding to different target users is further improved, so that the accuracy and the efficiency of searching the vehicle prompt tone by the user according to the vehicle prompt tone are further improved.
Optionally, the mapping relationship among the identification information, the distance, and the playing volume of the user may be preset by the user and stored in the ECU. Alternatively, the user may also store the mapping relationship in the vehicle management cloud platform. The ECU may download the mapping relationship from the vehicle management cloud platform described above.
For example, the mapping relationship among the identification information of the user, the distance, and the playing volume may be as shown in table 3 below. Wherein, aiming at one user, the playing volume of the prompt tone can be positively correlated with the distance between the user and the vehicle. For example, for a target user whose identification information is identification 1, assuming that distance 1 is greater than distance 2 and distance 2 is greater than distance 3, volume 11 is greater than volume 12, and volume 12 is greater than volume 13.
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0003085995570000111
According to the mapping relationship shown in table 3, for example, if the ECU determines that the identification information of the target user is the identification 1 and the distance between the target user and the vehicle is the distance 2, it may determine that the playback volume of the alert sound corresponding to the target user is the volume 12.
In yet another possible implementation manner, the ECU may determine the initial playing volume of the alert sound according to the identification information of the target user, the distance between the target user and the vehicle, and the mapping relationship among the identification information of the user, the distance, and the playing volume. Then, the ECU may recognize whether or not a preset type of object exists within a preset range of the vehicle. And then determining the playing volume of the prompt tone according to the initial playing volume of the prompt tone and the result of whether the preset type of object exists in the preset range of the vehicle. Specifically, reference may be made to the methods described in the foregoing embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The following describes how the electronic device acquires the identification information of the target user in detail. Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for acquiring identification information of a target user according to the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, as a possible implementation manner, the acquiring identification information of the target user in step S102 may include the following steps:
s301, collecting images around the vehicle.
For example, the ECU may capture images of the surroundings of the vehicle through a camera provided outside the vehicle.
S302, identifying characteristic information of at least one initial user from the image.
For example, the feature information of the initial user may be face feature information, human body shape feature information, gait feature information, and the like of the initial user. After acquiring the image of the surroundings of the vehicle, the ECU may perform image recognition on the image to acquire feature information of at least one initial user. In a specific implementation, the feature information of at least one initial user may be identified from the image by referring to an existing image identification method, which is not described herein again.
If the ECU does not acquire any user characteristic information, optionally, the ECU may return to execute step S301 and record the number of times step S301 is continuously executed. In this implementation, if the number of times the ECU continuously executes step S301 reaches the preset number threshold, the ECU may optionally execute step S305.
S303, determining whether a target user exists in the at least one initial user according to the characteristic information of the at least one initial user and the characteristic information stored in advance.
Wherein the pre-stored characteristic information may be pre-stored in the ECU by a user.
Optionally, the ECU may match the feature information of the at least one initial user with pre-stored feature information through a preset image matching algorithm to determine whether a target user exists in the at least one initial user. The preset image matching algorithm may determine a target user when the target user exists in the at least one initial user.
If yes, go to step S304. If not, the ECU may optionally execute step S305.
S304, acquiring the identification information of the target user according to the characteristic information of the target user and the mapping relation between the pre-stored identification information of the user and the characteristic information.
For example, the mapping relationship between the pre-stored identification information of the user and the feature information may be as shown in table 4 below:
TABLE 4
Serial number User characteristic information Identification information of a user
1 Characteristic information 1 Identification 1
2 Characteristic information 2 Identification 2
3 Characteristic information 3 Identification 3
If the feature information of the ECU target user is the feature information 1, the identification information of the target user can be determined to be the identification 1 based on the mapping relationship shown in table 4.
In this implementation manner, as a possible implementation manner, the foregoing step S103 may include determining the alert tone corresponding to the target user according to the identification information of the target user and the mapping relationship between the identification information of the user and the alert tone. The mapping relationship between the identification information of the user and the prompt tone may be preset by the user and stored in the ECU.
And S305, taking the preset prompt tone as the prompt tone corresponding to the target user.
