An offshore comprehensive aquaculture facility comprises an aquaculture boat, and is shown in a figure 1. The culture ship mainly comprises three parts, namely a bow 2, a culture cabin 3 and a stern 4;
ballast tanks 1 are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the bow 2 and the stern 4, and the ballast tanks 1 are used for inputting and outputting water through an immersed pump, so that the floating/sinking is realized. As shown in fig. 2, the ballast tank is mainly divided into three parts, the end of the bow 2, and the outer periphery (1 b and 1c in the figure) of the bow 2, where it is worth mentioning that the middle hollowed section of the bow 2 is also used as a part of the cultivation tank 3; in the figure 1b is arranged outside this part and the middle part is left empty for mounting the netting 31.
In addition, a living space is provided at the upper part of the stern 4 for daily living, and ballast tanks (part 1a in the figure) at the bottom are respectively provided at both sides of the bottom of the living space with a space left in the middle (see fig. 7).
Referring to fig. 2 again, the living accommodation is designed above the water, so that a good living environment is provided for the living of fishermen, and life-saving equipment is arranged at the position of the living accommodation to prevent dangerous accidents.
The ballast tank 1 is designed as above, has the advantages of lightness and stability, and in practical application, the ship body is uniformly stressed in sinking and floating, and the stability is high.
The culture tank 3 is mainly positioned between the bow 2 and the stern 4, and the structure of the culture tank comprises a frame structure 32 and a netting 31 for supporting and positioning; the culture cabin 3 can be divided into a plurality of independent boxes (3 large boxes and 1 small box as shown in the figure, and the small box is positioned at the bow 2 in the figure) so as to adapt to the culture needs of different modes; each cabin can be selectively layered in height to improve flexibility of the breeding mode.
The 3 large boxes can realize three-stage culture of a seedling stage, a growth stage and a maturation stage, so that finished marine products can be conveniently listed in batches; and different types of marine product culture can be realized, and the variety is diversified. The small box body at the bow 2 is used for separating defective culture products, preventing diseases and reducing culture risks.
In particular, the frame structure 32 is made up of circular steel tubes, fixed between the bow 2 and the stern 4, and acts as a support structure for the entire hull. Referring to the figure, in the embodiment, the main body part is formed by welding a transverse steel pipe and a longitudinal steel pipe, and an oblique steel pipe is additionally arranged in the middle of the main body part for stabilization. The frame structure 32 may be formed as a multi-layer structure (shown as a double layer).
The steel pipe has the characteristics of high bearing capacity, high toughness, difficult fracture and the like. The frame structure space is big (conveniently settle netting 31), and the wholeness is good, and the dead weight is light, and welding seam department has good fatigue resistance, because the steel pipe is cylindrical in the sea water, when rivers flow through breed facility, reducible resistance in the aquatic.
In addition, the contact area between the circular steel tube and the netting 31 is relatively small, and the abrasion to the netting 31 is small.
The frame structure is also convenient for setting up straight ladder 33, and straight ladder 33 mountable is in the inside and outside both sides of frame structure, and straight ladder 33 is for the fatigue degree of periodic inspection steel pipe welding department, guarantees the holistic reliability of facility. In addition, the cultivation cabin 3 can be entered through the vertical ladder 33.
Referring again to the drawings, netting 31 is enclosed on a frame structure 32 such that the frame structure 32 forms a cage-like habitat. The installation of the netting 31 incorporates the distribution of the frame structure 32 itself. The frame structure 32 may be provided on the outer side or the inner side, and the netting 31 may be provided with a plurality of layers.
In this embodiment, in order to realize the cleaning of the net 31, the net 31 is provided as a movable structure, and a roller brush 313 with brush bristles on the surface for cleaning is installed on the moving path of the net 31; the method specifically comprises two schemes.
Firstly, referring to fig. 3, the netting 31 is set in a horizontally moving structure; referring to the figure, the frame structure 32 is horizontally provided with slide rails 312, in order to ensure the stability of the netting, two slide rails 312 may be provided, which are distributed up and down, the upper and lower ends of the netting 31 are fixed on the slide blocks, the slide blocks are slidably connected in the slide rails 312, and a plurality of tractors 315 with power are provided to drag the slide blocks.
Further, the mesh 31 has a long circumferential length, and a transition roller 311 is attached to a turning position thereof in order to prevent a jam in the middle.
Specifically, referring back to fig. 1, the overall culture cabin has a large area, and in order to ensure the stability of the operation of the netting 31, two sets of netting are arranged and are respectively driven. Moreover, the design can avoid the connecting bracket at the upper middle part of the frame structure. As shown in the figure, the netting 31 may be provided at an intermediate position in a two-layer frame structure.
Referring to fig. 3, each set of netting rotates around the entire hull (the arrows in the figure may indicate the direction of rotation, but are not limited to being counterclockwise as viewed in the figure); it is worth mentioning here that passages for the netting 31 to pass through are provided in both the bow 2 and the stern 4.
In addition, as shown in fig. 7, the netting passes through a passage 41 provided in the stern 4, and enters a position (a in the figure) where it is left empty, and a roller brush 313 for cleaning is provided. The position is space-efficient and of suitable height, and a full row of vertically distributed roller brushes 313 can be provided. Also, the roller brush 313 is provided here in an open structure, and can be conveniently operated even if a jam occurs or replacement is required. Alternatively, the roller brush 313 may be rotated by a motor, or may be non-driven, and rotatably coupled thereto.
Another alternative of this embodiment, illustrated with reference to fig. 4, is to design the netting to move vertically, in contrast to the horizontal rotational movement of the netting described above.
The difference between the two is mainly that the scheme needs to rotate the netting of the whole ship body at the same time, the path is long, and blockage can be caused; the requirements for the mounting process are high.
In this embodiment, the net 31 of the entire hull may be provided in a separate structure as shown in fig. 5, and as shown in fig. 5, two driving rollers 314 are installed inside the upper and lower ends of the net, and the driving rollers 314 are used for driving the net 31 to rotate in the vertical direction, as shown by the arrow in fig. 5.
Cleaning brushes 313 are installed on both sides of the driving roller 314 to clean the passing netting.
It should be noted here that the split netting 31 and the cleaning structure of the present embodiment may be modularized and installed on the hull in a module manner using a plane having a fixed area as a unit.
Further, in the vertical rotation scheme, the net of the bilge and the net on the peripheral side can be integrated, and the net are driven to rotate together under the action of the driving roller 314; the cleaning function of the net at the bottom of the cabin is realized. In addition, in order to improve stability, a guide roller is installed at a position where the peripheral side contacts the bottom side.
In conclusion, the two cleaning schemes of the netting 31 can be freely selected according to the size of the ship body; of course, a combination of the first embodiment and the second embodiment may be used, for example, the first embodiment is more advantageous in the installation structure of the curved netting 31 and the second embodiment is more advantageous in the plane.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the cultivation cabins 3 are arranged in different zones. Based on this design, the following options can be made in the installation of the netting 31: 1: based on the advantages and disadvantages of the first scheme (namely, the netting rotates horizontally), and in combination with the characteristics that the small box body is small in volume and comprises a curved surface structure, the scheme is applied to the small box body, so that the applicability is higher, and the effect is better. 2: the structure of big box more is applicable to the second kind scheme (i.e. the netting is vertical rotatory), can realize the clearance of week side and bottom side netting in this scheme to simple to operate also does benefit to the later maintenance work.
Finally, with continued reference to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, in order to reduce the self-weight of the facility itself and to improve the simplicity of the structure; the self-propelled power-driven tractor is driven in a tugboat mode without carrying power equipment; specifically, a towing system is arranged on the ship body. Referring to fig. 6, the device comprises a towing eye plate 21 and a cable guide hole 22 fixed on a bow 2, and an anti-friction chain 22 fixed on the towing eye plate 21 and extending out through the cable guide hole 22, wherein a steel wire 24 for connecting a towing ship is fixed at the tail end of the anti-friction chain 22;
in addition, a mooring device is also mounted on the hull of the ship, and the term "mooring device" as used herein refers to a device for mooring the ship to a wharf, a pontoon, a dock or an adjacent ship, and includes a hawser and a bollard. The bow is also provided with an anchor chain 6 and an anchor 7 fixedly connected with the tail end of the anchor chain 6.
