Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a telescopic pedal of a railway vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of auxiliary parts of railway vehicles.
Background
In current rail vehicle designs, maintenance personnel or drivers must step on and off the vehicle via boarding steps mounted below the undercarriage side rails. The existing structure of the bicycle pedal is basically fixed, namely a pedal mounting plate is designed below a side beam of an underframe, a pedal is mounted on the pedal mounting plate in a fixed connection mode, and the height of the pedal is not variable. The foot height of such a construction is typically 500mm above the rail surface, subject to the constraints. When a person gets on the vehicle, the human body supporting surface moves from the sole to the pedal, and the center of gravity gradually deviates from the supporting surface. If the first step height is higher, the personnel must expend more strength and get on the car more difficult. Considering that the use environment of locomotives, especially rail engineering vehicles is mostly outdoor, and a platform is lacked, personnel must stand on the ground or on sleepers, and the boarding height is increased. The fixed pedal structure is inconvenient for people to get on or off the bicycle, easily causes injury to the people and seriously affects the comfort and the safety.
The existing mechanical structure type pedals are rare and have some problems. The torsion spring type pedal disclosed in the utility model CN201620805680.9 only has single-layer steps, has larger span, lacks protection on the structure, is easy to be eroded by silt and dust, and is easy to lose efficacy; and the single-layer steps cannot be simply replaced. The motor type pedal and the electric type pedal have larger structural space, need wiring and pipe arrangement, are easy to interfere with equipment such as a bogie and the like, have complex structure, low reliability and weaker shock resistance, and are not suitable for wide use.

the elastic support box body comprises a bottom plate, a front baffle, a rear baffle, an outer side plate and a top plate which are fixedly connected with each other; the connecting plate is located in the cavity of the elastic support box body, a spring extending in the vertical direction is arranged in the elastic support box body, one end of the spring is fixedly connected to the bottom plate or the top plate, and the other end of the spring is abutted against or connected to the connecting plate.
By adopting the technical scheme, the whole spring is limited in the cavity formed by the elastic support box body and the vertical plate, so that the spring is prevented from being eroded by dust and silt, and the weather resistance is favorably improved; the step assembly contains a plurality of step boards, and the user of service can select suitable step board according to actual terrain clearance, and when the user of service stepped on the step board, the step board overcome the elasticity downstream of spring to extreme position to realized the altitude mixture control of step board, be favorable to user of service to get on or off rail vehicle. When the step plate is not used, the step plate returns to the highest position under the action of the spring, so that the requirement of vehicle clearance is met, and no personnel is needed to operate.
Furthermore, a guide rod for guiding the spring is further arranged in the elastic support box, and a through hole for the guide rod to pass through is formed in the connecting plate. When the step assembly moves up and down, the guide rod guides the step assembly to prevent the step assembly from turning on one side. Preferably, the guide rods and the springs are provided in one-to-one correspondence with two or more.
Furthermore, a limiting block is further arranged in the elastic support box body, and the limiting block is fixedly connected with the bottom plate and used for limiting the limit position of the connecting plate moving downwards.
Further, the outer wall of the outer side plate is fixedly provided with a mounting plate, the mounting plate is horizontally arranged, and the mounting plate is provided with a connecting hole. Preferably, the connecting hole is a waist-shaped hole.
Further, the top plate is detachably connected with the mounting plate through a fastener. The advantage that sets up like this lies in can installing the connecting plate of step assembly in the elastic support box body after, is connected roof and mounting panel again, is favorable to changing different specification step assemblies to the needs that adapt to different use scenes.
The telescopic pedal is simple and light in structure, can be connected to a vehicle body through bolts, is convenient to mount, uses welding parts and standard parts, and is simple to manufacture, stable, reliable and long in service life. The spring installation space is shielded by the baffle, and the spring can be prevented from being corroded by sand and other substances. The size of the pedal is convenient to replace according to actual needs. When people get on or off the vehicle, the boarding height is effectively reduced, the comfort level is improved, and after the people get on or off the vehicle, the retractable pedal can automatically recover to the initial state, so that the requirement of the limit of the vehicle is met, and the operation of the people is not needed. The problem of large span can be solved to the multilayer step, and the spring restoring force can the helping hand personnel conveniently step on the car.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the retractable pedal for a railway vehicle provided by the invention comprises a step assembly 1 and elastic support boxes 2 positioned at two sides of the step assembly 1;
wherein, the elastic support box body 2 comprises a front baffle 2.1, a rear baffle 2.2, an outer side plate 2.3, a mounting plate 2.4, a bottom plate 2.5 and a limiting block 2.6.
For convenience of explanation, the following directions are specified: FIG. 2 shows the length direction as the horizontal line, and the dimension in this direction is called the length; fig. 2 shows a vertical direction (vertical direction) as a vertical dotted line direction, and the dimension in this direction is called height; the direction perpendicular to the sheet of fig. 2 is the width direction (i.e., the third direction in the right-hand orthogonal coordinate system), and the dimension in this direction is referred to as the width. In fig. 2, a vertical dotted line is a symmetrical center line of the retractable pedal, and the line close to the center line in the length direction is called as the inner side, and the line far from the center line is called as the outer side.
The two elastic supporting box bodies 2 are symmetrically arranged at the outer side of the step assembly 1 and are connected and supported. The elastic supporting box body 2 comprises a bottom plate 2.5, a front baffle 2.1, a rear baffle 2.2, an outer side plate 2.3 and a top plate 2.7 which are fixedly connected with each other; the upper surface of the bottom plate 2.5 is provided with a groove or a lug boss for fixing the spring 3, the outer side is connected with an outer side plate 2.3, the outer side above the outer side plate 2.3 is connected with a mounting plate 2.4, and the bottom plate 2.5, the outer side plate 2.3 and the mounting plate 2.4 form a zigzag structure as a force-bearing and force-transmitting component. In order to strengthen the strength of the zigzag structure and shield and protect the internal space and restrain the motion space of the step assembly 1, a front baffle 2.1 and a rear baffle 2.2 are arranged in the width direction. The mounting plate 2.4 is horizontally arranged, and a connecting hole 6 is formed in the mounting plate 2.4; preferably, the attachment holes 6 are kidney-shaped holes. The top plate 2.7 is detachably connected with the mounting plate 2.4 by fasteners.
The step assembly 1 is a frame structure, and the upper step plate 1.2 is fixedly connected with the lower step plate 1.4 through a vertical plate 1.3. The upper step plate and the lower step plate can be used for treading after anti-skid treatment. The part of the upper step plate 1.2 extending beyond the lower step plate 1.4 is a connecting plate 1.1, but the connecting plate 1.1 may also be a plate member separately welded and fixed on the outer side of the vertical plate 1.3, and the connecting plate 1.1 is used for abutting against the spring 3. The step assembly 1 in this embodiment only includes two step plates, and those skilled in the art can understand that: the number of the step plates larger than 2 may be provided as required. The interval of two risers 1.3 is less than the distance of two elastic support box bodies 2, and the width of connecting plate 1.1 is less than the distance between preceding baffle 2.1 and the backplate 2.2 to guarantee that step assembly 1 can move on the vertical direction smoothly.
The upper end of the spring 3 supports the step assembly 1, and the lower end is fixed on the bottom plate 2.5 of the elastic support box body 2. For protection spring 3 and the biggest stroke of control, set up stopper 2.6 in elastic support box body 2, the spring is avoided to the size of stopper. When the step assembly 1 moves downwards, the limiting block 2.6 contacts the connecting plate 1.1 to limit the movement of the step assembly 1 and achieve the maximum downward stroke.
In order to prevent the spring 3 from being unstable, a guide rod 4 may be disposed on the bottom plate 2.5, the spring 3 is disposed on the guide rod 4, and a sliding sleeve or a bearing (not shown, although the sliding sleeve or the bearing may be omitted) is disposed between the upper portion of the spring 3 and the connecting plate 1.1. The connecting plate 1.1 is provided with a through hole 5 for the guide rod 4 to pass through.
In order to reduce the vertical vibration influence of the spring 3 in the running process of the vehicle, the spring 3 in the initial state is set to be in a compressed state, the connecting plate 1.1 is abutted to the contact top plate 2.7, and the initial compression force is recommended to be 1 to 3 times of the weight of the step combination body.
The installation mode is as follows: the elastic support box body 2 is arranged on the vehicle body (through the mounting plate 2.4), and the mounting plate 2.4 is provided with a waist-shaped hole in the length direction, so that the position of the elastic support box body 2 can be properly adjusted. The spring 3 is arranged on a guide rod 4 of the elastic support box body 2, and the upper end is provided with a sliding sleeve. The connecting plate 1.1 of the step assembly 1 is arranged in the space of the elastic support box body 2, and the guide rod 4 penetrates through the connecting plate 1.1 to adjust the distance between the two elastic support box bodies 2. The top plate 2.7 is installed after the initial stress is applied to the step assembly 1. When the step assembly 1 needs to be replaced, only the top plate 2.7 needs to be removed and a new step assembly 1 needs to be installed.
It should be noted that: the compression spring adopted in the above embodiment can actually use an extension spring, and the upper end of the extension spring is fixed with the top plate 2.7, and the lower end is connected with the connecting plate 1.1, so that the same effect can be achieved.
The limiting block 2.6 can be eliminated, a spring with higher rigidity can be selected, or a bottom plate 2.5 is used for limiting.
The embodiments of the present invention are described above with reference to the drawings, and the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are only illustrative and not restrictive, and those skilled in the art can make many modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
