Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In the existing travel, travel and accommodation reservation is usually performed through various reservation websites. For example, reservations for airline tickets, train tickets, and hotels are made through travel websites (or their published APPs), and reservations for short trips are made through map APPs or specialized taxi-taking APPs. The reservation usually requires the user to open the corresponding APP, perform the corresponding reservation page and input the trip information, and complete the reservation after performing complex operations such as selecting the returned optional trip.
After the booking is successful, the websites can use the short message and application notification mode to notify, but the message after the booking is successful reaches the pain point of the user which is not solved all the time. Because these notifications are merely critical information notifications, they are often not interoperable and are easily missed. When a user checks an order, the user usually needs to open a corresponding APP to perform multiple operations to check the detail page of the order, the information path is deep, and the operation steps are long. When sudden situations such as aviation change are involved, the user is required to reserve the reservation again.
Therefore, the invention provides a travel management scheme, which informs the user of travel related information of the user in a unified form such as a travel assistant, and gives corresponding reminding and operation entries at each time node of the travel so as to realize travel management with more convenient operation and more in-place reminding. The user can also interact with the travel assistant, the information acquisition path is greatly shortened, and the travel information acquisition efficiency is improved.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow diagram of a trip management method according to one embodiment of the invention. The method is implemented as a travel management session, particularly suitable for implementation in comprehensive management software such as a mobile office platform, and preferably as a specific contact of an instant messaging channel in the software, e.g., a travel assistant channel in a chat engine (hereinafter "travel assistant bot"), to facilitate a user to view various types of travel information in a unified portal and to directly obtain an operation portal.
In step S110, the trip information is acquired. In step S120, the associated operation time point of the trip information is determined. In step S130, at the associated operation time point of the trip, a trip reminding message is sent to the trip management session and a new message reminder is triggered. In step S140, the travel reminding message including the travel related information and the associated operation entry is displayed.
Here, "travel information" may refer to various types of information related to travel. The information may include the activities of going out, for example, to attend a meeting, and also may include the routes of going out, for example, sitting on a train or an airplane, whether a hotel needs to be booked, etc. In addition, the travel information here may be only the purpose of going out, for example, entering "going to XX company in 2 pm on a calendar," or may be a travel that passes a reservation, for example, a flight that flies to shanghai by using CAXXX.
The acquisition of the "travel information" can be automatically completed in the background. For example, the required travel information may be obtained by locally docking various travel-related APPs at the mobile terminal, reading a short message sent after the successful booking is performed, or docking various booking servers at the server terminal, or based on various online real-time updated change information (e.g., monitoring flight change information of each airline department in real time).
Further, the travel intention or the travel that has been reserved can also be acquired by reading the interactive information (e.g., reading mail and chat records). For example, the meeting time and place included in the "meeting notice" in the mail are read.
It should be understood that the more travel information that can be integrated and acquired in step S110, the more extensive the travel information, the more comprehensive the travel route that can be covered when the reminder is triggered in step S130.
The travel "associated time point" in step S120 may be each time point associated with the travel, and these time points may be reservation time points, appointment time points, time points at which corresponding operations may start, or time points set by the user in advance, or even time points calculated in real time by the system as described below.
After the associated operation time point is determined as above, a trip reminding message may be sent to the trip management session in step S130, and the trip reminding message may trigger a new message reminder.
Here, the "itinerary management session" may be an interactive page where the user interacts with an itinerary manager, such as a "itinerary assistant". The itinerary management session can be a contact in an instant messaging chat server. Fig. 2 shows an example of the display of the trip management session in the message channel according to the present invention. Fig. 2 shows a page display of a comprehensive APP, such as an office APP, in the "message" channel. The message channel has a plurality of contacts, such as contacts a-D as illustrated, integrated with other functions, such as "X mail" corresponding to a mail function and the travel assistant of the present invention. It should be understood that in other implementations, the instant messaging chat channel may have other names for the "message," such as the name of the chat engine itself, and other functional contacts may be included in the contact page, such as subscription numbers, sports assistants, and service notifications, and the like, as the invention is not limited in this respect.
When the travel assistant receives a new travel reminder, the new message reminder may be triggered according to the default setting of the APP or the setting of the user. The new message reminder may be a reminder of the current time when the message is received, for example, a new message sound and/or vibration reminder corresponding to the trip management session, and a pop-up new message reminder on the current screen; or a permanently displayed reminder, such as a new message reminder pushed on the standby screen; but also reminders at different levels when the user enters different pages, such as a new message label and/or content reminder for an entry (e.g., a "message" channel) corresponding to the trip management session, or a new message label (e.g., a corner label in the upper right corner of the APP icon) for an application corresponding to the trip management session.
As shown in fig. 2, when the user clicks into the "message" channel, the "travel assistant" that has most recently received the message is at the top of the contact session list and includes an unread information prompt, and the "message" channel itself also includes the unread information prompt described above.
Accordingly, the display of the travel prompting message including the travel related information and the associated operation entry in step S140 may also be different depending on the currently displayed page or the user setting when the message is received. If the user is currently browsing a trip management session page, the trip reminder message including the trip related information and the associated operation entry may be displayed on the currently displayed trip management session page. If the travel reminding pushing authority is set, the travel reminding message comprising travel related information and an associated operation entry can be pushed and displayed. For example a push message displayed on the standby screen. Alternatively, the trip reminder message including trip-related information and associated operational entries may be displayed in response to entering the trip management session page. No matter what page is displayed when the reminder is triggered, the user can always inquire unread travel reminders in the travel management session. Typically, the travel management session page also records travel reminders that have been read and have not been deleted by the user.
The invention provides corresponding reminding and operation entries for the user at each time node of the journey, and stores the reminding and operation entries in the journey management session, thereby improving message reach and facilitating user operation, and bringing convenience to travel.
In the present invention, different association time points may correspond to different operations of the user related to the trip, and for this reason, corresponding association operation entries may be given. For example, for a flight trip, it is common practice to give an alert one day ahead so that the user can pick up luggage one day ahead. And while giving the prompt, the user can directly give an order operation entry so as to facilitate the user to carry out corresponding order operation. And when detecting that the riding flight can be on-line check-in, the user can be informed immediately that the on-line check-in can be carried out and an operation entrance of the on-line check-in is given. For example, when a flight change occurs, for example, when a flight late is detected, a corresponding late reminder may be given, and a current order operation entry, even a reservation entry of a replacement flight, may be given as needed.
After the operation entry is displayed, the user can conveniently click through the entry to perform the relevant operation. For this reason, the trip management method of the present invention may further include jumping to an operation page corresponding to the associated operation in response to selection of the associated operation entry. Specifically, the jump may be a jump of an external APP, and thus the jumping step may include: and jumping to an operation page of an application related to the associated operation in response to the selection of the associated operation entry.
In the present invention, the itinerary may be various types of activities related to travel, and the itinerary information may first include purchased itinerary information, i.e., itinerary information that has been reserved. To this end, the action page may be a travel order page, for example, displayed as it relates to order modification, or an associated page of a travel order, for example, a check-in page, etc.
Here, a purchased itinerary may refer to an itinerary that has been booked, which may also be referred to as a booked itinerary, for example, an airplane and hotel itinerary that is booked for a business trip that begins tomorrow. To this end, acquiring the trip information may include: order information relating to the itinerary is obtained. The order information can be obtained from the journey correlation application or the website, and can also be extracted from short messages or mails for reminding, for example, a booking success short message or mail sent to the user by an ordering party, a reminding short message or mail on the day before the journey, and the like. Providing the travel reminder and the associated operation entry at the associated time point of the travel may then include: providing an order operation entry at an associated point in time of the trip. Specifically, an order operation item entry related to the associated time point may be provided at the associated time point of the trip.
Taking an aircraft trip as an example, first, for example, the trip assistant of the present invention may obtain corresponding ticket order information from various channels according to the specific implementation. In one embodiment, the travel assistant of the present invention may obtain the right to read the short message received by the terminal (e.g., under user permission). The booking website (for example, a travel website or a navigation website) sends a booking success short message to the booking number when the booking of the ticket is successful, and the travel assistant of the invention can read the short message to acquire the relevant information of the order. In other embodiments, in another embodiment, the APP where the travel assistant is located may locally interface with various travel-related APPs at the mobile terminal, so as to obtain the subscription information of the user on various travel APPs. In another embodiment, the background server of the travel assistant may interface with various types of reservation servers to obtain travel reservation information for the user on their associated account. In addition, the background server of the travel assistant can also monitor various travel related information in real time, for example, flight change information, local travel traffic information and the like of each navigation department in real time, so as to obtain the travel related information at the first time.
The above-mentioned related information may be acquired at one time, or may be updated in real time, for example, when new information is acquired, the subsequent reminding time point and the reminding content are determined. For example, in the aircraft trip described above, an order operation entry, e.g., an entry to an on-line check-in, may be provided at an associated point in time of the trip (e.g., a point in time at which an on-line check-in is opened). Fig. 3 shows an example of a travel assistant making a travel reminder according to the invention. The travel assistant of the present invention may be implemented as a contact in a chat server, and may jump to the top of the chat contact session list and display an unread icon (as shown in fig. 2 above) when making a travel reminder, and the user may enter the travel assistant interaction page shown in fig. 3 after clicking on the travel assistant entry. In the interactive page, the itinerary assistant can display itinerary content in the form of an information card as shown, such as flight specific itinerary information in the diagram, including flight number, departure and landing place, and time. Further, in addition to the above-described trip information, an operation entry required at the present stage is displayed. The "online check-in" can be viewed as an action item on the order of the reservation. The user can jump to the online check-in page to finish the online check-in by clicking the displayed operation entry 'online check-in'. At different associated points in time, the travel assistant may display different operation entries, e.g., may prioritize display of one or more operation entries that are currently most likely to be operated. As shown, the travel assistant may display the online check-in entry when the flight is about to take off but the user is not checking in. In contrast, when the travel assistant makes a regular reminder in the evening of the day before the flight takes off, the order itself can be displayed instead of the entry of the specific operation item, so as to facilitate the order operation in the non-specific scene.
In a broader implementation, the itinerary may be a travel activity itself in addition to a reserved itinerary as above (e.g., a reserved itinerary for a vehicle). In other words, a trip may include, in addition to vehicle and hotel accommodations, activities that need to be attended away from the current city or location. At this point, the trip alert of the present invention can alert the activity itself and can give a reservation entry. In other words, the operation page at this time may be a trip reservation page.
The travel assistant of the present invention may extract such travel information from a variety of approaches. The travel assistant may extract travel information from the interaction information or may extract travel information from the calendar information.
Here, the interactive information may refer to both internal interactive information and external interactive information. The internal interaction information may be interaction information entered by the user within the travel assistant, such as within the information entry box shown in FIG. 3. At this time, the travel assistant has an interactive function. In one embodiment, the interaction functionality described above includes a booking functionality, whereby a user may obtain an associated booking entry through interaction with the travel assistant. Therefore, the travel assistant is in butt joint with other booking APPs, and the tedious operation that a user opens other booking APPs to search related pages for booking is avoided. In another embodiment, the interaction includes a query function, the user can obtain a return result by directly querying, the return result includes the reserved information and gives an operation option, so that the user can conveniently query the information, and the complicated operation caused by a deeper order path in the conventional reservation APP query is avoided. 4A-B illustrate examples of internal interactions by a travel assistant according to the present invention.
In some embodiments, the travel assistant has travel recommendation functionality, particularly intelligent recommendation functionality. To this end, the trip correlation method of the present invention may further include: and providing subscription information and/or associated operation entries related to the interaction information based on user interaction. As shown in fig. 4A, the user may enter "went to hang state on friday" in the information entry box, at which time the travel assistant may present an associated reservation entry for the airline ticket and hotel in the channel to help the user quickly complete the reservation. Further, the travel assistant may have an intelligent interactive function, for example, the travel assistant may determine the specific client to see according to the business trip record of the user going to hangzhou, and give "XX company located XX road XX? "to acknowledge feedback. At this time, if the user answers "yes", the ticket of the appropriate time and the hotel located near the XX company can be automatically selected, and a reservation entrance for the hotel and the ticket is given for the convenience of the user. As shown, under a given intelligent recommendation ticket, the "change and" take the itinerary "buttons may be included. And the user clicks the 'take a journey', and then the corresponding booking page can be skipped to for booking the air ticket. If "change" is clicked, tickets may be given for other suitable times and prices.
In some embodiments, the travel assistant has travel inquiry functionality, particularly intelligent inquiry functionality. To this end, the trip correlation method of the present invention may further include: and providing ordered travel information and/or associated operation entries related to the interaction information based on user interaction. As shown in fig. 4B, the user may directly inquire about the relevant itinerary, such as "my hotel," in the itinerary assistant, at which point the itinerary assistant may present an associated entry for the booked hotel (e.g., "contact hotel") and a relevant operational entry that may be used (e.g., "reserve car") within the channel to meet the user's potential operational needs. Likewise, the travel assistant may have intelligent interactive functionality, e.g., to determine the specific directions of the user's query based on the current time, etc., and to present the most likely hotel information.
In other embodiments, the travel assistant may also extract corresponding travel information, in particular travel intent information (i.e., travel intent for which a particular travel has not been reserved), from external interaction information. Here, "external interaction information" is referred to as interaction information inside the travel assistant. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the user interacts directly inside the travel assistant, and this information may be referred to as internal interaction information. The "external interactive information" may be user interactive information outside the travel assistant, chat information between the user and other contacts, or email information. For example, when the travel assistant is a contact of the chat software, or an information channel in other comprehensive software (e.g., the management platform APP described below), the travel assistant may extract travel intent within the chat software and generate travel alerts or recommendations based thereon. For example, the user receives a meeting notification while chatting with other colleagues in the group, at which point the tour assistant may obtain the meeting notification across contacts and give a tour reminder or recommendation at an appropriate time (e.g., when the chat with other colleagues is over). The travel assistant may also interface with other interactive content or obtain corresponding information acquisition rights, thereby obtaining, for example, the user's mail content. Similarly, the external interactive content acquisition may be based on local mobile terminal acquisition authorized by the user, or may be information docking of the background server. In one embodiment, the user may schedule a meeting with the customer in the email, from which the travel assistant may retrieve the event and give a corresponding reminder or travel recommendation.
In other embodiments, the travel assistant may also extract travel information from the calendar information. The calendar information may be calendar information in the APP where the travel assistant is located, or calendar information synchronized from the outside. The calendar information may be information manually input by the user or may be information automatically acquired from an external source such as a mail.
When the vehicle and hotel have not been reserved, obtaining the trip information may include: destination information is acquired. Determining the associated operating point in time of the trip information may then comprise determining the associated operating point in time of the trip reservation based on the location information of the trip destination. Providing the travel reminder and the associated operation entry at the associated time point of the travel may then include: at an associated point in time of the destination, a destination reminder and an associated itinerary booking entry are provided. Specifically, active time information relating to the destination may be obtained and travel reminders and associated operational entries may be provided at a predetermined point in time prior to the active time. FIG. 5 illustrates an example of a travel assistant making activity reminders and travel reservations according to the present invention. FIG. 5 shows a portion of the travel assistant page, omitting the display of the user content input section. As shown in fig. 5, acquiring the trip information may include: and acquiring the current position information of the user. Thereby, a reservation entry can be directly given based on the destination information and the current location information. Further, an associated time point of the destination may be determined based on the destination information and the current location information. For example, the reminding time can be selected according to the estimated taxi taking time based on the meeting addresses. Alternatively or additionally, the associated time point of the destination may also be determined based on the time period of the activity time and/or the current traffic conditions of the destination information and the current location information. For example, in the case where the destination and the current location are known and the travel activity time is known, the time for advance reminding and reservation (e.g., calling) may be selected according to whether the traffic is in a rush hour, a real-time road congestion condition, and the like. To this end, an associated trip may be determined based on the activity time, the destination information, and the current location information. The associated trip may include a plurality of trips that are "associated" with each other, such as transfers or lodging of the vehicle. Further, the determination of the associated itinerary may also be based at least in part on user association information of the current user. As shown in fig. 5, quick query entries for "invoice up" and "travel standard" may also be included in the travel assistant, and for this purpose, the travel assistant may be made aware of user preferences (e.g., high-speed rail or airplane), reimbursement credits, and agreement hotels, etc. by look-ahead entry, in order to give recommendations that meet the regulations.
In a more general travel management, corresponding intelligent recommendation of other travels besides traffic and accommodation may also be included. For example, the full-range recommendation information for enjoying and the corresponding operation entry may be given according to the destination information or the current location information (in combination with the current time dimension), and at this time, the operation page for performing the operation may include a recommendation operation page related to the destination.
To this end, acquiring the trip information may include: acquiring travel destination information, and displaying the travel reminding message comprising travel related information and an associated operation entry comprises: displaying the travel reminding message comprising the destination related information and the destination related recommended operation entrance. For example, in the case of a cross-city trip, the weather forecast for the destination city, and related information, may be given the evening before the trip, and the operation entrance for travel orders, such as the operation entrance for airline tickets and hotels, may be given. After the user arrives at the destination city, further recommendations may also be given, such as recommendations for tourist attractions, shopping and take-out/order information.
Alternatively or additionally, obtaining the trip information may also include: and acquiring current travel position information. The obtaining of the current travel position may be obtaining the current travel position after the destination is reached, so as to serve as local recommendation refinement of the destination recommendation. The above-mentioned acquisition of the current trip position may also be a daily recommendation, and the user may turn on a daily recommendation function of the trip management assistant to make a recommendation of a specific item (for example, scenic spots or delicates), or a full-scale recommendation. Accordingly, displaying the travel reminder message including the travel-related information and the associated operation entry may include: and displaying the travel reminding message comprising the related information of the current travel position and a recommended operation entrance associated with the current travel position.
In addition, the recommendation may add a recommendation based on a time dimension, for example, the association operation time point and the specific recommended content of the association recommendation may be determined based on the current time period. For example, if a user comes to a city to see a meeting, no recommendation is made during the time period to attend the meeting. After the meeting is finished, the specific time and content recommended can be determined according to the current time and can be further combined with the current position. For example, the meeting may be closed at four afternoons, and the trip management session may recommend restaurants near the user's current location that are suitable for dinner at five hours (e.g., may further incorporate the user's taste preferences). In addition, the user may interact within the trip management session, such as entering "what good colleagues are nearby" to get corresponding recommendations. On days without work schedules, for example, destination weather reminders may be given while comprehensive recommendations for tourist attractions, shopping, meals, etc. are made.
Further, acquiring the trip information may further include: and acquiring the travel change information. Accordingly, providing a travel reminder and an associated operational entry at an associated point in time of the travel may include: at a point in time associated with the trip change, a change operation entry is provided. Here, the acquiring of the trip change information may include acquiring trip change information input by the user himself. The trip change information may include a change in destination and/or time of day. Accordingly, an order modification operation entry related to the interaction information may be provided based on an order modification interaction of the user within the itinerary management session page. For example, the user may enter the trip change information himself in the trip management session, "meeting to shanghai changed to next monday". Accordingly, alternative recommended travel operation entries are given, which may include, for example, an airplane reservation entry for changing the date and time and a hotel modified order entry for changing the accommodation time.
Obtaining the trip change information may also include obtaining the trip change information of the trip provider, for example, changing the trip may include an unexpected change in the vehicle or accommodation providing the trip, or a change in the activity itself, such as airplane cancellation or a meeting delay. To this end, obtaining travel information may also include obtaining carrier travel information from a carrier site, such as aeronautical variant information on a monitoring airline website. Determining the associated operation time point of the trip information may include determining a change operation time point of the trip information based on change information of carrier trip information. Thus, for this purpose, an alternative journey reservation entry for the current journey may be provided at the point in time associated with the journey change.
FIG. 6 illustrates an example of a travel assistant making change reminders and replacement reservations in accordance with the present invention. Similarly, FIG. 6 also shows a portion of the travel assistant page, omitting the display of the user content input section. As shown, the itinerary assistant can first give change information for the current itinerary (e.g., the current reservation flight) and give two operational entries, "change flight" and "intelligent recommendation". The user clicks "change flight" and may for example jump directly to the relevant booking page of the booking APP for booking. And if the user clicks 'intelligent recommendation', the travel assistant can give the recommended content in the page of the user, and aiming at the recommended content, the user can click 'take a travel' to reserve or click 'change' to check other recommended travels.
To further improve the effectiveness of the reminder, the travel assistant of the present invention may also punch through the calendar to display the travel reminder and/or associated action entry in the calendar. 7A-B illustrate examples of calendar trip reminders and operation entries according to the present invention. Fig. 7A and 7B show an example of a page of a comprehensive work management platform APP. Here, the travel assistant of the present invention may be implemented as a contact in a message channel and the reminder and action entries of the travel assistant may be displayed in a calendar. Fig. 7A shows a display example of the month calendar mode in the calendar page. In the case of a change in travel flight information, a strong reminder may be made in the corresponding date, such as an exclamation point on 15 in the figure, and a message that the flight change occurred may be highlighted (e.g., red-word displayed) after clicking on the 15 point. FIG. 7B shows a display example of a weekly pattern in a calendar page. In addition to displaying the flight change message, an operating entry, such as the "reserve car" operating entry shown in the figure, may be provided in the calendar.
In order to raise the attention of the user, the journey reminding of the invention is preferably carried out in a pushing mode. I.e. at the associated point in time of the trip, the trip reminder and the associated operation entry are pushed. The push may push the tour reminder and associated operation entry within the tour assistant page as described above. Alternatively or additionally, the system may push the travel reminder and the associated operation entry at the associated point in time of the travel. For example, on a standby page of the system as an application notification, or on the current page when the user opens another page.
Further, the travel assistant can also have a distinguishing reminding function for team traveling. To this end, acquiring the trip information may include: group itinerary information is acquired. And at the time point associated with the travel, providing the travel reminder and the associated operation entry may include: the travel reminder and the associated operational portal are provided at different associated points in time based on different divisions within the community, and are provided based on different divisions within the community. For example, when a plurality of colleagues travel together, the trip manager may be reminded earlier or perform more operations.
Examples of the trip management method of the present invention are given above in connection with fig. 1-7A-B. In the invention, the travel related information of the user can be notified to the user in the form of travel assistant, and corresponding reminding and operation entries are given to the user at each time node of the travel. The user can interact with the travel assistant by himself, directly obtain a reservation entrance or inquire related questions and obtain corresponding answers, and does not need to search in pages of other reservation APPs at different levels by himself.
The embodiments described above have focused on the trip management scheme of the present invention in the form of a trip management session. The trip management scheme of the present invention having the intelligent reservation function will be described with emphasis as follows. Fig. 8 shows a schematic flow diagram of a trip management method according to an embodiment of the invention. The method emphasizes the intelligent booking function of the travel management scheme of the invention, and can have the form of the travel management session as above and also can have other forms.
In step S810, trip information including destination information and trip time information is acquired. In step S820, a recommended trip is determined based on the acquired destination information and the trip time information. In step S830, at the time point associated with the trip, a trip reminder and a reservation operation entry of the recommended trip are provided. Specifically, the travel starting position information may also be acquired, and the recommended travel may be further determined based on the starting position information.
The starting location information may be current location information or default location information. For example, when a taxi service entrance is provided, the current location, such as the GPS location information of a mobile phone, may be automatically acquired. When the air ticket and train ticket reservation service is provided, the current city position information can be acquired, or the default city position information can be directly read. When the associated journey is involved, the position information of the associated journey can be acquired as the starting position of the journey. For example, if the user goes from Hangzhou to Beijing, he or she flies to the sea. The starting position of the Shanghai section journey is the destination Beijing related to the previous section of the related journey, but not resident in Hangzhou city.
The associated time point may be determined based on start position information, destination information, and travel time information of the travel. For example, the reminding time can be selected according to the address of the meeting and the estimated taxi taking time. Further, the associated time point of the destination may also be determined based on the time period of the travel time information and/or the traffic conditions of the start position information and the destination information. Here, the traffic condition may be a sum including traffic conditions caused by traffic, weather (e.g., a weather disaster), and an emergency.
In addition, when a multi-segment trip is involved, for example, when a vehicle is transferred or when a vehicle is parked, a recommended associated trip may be determined based on the start position information, the destination information, and the trip time information of the trip. For example, in the case of a cross-city meeting, it may be determined whether to take a high-speed rail or an airplane, what hotel is booked, and the like. Similarly, the recommended associated itinerary may also be determined based on the user association information of the user.
Here, acquiring the travel information generally includes acquiring a travel intention or a travel intention. The travel information may then be extracted from the interaction information, for example, from mail/other chat logs, and user interactions within the session, and also from calendar information.
In the case that the above-mentioned embodiment also relates to the form of the trip management session, the booking operation entry for providing the trip reminder and the recommended trip at the associated time point of the trip comprises: the associated operation time point of the travel sends a travel reminding message to the travel management session and triggers a new message reminding; and displaying the travel reminding message comprising the travel related information and the associated operation entry.
After the reservation is successful, a journey reminder and an order operation entry may be provided at a subsequent associated point in time for the journey.
The invention can also be implemented as a method for managing the journey on the level of interfacing with the outside. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring travel information; and providing a travel reminder and an associated operation entry at an associated point in time of the travel, wherein the travel comprises travels each involving a different external data source, and the associated operation entry provided comprises an operation entry to the different external data source.
The different external data sources may include: an external traffic travel reservation data source; an external hotel travel reservation data source, such as a comprehensive travel reservation data source or a reservation data source for each large airline. In the case of travel reservation in a wider sense, an external catering travel reservation data source can be further docked; and external ticket itinerary booking data sources such as museums of all kinds, scenic spots, and even movie ticket booking websites.
The journey management method of the invention can be used for docking various journeys APP on the local machine and/or docking on the server. Thus, travel reminders and associated operational entries relating to different external data sources may be provided in a fixed-path travel management page. For example, the itinerary management method of the present invention may interface an itinerary booking website, each large airline website, a car calling APP, etc., and the user may obtain the itinerary reminder and the associated operation entry from the different external data sources in an itinerary management page of a fixed path, for example, a "itinerary assistant" contact under a message channel of the office management APP shown in fig. 2, in each scene related to travel. In addition, travel reminders and associated operational entries may also be provided in the form of push notifications based on default or user settings.
Obtaining the trip information may also include obtaining the trip information from the different external data sources described above.
The journey assistant of the present invention may also be implemented as a journey management robot. Fig. 9 shows a schematic composition diagram of a trip management robot according to one embodiment of the present invention. In addition, the interaction unit may invoke a microphone and speaker of the device and utilize local and/or online voice recognition and feedback mechanisms to enable voice interaction with the user.
In one embodiment, the invention may also be embodied as a trip management platform including a trip assistant robot as described above. The trip management platform may be part of a comprehensive management platform, for example, may be part of a management APP as shown in fig. 7A and 7B. In the platform, the travel assistant bot can be arranged as a channel (e.g., a contact) of a platform chat.
The platform may also include a calendar module, as shown in fig. 7A and 7B, for providing a travel reminder and an associated operation entry at a date and/or time period corresponding to the associated time point of the travel.
Further, the platform may include an interaction module for external interaction of the current user with other users. The interactive module may be, for example, a chat engine within the platform or a docked email system. The journey assistant robot can extract journey information and journey reminders and associated operation entries based on the external interaction information.
Further, the functions of the travel management robot can be realized by a smart sound box. Therefore, the stroke management scheme of the invention can also be realized as an intelligent sound box, which comprises: the reminding unit is used for providing a trip voice reminding and a relevant operation entrance at a relevant time point of a trip; and the interaction unit is used for acquiring voice interaction of a user and providing travel information and/or associated operation entries related to the interaction information.
Specifically, the reminding unit may provide an associated operation entry based on voice interaction, and the interaction unit may broadcast the travel information and/or the associated operation entry related to the interaction information by voice. For example, the smart speaker may broadcast "the last night before the trip," the flight MUXXXX booked by your tomorrow is now available for check-in, and if so, the user may answer "help me choose the location of the front aisle" to implement the association operation.
Alternatively or additionally, in the case that the smart sound box is equipped with a display function (e.g., a touch screen or a projection), the reminding unit may provide an entry for an associated operation based on a gesture interaction, for example, the associated operation is displayed by the touch screen, and a corresponding click operation is performed on the screen by the user. The interaction unit can display the travel information and/or the associated operation entry related to the interaction information based on user interaction.
It should be understood that the smart sound box with the travel management function according to the present invention may further include the travel management function in the embodiments described above and below with reference to the drawings. For example, the smart sound box according to the present invention may be directed to the embodiment shown in fig. 10 and (at least part of) the preferred embodiment thereof, and may have (for example, combine part of the cloud function) the function of a travel assistant robot implemented locally, and the like.
The trip management scheme of the present invention can also be implemented as a more comprehensive trip management method. FIG. 10 illustrates an exemplary flow diagram of a trip management method according to one embodiment of the invention. In step S1010, the trip information is acquired. At step S1020, at the associated time point of the trip, a trip reminder and an associated operation entry are provided. Further, current location information of a user may be acquired, and an associated time point of the destination may be determined based on the destination information and the current location information. For example, according to the address of the participant, the reminding time is selected according to the estimated taxi taking time. The associated time point of the destination may also be determined based on the time period of the activity time and/or the current traffic conditions of the destination information and the current location information. For example, in the peak period of traffic and road jam, reminding and calling cars are carried out earlier.
In one embodiment, a recommended associated itinerary may also be determined based on the activity time, the destination information, and the current location information. For example, in the case of a long distance meeting, a vehicle is selected to determine whether to order a hotel or not, and the like. The recommended associated trip may be determined based on user associated information of the user. For example, recommendations may be made based on user preferences (e.g., like sitting high-speed, dislike sitting an airplane), reimbursement credits, corporate-associated hotels, and the like.
In one embodiment, obtaining the trip information comprises: acquiring the travel change information, and providing travel reminding and associated operation entries at the associated time point of the travel, wherein the travel reminding and associated operation entries comprise: at a point in time associated with the trip change, a change operation entry is provided. Acquiring the trip change information may include acquiring trip change information input by the user himself, the trip change information including a change in destination and/or date and time. Order modification operation entries related to the interaction information may then be provided based on the order modification interactions of the user, for example, within the travel page.
Acquiring the trip change information may further include acquiring trip change information of a trip provider. Here, the change itinerary may include a vehicle change and an activity itself change such as an airplane cancellation and a meeting delay.
