as shown in fig. 4, the authorization module 3 includes an authorization retrieval unit 31, an authorization material submission unit 32, and an authorization category unit 33, where the authorization category unit 33 is used to establish authorization windows of different categories and authorization processes of the categories, the authorization material submission unit 32 sets different material submission requirements according to the requirements of the authorization processes of the authorization category unit 33, and the authorization retrieval unit 31 retrieves the category windows related to the retrieval keywords in the authorization category unit 33 according to the keywords;
as shown in fig. 5, the approval module 4 includes an approval category unit 41, an approval retrieval unit 42, a personal qualification approval unit 43, and an enterprise organization qualification approval unit 44, wherein the approval category unit 41 is configured to establish approval windows for different categories, the approval retrieval unit 42 is configured to retrieve category windows related to the retrieval keyword in the approval category unit 41 according to the keyword, the personal qualification approval unit 43 performs personal qualification approval and qualification certificate issuance according to personal qualification approval flows related to different categories in the approval category unit 41, and the enterprise organization qualification approval unit 44 performs enterprise qualification approval and qualification certificate issuance according to enterprise organization qualification approval flows related to different categories; the personal qualification approval unit 43 should include a registration subunit 431, a score inquiry subunit 432 and a personal approval material submission subunit 433, where the registration subunit 431 is used for registering the examination of the national-level qualification certificate, the score inquiry subunit 432 is used for inquiring the score of the registered examination of the national-level qualification certificate, and the personal approval material submission subunit 433 is used for authenticating the personal qualification which is performed without the examination;
as shown in fig. 6, the approval module 5 includes an approval category unit 51, an approval retrieval unit 52, and an approval material submission unit 53, the approval category unit 51 is used to establish approval windows for different categories and approval flows for various categories, the approval retrieval unit 52 retrieves the category window related to the retrieval keyword in the approval category unit 51 according to the keyword, and the approval material submission unit 53 sets different material submission requirements according to the approval flows for different categories;
as shown in fig. 7, the registration module 6 includes a registration category unit 61, a registration retrieval unit 62, and a registration material submission unit 63, the registration category unit 61 is used to establish registration windows of different categories and registration flows of the categories, the registration retrieval unit 62 retrieves the registration window related to the retrieval keyword in the registration category unit 61 according to the related words, and the registration material submission unit 63 sets different material submission requirements according to the registration flows of the different categories;
the approval module 7 is used for auditing materials required to be submitted by various purposes under the ordinary approval module 2, the authorization module 3, the approval module 4, the approval module 5 and the registration module 6 by administrative staff respectively, the authorization module 8 is used for carrying out substantial review on the materials approved by the approval module 7, the reviewed materials are mailed to the addresses of the administrative staff in an express way, organization personnel authorized by laws and regulations carry out review on posted paper materials, the reviewed materials are authorized by the authorization module 8 and then are notified to individuals or enterprise organizations for payment through the payment module 9, and after the payment is finished, the authentication module 10 is used for handling related services to the individuals or enterprise organizations and releasing related certificates.
As shown in fig. 8, the general permission retrieving unit 21, the franchise retrieving unit 31, the approval retrieving unit 42, the approval retrieving unit 52 and the registration retrieving unit 62 perform word segmentation on the sentence searched by the transactor through the N-Gram language model to obtain a plurality of keywords, match each business window containing the keywords, and then find the intersection of the application business windows corresponding to the keywords to obtain the final business window to be displayed to the transactor;

The navigation system further includes:
the notice module 101, the notice module 101 describes the scope of the business handled by the general permission module 2, the authorization module 3, the approval module 4, the approval module 5, and the registration module 6.
The intelligent question-answering customer service module 102, the intelligent question-answering customer service module 102 records various service names, the questioner asks questions through a chat box, the intelligent question-answering customer service module 102 automatically answers the questions, meanwhile, the intelligent question-answering customer service module 102 is also provided with a manual customer service window link, and the transactor can communicate with the manual customer service through the manual customer service window when the transactor cannot obtain the desired answer in the automatic answering.
The intelligent question answering customer service module 102 calculates the similarity between the questions and the included business names of the transactants through a TF-IDF algorithm and an N-Gram language model to determine the replied business names;
the TF-IDF algorithm is a text similarity calculation method based on word frequency statistics. The more similar the two words used for similarity calculation, the greater the possibility that they describe the same concept; performing word segmentation through an N-Gram language model, listing all words, then calculating word frequency, writing word frequency vectors, and converting the problem of calculating the similarity of two sentences into cosine values of two vectors in a calculation space; an included angle is formed between two line segments of the vector, the similarity degree of sentences can be judged through the size of the included angle of the vector, and the smaller the included angle is, the higher the similarity degree of the sentences is. Therefore, TF-IDF tends to filter out common words, preserving important words. Calculating a first similarity between each type of problem, specifically comprising: performing word segmentation processing on the type questions to obtain all words in the question type questions, and calculating TF-IDF values of the words; representing the type question as a word vector consisting of words and TF-IDF values of the words; and calculating cosine distances among the word vectors, and taking the cosine distances as first similarity among the various types of problems.
The mobile window module 103 is used for rapidly navigating a large number of similar services, and in various national certificate examinations, the link of the registration subunit or the score inquiry subunit can be placed in the mobile window module, so that the purpose of rapid navigation is realized, and the workload of manual customer service is reduced.
The method for performing administrative examination and approval intelligent navigation by using the navigation system comprises the following steps:

Embodiment 2 is the best embodiment because the advertisement module 101, the intelligent question-answering service module 102, and the flow window module 103 are added in comparison with embodiment 1, and compared with embodiment 1, the navigation can be performed more quickly, and only the question-answering service module 102 and the flow window module 103 can reduce the navigation of manual customer service.
Claims (10)
1. A navigation system for intelligent navigation of administrative examination and approval is characterized by comprising a login module (1), a common permission module (2), an authorization module (3), an approval module (4), an approval module (5), a registration module (6), an examination and approval module (7), an authorization module (8), a payment module (9) and an authentication module (10);
the login module (1) comprises a personal login unit (11), an enterprise organization login unit (12) and an administrative login unit (13), wherein the personal login unit (11) is used for registering and logging in a personal account and binding personal information filling and a personal payment account, the enterprise organization login unit (12) is used for registering and logging in an enterprise organization account and binding the information filling of an enterprise organization and the personal payment account, and the administrative login unit (13) is used for administrative staff, authorized organizers of laws and regulations and authorized organizer login accounts of regulation and regulation;
the common permission module (2) comprises a common permission retrieval unit (21), a common permission material submission unit (22) and a common permission category unit (23), wherein the common permission category unit (23) is used for establishing common permission windows of different categories and common permission flows of the various categories, the common permission material submission unit (22) sets different material submission requirements according to the approval flow requirements of the common permission category unit (23), and the common permission retrieval unit (21) retrieves the category windows related to the retrieval keywords in the common permission category unit (23) according to the keywords;
the authorization module (3) comprises an authorization retrieval unit (31), an authorization material submission unit (32) and an authorization category unit (33), wherein the authorization category unit (33) is used for establishing authorization windows of different categories and authorization processes of the categories, the authorization material submission unit (32) sets different material submission requirements according to the requirements of the authorization processes of the authorization category unit (33), and the authorization retrieval unit (31) retrieves the category windows related to retrieval keywords in the authorization category unit (33) according to the keywords;
the approval module (4) comprises an approval category unit (41), an approval retrieval unit (42), a personal qualification approval unit (43) and an enterprise organization qualification approval unit (44), wherein the approval category unit (41) is used for establishing approval windows of different categories, the approval retrieval unit (42) is used for retrieving the category window related to the retrieval keyword in the approval category unit (41) according to the keyword, the personal qualification approval unit (43) performs personal qualification approval and issuance of qualification certificate according to the personal qualification approval process related to the different categories in the approval category unit (41), and the enterprise organization qualification approval unit (44) performs enterprise qualification approval and issuance of qualification certificate according to the enterprise organization qualification approval process related to the different categories;
the approval module (5) comprises an approval category unit (51), an approval retrieval unit (52) and an approval material submission unit (53), wherein the approval category unit (51) is used for establishing approval windows of different categories and approval processes of various categories, the approval retrieval unit (52) retrieves the category window related to the retrieval keyword in the approval category unit (51) according to the keyword, and the approval material submission unit (53) sets different material submission requirements according to the approval processes of different categories;
the registration module (6) comprises a registration category unit (61), a registration retrieval unit (62) and a registration material submission unit (63), wherein the registration category unit (61) is used for establishing registration windows of different categories and registration processes of the various categories, the registration retrieval unit (62) retrieves the registration windows related to the retrieval keywords in the registration category unit (61) according to related words, and the registration material submission unit (63) sets different material submission requirements according to the registration processes of the different categories;
the system comprises an approval module (7), a general approval module (2), a licensing module (3), an approval module (4), an approval module (5) and a registration module (6), wherein the approval module (7) is used for auditing materials required to be submitted by various categories under the administrative department personnel respectively, an authorization module (8) is used for substantially reviewing the materials approved by the approval module (7), the reviewed materials are mailed to office addresses of the administrative department in an express form, organization personnel authorized by laws and regulations review posted paper materials, after the reviewed materials are authorized by the authorization module (8), the individuals or enterprise organizations are notified to pay fees through a payment module (9), and after the fees are paid, the authentication module (10) transacts related businesses to the individuals or enterprise organizations and releases related certificates.

The navigation system for intelligent navigation for administrative examination and approval according to claim 1, wherein the personal information filling content in the personal login unit (11) comprises a name, an identification number, a contact way and a current address, the personal payment account in the personal login unit (11) is used for displaying account balance and charging or cashing, and the binding of the personal account is the binding of a personal bank card or a third party payment platform account; the enterprise organization payment account in the enterprise organization login unit (12) is used for displaying account balance and recharging or cashing, and the binding of the enterprise organization account is the binding of an enterprise organization bank card or a third party payment platform account.

The navigation system for intelligent administrative examination and approval navigation according to claim 1, wherein the general permission search unit, the authorization search unit (31), the approval search unit (42), the approval search unit (52) and the registration search unit (62) perform word segmentation on the sentences searched by the transactants through an N-Gram language model to obtain a plurality of keywords, match each business window containing the keywords, and perform intersection on the business windows corresponding to the keywords to obtain a final business window to be displayed to the transactants.

The navigation system for intelligent administrative examination and approval navigation according to claim 1, wherein the information filling of the enterprise organization in the enterprise organization login unit (12) comprises an enterprise name, an enterprise property, an operating scope, registration time, registered funds, the number of employees, a legal name, a legal identity number, a legal contact, a legal current address and other supplementary boxes, and the other supplementary boxes are filled by the enterprise organization.

The navigation system for intelligent navigation for administrative examination according to claim 1, wherein the personal qualification approval unit (43) comprises a reporting subunit (431), a score inquiry subunit (432) and a personal approval material submission subunit (433), the reporting subunit (431) is used for reporting a state-level qualification certificate examination, the score inquiry subunit (432) is used for inquiring the score of the reported state-level qualification certificate examination, and the personal approval material submission subunit (433) is used for authenticating the personal qualification without examination.

The navigation system for intelligent administrative examination and approval navigation according to claim 7, wherein the intelligent question and answer service module (102) calculates the similarity between the question asked by the transactor and the included business name through TF-IDF algorithm and N-Gram language model to determine the name of the returned business.
9. The navigation system for intelligent navigation for administrative approval according to claim 1, further comprising a floating window module (103), wherein the floating window module (103) is used for rapidly navigating a large number of similar services.
10. Method for performing an administrative approval smart navigation with the navigation system according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1: the method comprises the following steps that a person or enterprise organization personnel accesses the system through a webpage or a software App, firstly, the person or enterprise organization personnel register a person account or an enterprise organization account according to the type of a transacted business, and fills related information and binds a payment account according to requirements during registration;
s2: the method comprises the following steps that a person or enterprise organization personnel knows which type a transacted service belongs to through a bulletin module (101) and enters a module corresponding to the transacted service, the transactor can consult through an intelligent question and answer service module (102) when not knowing which type the transacted service belongs to, and the person or enterprise organization personnel enters the module to transact the service after the consultation is clear;
s3: after entering a certain module of the common permission module (2), the authorization module (3), the approval module (4), the approval module (5) and the registration module (6), retrieving the transacted business through the retrieval units corresponding to the modules, entering a window corresponding to the transacted business, preparing related data according to the approval process of the transacted business, and submitting the data online;
s4: after the information submitted on line passes the approval, the paper information is mailed to the address required to be mailed in an express way, the administrative staff receives the paper information, checks and rechecks the paper information, then carries out the memorability authorization on the transacted business, and after the authorization, the staff of the authentication module (10) posts the related certificate to the address of the transactor or informs the transactor to receive the certificate at the specified address.
