The operation and maintenance management and control system of the intelligent monitoring front-end device according to claim 1, wherein the monitoring front-end device comprises an intrinsic monitoring device, a standby monitoring device and a video server, the intrinsic monitoring device and the standby monitoring device collect monitoring information in real time, monitor the monitored point and transmit a monitoring video signal to the video server, and the video server processes the monitoring video signal and transmits the processed monitoring video signal to the PC client;
and installing the standby monitoring equipment at the monitored point where part of the inherent monitoring equipment is located according to the running condition of the monitoring front-end equipment monitored by the equipment running maintenance system.

The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end equipment according to claim 2, wherein the equipment operation and maintenance system comprises an equipment operation monitoring module, a primary data processing module, an alarm module and an operation condition storage module;
the equipment operation monitoring module is used for monitoring the operation and the use condition of the monitoring front-end equipment in real time, the primary data processing module is used for comparing and processing the operation data detected by the equipment operation monitoring module so as to detect the abnormal operation condition of the monitoring front-end equipment, the alarm module is used for sending the maintenance alarm signal to the PC client according to the abnormal operation condition of the monitoring front-end equipment, and the operation condition storage module is used for storing the operation data monitored by the equipment operation monitoring module and the result of data processing performed by the primary data processing module in real time;
and the control system displays the stored data in the running condition storage module on the PC client in real time.

The system according to claim 3, wherein the device operation monitoring module is configured to monitor a voltage state, a memory usage condition, and a port flow of the monitoring front-end device, and transmit monitored data to the data primary processing module in real time for data processing.

The system according to claim 4, wherein the data primary processing module counts historical operating conditions of the monitoring front-end device, divides the historical operating conditions of the monitoring front-end device into rainy weather use conditions and rainy weather use conditions, and counts abnormal operating probabilities of each monitoring front-end device, wherein the abnormal operating probabilities specifically reflect operating stability of the monitoring front-end device under different environmental conditions, and the abnormal operating probabilities are probabilities of abnormal operation of each monitoring front-end device.
6. The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end equipment according to claim 5, wherein the equipment updating management system comprises a data repeated processing module and a maintenance condition storage module;
the data repeated processing module carries out secondary processing on the operation data stored in the operation condition storage module in real time, and the maintenance condition storage module stores the data processed by the data repeated processing module.

The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end equipment according to claim 6, wherein the data repetition processing module counts maintenance condition data of the monitoring front-end equipment after the abnormal operation condition is detected, and counts a failure repetition rate of the maintenance condition data, wherein the failure repetition rate reflects a maintenance effect of each monitoring front-end equipment after maintenance, and the failure repetition rate is a probability of repeated failure of each monitoring front-end equipment after maintenance;
and storing the fault repetition rate corresponding to the rainy weather service condition and the rainy weather service condition in the maintenance condition storage unit, and transmitting the fault repetition rate to the PC client side for display in real time.
8. The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end equipment according to claim 7, wherein the PC client comprises a display and a signal receiving and processing module;
the signal receiving and processing module is in communication connection with the operation condition storage module, the maintenance condition storage module and the video server, and the storage data of the operation condition storage module, the maintenance condition storage module and the video server are all transmitted to the display in real time for display.

The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end device according to claim 8, wherein the signal receiving and processing module sends maintenance confirmation information to the PC client according to the received maintenance warning signal or the update warning signal, and the control system controls the standby monitoring device to be started according to the confirmation of the staff, and controls the standby monitoring device to operate until the specific maintenance time period is over.

The operation and maintenance management and control system for the intelligent monitoring front-end equipment according to claim 9, wherein the control system is in communication connection with the operation condition storage module and the maintenance condition storage module, and controls the alarm module to send the maintenance alarm signal or the update alarm signal to the PC client through the abnormal operation probability and the failure repetition rate of the operation condition storage module and the maintenance condition storage module;
the maintenance warning signal includes a maintenance request signal and a protection request signal, which respectively correspond to a case where the abnormal operation probability is low, a case where the abnormal operation probability is large in the case of using the monitoring front-end device in the rainy weather, and a case where the abnormal operation probability is high in the case of using the monitoring front-end device in the rainy weather, and the updating warning signal specifically corresponds to a case where the abnormal operation probability is high or the failure repetition rate is high in the case of using the monitoring front-end device in the rainy weather.
