As shown in connection with fig. 1 to 4, in some embodiments, a crossflow fan includes a first blade portion 10 and a second blade portion 20. A first blade section 10 including a plurality of first blades 101 which are enclosed in a cylindrical shape and a connection ring 11 having a through hole 12; the second blade portion 20 includes a plurality of second blades 201 enclosing into a cylindrical shape and a fixing portion 212 fixedly connected to one end of the plurality of second blades 201, and the fixing portion 212 passes through the through hole 12 of the connecting ring 11, so that the second blade portion 20 is coaxially sleeved with the first blade portion 10 and can move relative to the first blade portion 10 along the axial direction.
The second blade part 20 of the cross-flow fan is provided with a fixing part 212, the first blade part 10 is provided with a connecting ring 11 with a through hole 12, the fixing part 212 penetrates through the through hole 12, the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are coaxially sleeved, and the first blade part 10 can move relative to the first blade part 10 along the axial direction; when the second blade section 20 is moved relative to the first blade section 10, the length of the cross-flow fan in the axial direction can be adjusted. The cross flow fan is adopted in the air conditioner, when the cross flow fan is assembled and disassembled, the length of the cross flow fan can be adjusted, so that the cross flow fan can be easily taken out of the air conditioner, and the air supply effect can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the cross flow fan.
The first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are both cylindrical, and when the cross flow fan rotates, the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 rotate, and airflow enters the first blade part 10 from one side in the radial direction and then blows out from the other side of the first blade part 10; and the air flow enters the second blade portion 20 from one side in the radial direction and then is blown out from the other side of the second blade portion 20. The second blade portion 20 is provided coaxially with the first blade portion 10, and can make the direction of the airflow blown by the cross-flow fan uniform during rotation.
The first blade part 10 is sleeved with the second blade part 20, and the second blade part 20 can move relative to the first blade part 10 along the axial direction, that is, the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are the same as the sleeve structure, and the diameter of one blade part is larger than that of the other blade part, so that the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 can move relative to each other in the axial direction, and further the length of the cross flow fan can be adjusted. When the length of the cross flow fan is shortened, the space occupied by the cross flow fan is reduced, and as shown in fig. 8, the cross flow fan can be passed through the small opening 41. When the cross flow fan is applied to an air conditioner, an opening 41 with a length shorter than that of the cross flow fan may be provided in a casing 43 of the air conditioner or a duct wall of the air duct 40, and the shortened cross flow fan can pass through the opening 41, so that the cross flow fan can be easily taken out from the air conditioner, and the cross flow fan can be conveniently cleaned, replaced or maintained. When the length of the cross flow fan is extended, the air supply range is increased, and when the length of the cross flow fan is decreased, the air supply range is decreased. The length of the cross-flow fan can be adjusted between the shortest length and the longest length, and the length of the cross-flow fan can be adjusted according to air supply requirements.
Optionally, the material of the second blade 201 is aluminum alloy or engineering plastic. The aluminum alloy impeller has high strength, light weight and high temperature resistance, and can keep stable operation for a long time without deformation; the plastic impeller is formed by injection molding of a mold and ultrasonic welding.
In some embodiments, the number of the fixing portions 212 is multiple, and each fixing portion 212 is fixedly connected to one end of each of the second blades 201. The fixing portion 212 connects the perforated ends of the adjacent second blades 201. Compared with the first limiting structure 211, the fixing portion 212 can limit the adjacent second blades 201 in common. Optionally, the fixing portion 212 fixes the second blade 201 in several groups. In this way, the mechanical strength of the second blade section 20 can also be enhanced. Optionally, the area of the fixing portion 212 is larger than that of the via hole. In this way, the fixing portion 212 can also prevent the second blade portion 20 from being separated from the first blade portion 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the fixing portion 212 has a circular arc shape. Since the plurality of second blades 201 surround in a cylindrical shape and the fixing portion 212 connects one ends of the plurality of second blades 201, the fixing portion 212 is formed in an arc shape so as to connect the adjacent second blades 201, and the shape of the through hole 12 is designed so that the fixing portion 212 can easily pass through.
Optionally, the first and/or second blade segment 10, 20 is provided with a fixed disc. The fixing plate is used for fixing the fan blades of the first fan blade part 10 and/or the second fan blade part 20 so as to be arranged along the circumferential direction. Optionally, the fixed disk is connected with a driving motor. The driving motor drives the cross flow fan to rotate by driving the fixed disk of the first fan blade part 10 or the second fan blade part 20 to rotate. Optionally, a locking structure (not shown) is disposed between the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20, and the locking structure is configured to lock the relative positions of the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 so as to limit the movement of the second blade part 20 relative to the first blade part 10. Alternatively, the locking structure is an openable and closable snap ring configured to simultaneously grip the blades of the first and second blade parts 10 and 20 to prevent the first and second blade parts 10 and 20 from moving relative to each other.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the through hole 12 includes a protruding portion 120 and a holding portion 121 that are communicated with each other. The shape enclosed by the extending part 120 and the holding part 121 is matched with the shape of the fixing part 212, so that the fixing part 212 passes through; the holding portion 121 is configured to hold the second blade 201 when the fixing portion 212 passes through the through hole 12 and the second blade part 20 rotates relative to the first blade part 10.
When the shape enclosed by the extending part 120 and the holding part 121 is matched with the fixing part 212, the fixing part 212 can pass through. The holding part 121 is communicated with the extending part 120, and the holding part 121 is used for holding the second blade 201. After the fixing portion 212 passes through the through hole 12, the second blade portion 20 rotates relative to the first blade portion 10, and the second blade 201 is clamped into the clamping portion 121 to prevent the second blade portion 20 from moving relative to the first blade portion 10.
Alternatively, the catch 121 is disposed on one side of the protruding part 120 in the clockwise direction, or on one side of the protruding part in the counterclockwise direction. When the holding portion 121 is disposed on one side of the extending portion 120 in the clockwise direction, the second blade portion 20 is rotated clockwise relative to the first blade portion 10, so as to hold the second blade 201; similarly, when the holding portion 121 is disposed on the side of the extending portion 120 in the counterclockwise direction, the second blade portion 20 rotates counterclockwise relative to the first blade portion 10, and can hold the second blade 201. Alternatively, the catches 121 catch both long sides of the second blade 201. Thus, the position of the second blade 201 is restricted, and the second blade part 20 is prevented from moving relative to the first blade part 10. When one end of the adjacent second blades 201 is provided with the fixing part 212, the holding part 121 holds the second blade 201 positioned at the outer side.
Through this embodiment, can make first flabellum portion 10 and second flabellum portion 20 realize dismantling the connection, be convenient for the equipment of first flabellum portion 10 and second flabellum portion 20 to can fix its relative position after first flabellum portion 10 and second flabellum portion 20 cup joint, when one of first flabellum portion 10 or second flabellum portion 20 is driven and takes place the rotation, can drive the other party and rotate.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 3 and 4, the first blade portion 10 and the second blade portion 20 are alternately arranged. The first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are alternately arranged, so that the cross flow fan can be contracted and extended at a plurality of positions, or the entire length of the cross flow fan can be shortened. Alternatively, the number of the first blade parts 10 is plural. Alternatively, the number of the second blade parts 20 is plural. The first blade parts 10 and the second blade parts 20 are alternately arranged. Alternatively, the connection rings 11 are respectively provided at both ends of the first vane part 10. Thus, both ends of the first blade part 10 can be coaxially fitted with different second blade parts 20. Alternatively, the fixing portions 212 are provided at both ends of the second blade 201 of the second blade part 20. Thus, both ends of the second blade part 20 can be coaxially fitted with the different first blade parts 10. In this case, a fixing ring may be provided at the middle of the second blade part 20 to fix the relative position of each second blade 201. Optionally, one end of the second blade section 20 is coaxially sleeved with one first blade section 10, and the other end is fixedly connected with the other first blade section 10 through a fixing disc. In this way, the second blade section 20 can be more firmly and stably configured.
The lengths of the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 may be the same or different. Alternatively, the diameter of the first blade section 10 is larger than that of the second blade section 20, and the length of the first blade section 10 is larger than that of the second blade section 20. The air volume generated by the first fan blade part 10 with the larger diameter is larger, so that the length of the first fan blade part is larger than that of the second fan blade part 20, the maintenance of the air volume of the cross-flow fan is facilitated, in addition, the first fan blade part 10 is provided with the connecting ring 11, the structure is more stable, and certain firmness can be maintained under the condition that the length of the first fan blade part is prolonged.
In some embodiments, as shown in connection with fig. 5 and 6, the crossflow fan further comprises a third blade portion 30. The third blade part 30 is cylindrical, is coaxially sleeved with the second blade part 20, and can move relative to the second blade part 20 along the axial direction; the first blade part 10 and the third blade part 30 are respectively sleeved at two ends of the second blade part 20; the second blade portion 20 has a diameter between the first blade portion 10 and the third blade portion 30.
The third blade portion 30 and the second blade portion 20 are coaxially sleeved, that is, the third blade portion 30 and the second blade portion 20 form a sleeve type structure, and the third blade portion 30 can move relative to the second blade portion 20 along the axial direction, so as to adjust the length of the cross flow fan. The third blade part 30 and the first blade part 10 are respectively sleeved with two ends of the first blade part 10, and the formed cross-flow fan sequentially comprises the first blade part 10, the second blade part 20 and the third blade part 30 in the length direction. Wherein the diameter of the second blade part 20 is between the first blade part 10 and the third blade part 30. For example, the relationship between the diameters of the fan blade parts is as follows: the first blade part 10 > the second blade part 20 > the third blade part 30, or the third blade part 30 > the second blade part 20 > the first blade part 10. By adjusting the second blade part 20 to be brought close to and fitted to the first blade part 10 and the third blade part 30 to be brought close to and fitted to the second blade part 20 in this way, the length of the cross flow fan can be further shortened. Alternatively, the number of the first blade part 10, the second blade part 20, and the third blade part 30 is plural. Thus, the cross flow fan with longer length can be assembled to expand the air supply range of the cross flow fan.
Optionally, the diameter of the first blade portion 10 > the diameter of the second blade portion 20 > the diameter of the third blade portion 30, and the number of the first blade portion 10, the second blade portion 20 and the third blade portion 30 is two, and the third blade portion 30, the second blade portion 20, the first blade portion 10, the second blade portion 20 and the third blade portion 30 are coaxially sleeved from left to right in sequence. Therefore, the diameter of the formed cross-flow fan is gradually reduced from the middle to the two ends, the effect of strong air supply in the middle and weak air supply at the two ends is achieved, and the user experience is improved. Alternatively, the third blade part 30 has a length longer than the first and second blade parts 10 and 20. Thus, the cross flow fan is also a combination mode, and the weak wind range can be enlarged.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, the first blade portion 10 includes a plurality of first blades 101 enclosing a cylindrical shape, and the diameter of the first blade portion 10 is larger than that of the second blade portion 20. Thus, when the length of the cross flow fan is adjusted, one end of the second vane part 20 can be retracted into the first vane part 10. Optionally, the number of first blades 101 is greater than the number of second blades 201. When the diameter of the second vane part 20 is smaller than that of the first vane part 10, the number of the second vanes 201 is smaller than that of the first vanes 101, so that on one hand, the reduction of the vane spacing caused by the reduction of the diameter can be avoided, and further the influence on air inlet can be avoided, and on the other hand, the use amount of the vanes can be reduced. The number of the second blades 201 is reduced, and when the first blade portion 10 and the second blade portion 20 are partially overlapped, the influence on the flow of the airflow entering the first blade portion 10 can be reduced. The reduction of the number of the second blades 201 can reduce the number or area of the through holes 12 on the connecting ring 11, thereby reducing the influence on the mechanical strength of the connecting ring 11 and keeping the connecting ring 11 firm and stable. The reduced number of second blades 201 also enables the radial extension of the fixing portion 212 with respect to the blades to be longer, since the reduced number of second blades 201 corresponds to the increased distance between adjacent fixing portions 212, and the fixing portion 212 can extend radially longer, so that the fixing portion 212 can prevent the second blades 201 from coming out of the through hole 12. Since the diameter of the first blade part 10 is larger than that of the second blade part 20, the air blowing amount of the first blade part 10 is larger than that of the second blade part 20 when the cross flow fan rotates, and the cross flow fan can generate a strong air blowing region and a weak air blowing region outside the air conditioner.
Optionally, the material of the first blade 101 is an aluminum alloy or an engineering plastic. The aluminum alloy impeller has high strength, light weight and high temperature resistance, and can keep stable operation for a long time without deformation; the plastic impeller is formed by injection molding of a mold and ultrasonic welding, can be used in occasions with low rotating speed and has larger diameter.
In some embodiments, the width of the second blade 201 is greater than the width of the first blade 101. On the basis of the reduction of the number of the second blades 201, the width of the second blades 201 is larger than the width of the first blades 101, so that the structural strength of the second blade part 20 can be enhanced, the second blades 201 are firmer and more stable, and the vibration noise generated when the second blade part 20 rotates is reduced. The second blade part 20 has a lower mechanical strength than the first blade part 10 due to the reduced number of blades, and increases the width of the second blade 201. Further, the width of the second blade 201 is increased, and the air blowing amount can be appropriately increased, thereby preventing the air blowing amount of the second blade part 20 from being excessively reduced. Optionally, the thickness of the second blade 201 is greater than the thickness of the first blade 101. The increased thickness increases the mechanical strength of the second blade 201, making it more robust against bending deformation when rotating together with the first blade part 10.
In some embodiments, some or all of the blades of the crossflow fan comprise a main body and a constriction. A main body in a band shape; the contraction part is arranged on the main body and has a width smaller than that of the main body. The width of the contraction part is smaller than that of the main body, and when the air flow passes through the contraction part of the blade, the air pressure of the air flow can be enhanced, so that the air outlet pressure of the cross flow fan is improved. Optionally, the constrictions are provided at a middle or end of the body. Thus, the air flow can be pressurized.
In some embodiments, a portion of the blades of the crossflow fan includes the first blade 101 or the second blade 201. That is, the first blade 101 includes a main body and a constricted portion, or the second blade 201 includes a main body and a constricted portion. Optionally, the second blade section 20 is smaller in diameter than the first blade section 10, and the second blade 201 comprises a main body and a constricted portion. Thus, the second blade 201 can increase the air pressure properly by the contraction part, thereby increasing the air output of the second blade 201 and compensating for the reduction of the air output due to the reduction of the number of the second blades 201.
In some embodiments, the second blade portion 20 includes a retaining ring (not shown). And a fixing ring connected with each second blade 201 to make the second blade 201 surround a cylinder. The fixing ring is beneficial to the firmness and stability of the second blade 201, so that the second blade part 20 is reduced in shaking, the bending deformation is avoided, and the noise is reduced when the second blade part rotates together with the first blade part 10. Optionally, the second blade 201 is removably attached to the retaining ring. Therefore, the number of the second blades 201 can be adjusted according to the requirement of the user on the air supply effect, and different requirements of the user are met.
In some embodiments, the fixing portion 212 is provided with a locking member (not shown), and the first blade portion 10 is provided with a slot for the locking member to be inserted into, so that when the second blade portion 20 rotates relative to the first blade portion 10, the locking member is inserted into the slot to prevent the second blade 201 from being removed from the through hole 12. When the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are assembled, one end of the second blade part extends into the through hole 12 of the second blade part 20, then the second blade part rotates relative to the first blade part, the locking piece of the second blade part 20 is clamped into the embedded groove of the first blade part 10, and the first blade part 10 and the second blade part 20 are relatively fixed. Optionally, the locking member is L-shaped. In this way, the locking element can snap into the groove.
