Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of composite materials, in particular to a degradable heat-preservation antibacterial composite material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Degradable materials have a variety of uses in our society, from making degradable plastic bags, diapers, and water bottles, to making degradable excipients for drug delivery and degradable implants for surgery, to a wide variety of industrial uses, such as in soil remediation, agriculture, and oil and gas exploration. Along with the improvement of living standard of people, the requirement of people on the material of living goods is higher and higher, the common material can not meet the requirements of people, when people buy frozen food, a heat-preservation, heat-insulation and antibacterial shopping bag is needed to be transported, the eating of the frozen food can not be influenced by bagging and transporting the shopping bag, the heat-preservation, heat-insulation and antibacterial shopping bag is usually made of composite materials, and the scheme particularly relates to a degradable heat-preservation and antibacterial composite material and a preparation method thereof; however, the existing heat-insulating shopping bags are poor in heat-insulating property and disinfection antibacterial property when in use, are not environment-friendly, and easily cause environmental pollution, so that a degradable heat-insulating antibacterial composite material capable of meeting the use requirements is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a degradable heat-preservation antibacterial composite material and a preparation method thereof, which can effectively solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:
the utility model provides a degradable keeps warm antibiotic combined material, includes degradable polymer, PET membrane, aluminium foil layer, PE membrane, knitting cloth layer, EPE membrane, woven fabrics layer and kraft paper tectorial membrane layer, degradable polymer, PET membrane, aluminium foil layer, PE membrane, knitting cloth layer, EPE membrane, woven fabrics layer and kraft paper tectorial membrane layer outside-in set gradually in the inside that accords with the material, be provided with first adhesive layer between PET membrane and the aluminium foil layer, be provided with second adhesive layer between aluminium foil layer and the PE membrane, be equipped with first degradable polymer between PE membrane and the knitted fabric layer, be equipped with second degradable polymer between knitting cloth layer and the EPE membrane, be equipped with third degradable polymer between EPE membrane and the woven fabrics layer, be equipped with fourth degradable polymer between woven fabrics layer and the kraft paper tectorial membrane layer.
Preferably, the first adhesive layer and the second adhesive layer are both made of composite adhesive, the composite adhesive is formed by mixing glue, a curing agent and ethyl ester according to a corresponding proportion, the curing agent is a polyurethane curing agent, and the composite adhesive can increase the connection strength of the composite material.
Preferably, the thickness of the PE film is 20-40UM, the thickness of the PET1 is 10-20UM, and the thickness of the aluminum foil layer is 15-25 UM.
Preferably, the woven fabric layer is composed of two groups of parallel yarns taking polypropylene, polypropylene and polyethylene flat filaments as raw materials, and the woven fabric layer is woven into a fabric shape by interweaving warp yarns and weft yarns, so that the ductility of the composite material can be improved.
Preferably, the degradable heat-preservation antibacterial composite material and the preparation method thereof comprise the following steps:
s1: drying the PET film and the aluminum foil layer by using a composite adhesive, and then drying the PET film and the aluminum foil layer by using a drying tunnel at a certain speed, wherein the composite adhesive is a first adhesive layer after drying;
s2: drying the aluminum foil layer and the PE film through a composite adhesive, then drying the aluminum foil layer and the PE film through a drying tunnel at a certain speed, wherein the dried composite adhesive is a first adhesive layer, and then putting the bonded material into a drying room for drying and forming for a certain time;
s3: pouring a degradable polymer mixed by the composite-breaking composition containing the discrete particles of the filler between the knitted fabric layer and the EPE film to form a second degradable polymer;
s4: pouring a degradable polymer mixed with the composite-breaking composition containing discrete particles of the filler between the EPE film and the weaved cloth layer to form a third degradable polymer;
s5: and spraying the degradable polymer mixed with the composite decomposing composition containing the discrete particles of the filler between the woven fabric layer and the kraft paper coating layer to form a fourth degradable polymer.
S6, pouring the degradable polymer mixed by the composite removing composition containing the discrete particles of the filler between the PE film and the knitted fabric layer to form a first degradable polymer;
s7, packaging and molding the dried and bonded PET film, aluminum foil layer, PE film, knitted fabric layer, EPE film, knitted fabric layer and kraft paper film coating layer.
Preferably, the speed of the PET film and the aluminum foil layer passing through the drying tunnel is 60-100m/min, the length of the drying tunnel is 3-5m, the temperature in the drying tunnel is three sections, namely 50 ℃, 60 ℃ and 70 ℃, the speed of the aluminum foil layer and the PE film passing through the drying tunnel is 60-100m/min, the time of putting the aluminum foil layer and the PE film into the drying room is 20-30 hours, and the temperature in the drying tunnel is divided into three sections, so that the PET film and the aluminum foil layer can be more fully bonded.
