Detailed Description
Next, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a fueling station system 1 according to the present invention, and the fueling station system 1 is configured by a fueling device 2, a server (data server) 3, and a payment machine 5.
The fueling device 2 includes a display 2a for displaying fueling data and the like, a data input/output unit 2b for performing fueling settings and the like, an identification code 2c printed on a sticker (seal) or the like attached to a surface of the main body, a communication means for transmitting and receiving information to and from the server 3, and other fueling systems installed in a normal fueling device.
The identification code 2c includes gas station data, and the gas station data includes, for example, a gas station name, a gas station number, and a gas area.
The server 3 collectively manages fueling data from nationwide gas stations including the gas stations in which the fueling devices 2 are installed, and can communicate with each of the fueling devices 2 via the internet or the like and the transmitting and receiving means as described above. The server 3 generates settlement data from the fueling data received from each fueling device 2 by the settlement information generating means, and stores the data on fueling in the storage means for each customer.
The mobile terminal 4 is a smartphone, a tablet computer, or the like owned by a customer, and includes a communication unit that communicates with the server 3 via the internet or the like, a credit (post-payment) settlement function, and the like. As will be described later, the user information output from the mobile terminal 4 to the server 3 may include, for example, a user name, a credit card (hereinafter, referred to as "card") number, and an oil type.
The payment machine 5 is provided to deal with cash payment by a customer, and includes a communication unit that communicates with the server 3, and other components such as a cash counting unit provided in a normal payment machine.
The card company 6 contracts with a customer in advance, and includes a communication unit for communicating with the server 3.
Next, the operation of the gas station system 1 having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. In the step of branching the route in fig. 2, the downward direction corresponds to no and the lateral direction corresponds to no unless otherwise specified.
In step S1 of the mobile terminal 4, the customer reads the identification code 2c of the fueling device 2 via the mobile terminal 4. When the identification code 2c is read (step S1; yes), a payment method selection guide is displayed on the screen of the portable terminal 4. In step S2, when the customer selects either one of the cash payment and the credit card payment as the payment method (step S2; yes), the user information, the information on the payment method (including the card number in the case of the card payment), and the gas station information read from the identification code 2c are output to the server 3 (step S3).
When the user information, the information on the payment method, and the gas station information are input from the mobile terminal 4 in step S11 of the server 3 (step S11; yes), it is confirmed whether or not the customer has selected the card payment in step S12, and if the customer has selected the card payment (step S12; yes), a credit granting confirmation signal including the card number is output to the card company 6 (step S13). On the other hand, in step S12, when the customer selects cash payment (step S12; NO), the process proceeds to step S15, which will be described later.
When the credit approval signal is input from the server 3 in step S31 of the card company 6 (step S31; yes), the credit approval of the customer is confirmed based on the card number in step S32, and if the credit can be confirmed (step S32; yes), a credit OK signal (credit approval signal) is output to the server 3 (step S33). On the other hand, when the credit authorization of the designated customer cannot be confirmed (step S32; NO), a credit authorization signal is output to the server 3, and the operation of the card company 6 is ended (step S34).
When the credit OK signal is input from the company 6 in step S14 of the server 3 (step S14; yes), the fueling permission signal is transmitted to the fueling device 2 (step S15).
On the other hand, when the credit OK signal is not input in step S14 (no in step S14) and the no-credit signal is input from the card company 6 in step S16 (yes in step S16), the no-credit signal is output to the mobile terminal 4, and the operation of the server 3 is ended (step S17). When the non-credit signal is input from the server 3 in step S4 of the mobile terminal 4 (step S4; yes), the card payment is notified and the operation of the mobile terminal 4 is ended (step S5). In this case, the customer cannot refuel.
When the fueling permission signal is input from the server 3 in step S41 of the fueling apparatus 2 (step S41; yes), the customer operates the data input/output device 2b to perform fueling setting (step S42), and the customer removes the fueling nozzle from the nozzle hanger, thereby turning ON (ON) the nozzle SW (switch) (step S43; yes).
When the customer removes the fueling nozzle corresponding to the type of oil selected in the fueling setting (yes in step S44), a reset signal is transmitted to the display 2a of the fueling device 2, and information on the fueling performed the previous time is reset (reset) and the fueling pump is driven (step S45).
On the other hand, in step S44, when the customer has removed the wrong fuel filler nozzle 26 (step S44; no), the customer is notified via the display 2a or the like so that the fuel filler nozzle is confirmed (step S46).
In step S47, the fuel pump is driven, the flow meter is also activated (ON), the flow rate pulse signal transmitter is also activated (ON), and when a pulse signal is transmitted from the flow rate pulse signal transmitter to the display 2a (step S47; yes), the fuel filling data is displayed ON the display 2a and the fuel filling data is output to the server 3 (step S48).
When fueling data is input from the fueling device 2 in step S18 of the server 3 (step S18; yes), a fueling signal including fueling data is output to the portable terminal 4 (step S19). Thus, when the no-authorization signal is not input in step S4 of the mobile terminal 4 (step S4; yes) and the fuel filling signal is input from the server 3 in step S6 (step S6; yes), a character "fuel filling" and/or a moving image showing, for example, a wave during fuel filling are displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal 4 (step S7). This enables the customer to grasp the progress of refueling with the refueling apparatus 2 without directly checking the refueling apparatus 2.
In the fueling device 2, when the customer turns OFF the nozzle SW by returning the fueling nozzle to the nozzle hanger (step S49; yes), the driving of the fueling pump is stopped (step S50), a fueling end signal including fueling data is output to the server 3, and the operation of the fueling device 2 is ended (step S51).
When a fueling end signal is input from the fueling device 2 in step S20 of the server 3 (step S20; yes), the checkout data is generated based on the fueling data, and when the customer selects the card payment (step S21; yes), the checkout data is output to the card company 6 (step S22). When the settlement data is input from the server 3 in step S35 of the card company 6 (step S35; yes), the settlement is performed (step S36), and a settlement completion signal is output to the server 3 to end the operation of the card company 6 (step S37). The server 3, which has received the settlement completion signal from the card company 6 (step S23; YES), transmits the settlement completion signal to the mobile terminal 4 and ends the operation (step S24). The mobile terminal 4, having received the settlement completion signal from the server 3 (step S8; yes), displays the fueling details on the screen and ends the operation (step S9).
On the other hand, when the customer selects cash payment in step S21 of the server 3 (step S21; no), the payment data is output to the payment machine 5, and the operation of the server 3 is ended (step S25). When the payment data is input from the server 3 in step S61 of the payment machine 5 (step S61; yes), the customer deposits cash into the payment machine 5 to settle the payment (step S62), outputs the details of the transaction (receipt for issuance), and ends the operation of the payment machine 5 (step S63). Thus, the customer can select card payment or cash payment in the mobile terminal 4, and convenience is improved.
Although not described in the flowchart of fig. 2, since the server 3 stores user information including a payment method (including a card number), gas station data, fueling data, and payment data in association with each other, it is not necessary to provide a POS terminal at each gas station, and the facility cost and the operation cost of the gas station can be reduced.
Next, a gasoline station system 2 according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. The fueling station system 11 includes a fueling device 12 having a different configuration from the fueling device 2 of the fueling station system 1. In the gasoline station system 11, the same components as those of the gasoline station system 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
The fueling device 12 includes a display 12a for displaying fueling data and the like and a data input/output device 12b for performing fueling setting and the like, and further includes a motion sensor 12d, and when the motion sensor 12d detects a customer, an identification code 12c is displayed on the data input/output device 12 b.
The identification code 12c displayed on the data input/output device 12b includes, for example, the number of times of display in addition to the gas station information, and the information is different every time the display is performed based on the detection result of the human body sensor 12 d.
Next, the operation of the gas station system 11 having the above-described configuration will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 4. In the step of branching the route in fig. 4, the downward direction corresponds to no and the lateral direction corresponds to no unless otherwise specified.
As shown in fig. 4, when the human body sensor 12d (see fig. 3) detects a customer at step S71 of the fueling device 12 (step S71; yes), the identification code 12c is displayed on the display 12a (step S72). By reading the displayed identification code 12c with the mobile terminal 4 (step S1), fueling by the fueling device 12, information management by the server 3, and the like are performed in the same manner as in fig. 2.
According to the present embodiment, for example, it is possible to prevent an unauthorized act such as attaching another identification code to an identification code printed on a fueling device, or reading an identification code that is completely irrelevant by a customer.
In the above-described embodiment, the case where the payment machine 5 is provided in the gas station systems 1 and 11 and the card company 6 communicating with the server 3 is additionally provided has been described, but the card company 6 is not required in the gas station dedicated to cash payment and the payment machine 5 is not required in the gas station dedicated to card payment.
