Alternatively, a groove structure may be provided on the cover 23, and the groove structure cooperates with the elastic button 10 to lock and unlock the cover 23, or another structure may be provided on the cover 23 as long as the groove structure cooperates with the elastic button 10 to lock and unlock the cover 23, and of course, the cover 23 may also be locked and unlocked only by the cooperation of the cover 23 body and the elastic button 10.

The electric control device according to claim 1, wherein the cover is connected to the mounting base through a mounting shaft, the elastic member is a torsion spring sleeved on the mounting shaft, a first limiting portion is disposed on the cover, a second limiting portion is disposed on the mounting base, a first limiting end of the torsion spring is connected to the first limiting portion, and a second limiting end of the torsion spring is connected to the second limiting portion.
3. The electric control device according to claim 2, wherein the first position-limiting portion includes a first protrusion disposed on the cover and a first groove formed on the first protrusion, and the first position-limiting end of the torsion spring is engaged with the first groove.
4. The electric control device of claim 2, wherein the second limiting portion comprises a second protrusion arranged on the mounting base and a second groove formed on the second protrusion, and the second limiting end of the torsion spring is clamped with the second groove.

The electric control device according to claim 2, wherein the mounting shaft includes a straight section and a bent section connected to each other, the cover is connected to the mounting base through the straight section, a third limiting portion is provided on the cover or the mounting base, and the bent section is connected to the third limiting portion.
6. The electric control device according to claim 5, wherein the third limiting portion comprises a third protrusion arranged on the mounting base and a third groove formed on the third protrusion, and the bending section is clamped with the third groove.

The electrical control device of claim 7, wherein the locking mechanism further comprises a raised structure disposed on the cover and engaged with the resilient button, the resilient button being configured to engage the raised structure when not depressed to lock the cover in a position closing the opening, the resilient button being further configured to be resiliently biased to disengage the raised structure when depressed to unlock the cover.
9. The electrical control device of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the mounting block is snap-fit into the opening.
10. An air conditioner characterized in that it comprises an electric control device according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
