Abstract
The invention provides a high-light-efficiency panel lamp which comprises a back cover, a light source plate, a reflecting plate, a light diffusion plate and a frame body. The back cover comprises a containing groove; the light source plate is positioned in the accommodating groove, the opposite surfaces of the light source plate are a first surface and a second surface, the first surface faces the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, the light source plate comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements, and the light-emitting elements are densely distributed on the second surface; the light reflecting plate is positioned in the accommodating groove and positioned on the light source plate; the light diffusion plate is covered on the light reflection plate. The frame body comprises a window, and the frame body is combined with the back cover. The light source plate is in a whole plate form, the light emitting elements are densely arranged and distributed, and the whole plate is attached to the high-reflectivity reflector plate and the high-transmittance light diffusion plate is used, so that the light efficiency of the panel lamp can be greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a panel light, and more particularly, to a panel light having a plurality of light emitting elements densely arranged.
Background
A panel light is a commonly used lighting device, which generally includes a base, a light source, a power source, a reflector, and a diffuser.
The existing panel lamp has the problems of poor luminous efficiency, difficulty in disassembly and assembly, complex appearance and the like, and the utilization rate of the panel lamp is influenced.
How to solve the above problems is the problem that the related business must think about.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the foregoing problems, an embodiment of the invention provides a high light efficiency panel lamp, which includes a back cover, a light source plate, a light reflection plate, a light diffusion plate, and a frame.
The back cover comprises a containing groove; the light source plate is positioned in the accommodating groove, the opposite surfaces of the light source plate are a first surface and a second surface, the first surface faces the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, the light source plate comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements, and the light-emitting elements are densely distributed on the second surface; the light reflecting plate is positioned in the accommodating groove and positioned on the light source plate; the light diffusion plate is positioned in the accommodating groove and positioned on the light reflection plate. The frame body comprises a window, and the frame body is clamped with the light reflecting plate and the light diffusion plate and combined with the back cover.
According to a preferable embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, the light emitting elements are arranged along a first direction, and the light emitting elements are arranged along a second direction, and the first direction is not parallel to the second direction.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, a spacing range between the adjacent light emitting elements in the first direction is 3.0mm or less.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, in the second direction, the interval range between the adjacent light emitting elements is 3.0mm or less.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, the reflector has a plurality of holes corresponding to the plurality of light emitting elements, and each of the light emitting elements is correspondingly located in the hole.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficiency panel light, the reflector is a groove body, which comprises a base plate and a plurality of side walls, the shape of the groove body corresponds to the accommodating groove, and the plurality of holes are formed in the base plate.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, the light diffusion plate and the substrate have a spacing distance therebetween, and the spacing distance is in a range from 2.2mm to 4.0 mm.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, the back cover further comprises a plurality of support portions located on the bottom wall to face the light source board.
According to a preferred embodiment of the above high luminous efficacy panel light, the light source plate further comprises a circuit board, the light emitting element is located on the circuit board, and the light emitting element does not comprise a lens.
In summary, according to the high light efficiency panel light of the embodiment of the invention, the light source plate is in a whole plate form, the light emitting elements are densely arranged and distributed, the whole plate is attached to the light reflecting plate with high light reflecting rate, and the light diffusion plate with high light transmittance is used, so that the light efficiency of the panel light can be greatly improved.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, fig. 1 is a schematic external view of a high light efficiency panel lamp according to an embodiment of the invention. Fig. 2 is an exploded view of the embodiment of fig. 1. Fig. 3 is a partial schematic view of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, omitting the light source plate, the light reflection plate, the light diffusion plate and a portion of the frame. FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of an embodiment of a high light efficiency panel lamp of the present invention. Fig. 5 is a partial enlarged view of the illustrated embodiment of portion a of fig. 4.
The high luminous efficiency panel lamp 1 includes a back cover 11, a light source plate 12, a reflector 13, a light diffusion plate 14, and a frame 15.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the back cover 11 includes a receiving groove 111. The light source board 12 is located in the receiving groove 111, opposite surfaces of the light source board 12 are a first surface 121 and a second surface 122, the first surface 121 faces the bottom wall 1111 of the receiving groove 111, the light source board 12 includes a plurality of light emitting elements 123, such as LED lamps, and the light emitting elements 123 are densely distributed on the second surface 122. In this embodiment, the light emitting elements 123 are arranged along a first direction D1, and the light emitting elements 123 are arranged along a second direction D2, the first direction D1 is not parallel to the second direction D2. That is, the first direction D1 and the second direction D2 are intersected at an angle, which is, in one embodiment, a right angle (90 °), but the invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, the light emitting elements 123 adjacent to each other in the first direction D1 have a spacing W1 in a range of 30mm or less. Preferably, the spacing W1 ranges from 13mm to 16 mm. In the second direction D2, the adjacent light emitting elements 123 have a spacing W2 in a range of 30mm or less, and preferably, the spacing W2 is in a range of 13mm to 16 mm.
Referring to fig. 2, the light reflecting plate 13 is disposed in the accommodating groove 111 and on the light source plate 12. In an embodiment, the reflective plate 13 has a plurality of holes 131 corresponding to the plurality of light emitting elements 123, and each of the light emitting elements 123 is correspondingly located in the hole 131. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in this embodiment, the reflective plate 13 is a slot 13 ', the slot 13 ' includes a base plate 133 and a plurality of side walls 134, the shape of the slot 13 ' corresponds to the receiving slot 111, and the plurality of holes 131 are formed on the base plate 133.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the back cover 11 further includes a plurality of supporting portions 112 located on the bottom wall 1111 and facing the light source board 12. The frame 15 is engaged with the light reflection plate 13 and the light diffusion plate 14 and is coupled to the back cover 11. As shown in fig. 2, the side wall 134 of the light reflecting plate 13 has an extending portion 132, the outer edge of the light diffusing plate 14 has an engaging portion 141, and the frame 15 has an engaging portion 151, so that the light reflecting plate 13 and the light diffusing plate 14 can be engaged with the cover. However, the above description only shows one solution for realizing that the frame 15 is combined with the back cover 11 by clamping the reflection plate 13 and the light diffusion plate 14, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
The light diffusion plate 14 is shielded from the light reflection plate 13. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and 4, the light diffusion plate 14 and the substrate 133 have a spacing distance H therebetween, the spacing distance H is in a range from 22mm to 40mm, and preferably, the spacing distance H is 38 mm.
In addition, it should be noted that the light source board 12 of the present invention further includes a circuit board, the light emitting element 123 is located on the circuit board, and the light emitting element 123 does not include a lens (optical package), so that the light loss is reduced without using a lens, and the high optical efficiency is achieved. That is, the present invention does not provide a lens (optical package) on the light emitting element 123 as in the conventional direct type panel lamp.
According to the high-light-efficiency panel lamp provided by the embodiment of the invention, the light source plates are in the form of the whole plate, the light-emitting elements are densely arranged and distributed, the whole plate is attached, the high-light-reflection rate reflector plate is matched, and the high-light-transmittance light diffusion plate is used, so that the light efficiency of the panel lamp can be greatly improved, and the problems encountered in the background technology are solved.
It should be noted that, although the above embodiments have been described herein, the invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, based on the innovative concepts of the present invention, the technical solutions of the present invention can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields by making changes and modifications to the embodiments described herein, or by using equivalent structures or equivalent processes performed in the content of the present specification and the attached drawings, which are included in the scope of the present patent.
Claims (9)
1. A high luminous efficiency panel lamp, comprising:
the back cover comprises a containing groove;
the light source plate is positioned in the accommodating groove, opposite surfaces of the light source plate are a first surface and a second surface, the first surface faces the bottom wall of the accommodating groove, the light source plate comprises a plurality of light-emitting elements, and the light-emitting elements are densely distributed on the second surface;
the light reflecting plate is positioned in the accommodating groove and positioned on the light source plate;
a light diffusion plate for shielding the light reflection plate; and
and the frame body comprises a window, and the frame body is clamped with the reflecting plate and the light diffusion plate and combined with the back cover.
2. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 1, wherein: the light emitting elements are arranged and distributed along a first direction, and the light emitting elements are arranged and distributed along a second direction, wherein the first direction is not parallel to the second direction.
3. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 2, wherein: in the first direction, the interval range between the adjacent light emitting elements is 30mm or less.
4. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 2, wherein: in the second direction, the interval range between the adjacent light emitting elements is 30mm or less.
5. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 1, wherein: the reflecting plate is provided with a plurality of holes corresponding to the plurality of light-emitting elements, and each light-emitting element is correspondingly positioned in the hole.
6. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 5, wherein: the reflector is a groove body and comprises a base plate and a plurality of side walls, the shape of the groove body corresponds to the accommodating groove, and the holes are formed in the base plate.
7. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 6, wherein: the light diffusion plate and the substrate have a spacing distance therebetween, and the spacing distance ranges from 22mm to 40 mm.
8. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 1, wherein: the back cover further includes a plurality of support portions on the bottom wall to face the light source board.
9. The high light efficiency panel lamp of claim 1, wherein: the light emitting element does not include a lens.
