一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本申请涉及纺织面料技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和色彩,还起到服装特性的关键性决定作用,服装的特性包括穿著舒适、吸汗透气、悬垂挺括、视觉高贵、触觉柔美等几个方面的特点。其中以消防服用的防护面料为例,则需满足消防服在高温或其他危险条件下对作业人员的保护效果。
相关技术中的防护面料外层为金属箔片,基布采用包芯纱线,芯纱为玻璃纤维长丝或化学纤维长丝,包覆纤维采用合成或棉等有机纤维,该生产方式获得的产品,隔热性能一般,且以单一因素隔热防护为主,不能同时满足在其他危险条件下消防人员的保护,在防护的深度和广度上都有存在较大的局限性。如消防人员在进行野外救援和森林救火时,还会因闷热出汗招来蚊虫的叮咬,而蚊虫是多种传染病的传播媒介,会给消防人员的作业带来安全隐患,不利于人体的健康。
发明内容
为了实现防护面料对蚊虫的防护性能,本申请提供一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料,采用如下的技术方案:
一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料,包括依次叠加的抗菌防护层、基布层和驱虫防蚊层;
所述抗菌防护层包括以下重量份数的组分,
苎麻纤维50-100份;
芳纶纤维100-250份;
聚胺酯100-250份;
抗菌组分40-80份;
所述基布层包括以下重量份数的组分,
尼龙66100-250份;
耐高温组分100-150份;
隔热组分30-50份;
所述驱虫防蚊层包括以下重量份数的组分,
竹炭纤维100-200份;
耐腐蚀组分60-100份;
阻燃组分50-100份;
防蚊驱虫整理剂15-30份;
所述防蚊驱虫整理剂由除虫菊酯和以下一种或多种组成:柠檬酸、氨基甲酸酯、香柑内酯、乙酸薄荷酯、大蒜辣素、丙烯酸酯、硬脂酰胺和乙醇。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于将抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料设置为多层结构,不同层结构的功能对应不同功能从而实现了多种效果,内层抗菌防护层中设置的亚麻纤维配合抗菌组分可有效吸收汗液并减少细菌滋生,基布层作为中间层以耐高温尼龙66为骨架,配合耐高温组分和隔热组分的使用满足了防护面料的耐火防护性,驱虫防蚊层作为最外层通过耐腐蚀组分、阻燃组分、防蚊驱虫整理剂的添加使得驱虫防护层的防护范围更广,效果更好,其中防蚊驱虫整理剂中的除虫菊酯与香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯等在柠檬酸的促进作用下更稳定的起到了防蚊驱虫效果。
优选的,所述防蚊驱虫整理剂包含以下重量份的组分:除虫菊酯2-3份、柠檬酸2-3份、氨基甲酸酯2-3份、香柑内酯1-2份、乙酸薄荷酯1-2份、大蒜辣素1-2份、丙烯酸酯1-2份、硬脂酰胺5-8份和乙醇25-50份。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用强杀虫作用的除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯配合大蒜辣素的强烈气味的更好的起到了驱虫效果,且在香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯的调节下,其气味更加清爽宜人的同时,两者均能对除虫菊酯起到协同增效的作用,且通过柠檬酸、硬脂酰胺和乙醇作为溶剂,提供了更稳定的分散环境,因此易被驱虫防蚊层吸收。
优选的,所述抗菌组分包含以下重量份的组分:苎麻提取物5-10份、陶瓷粉5-10份、抗菌除臭整理剂NM-5035-10份、碳酸氢铵硝酸银溶液15-20份。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用陶瓷粉作为基体后,可将陶瓷粉浸泡在碳酸氢铵硝酸银溶液、苎麻提取物以及抗菌除臭整理剂NM-503中,通过陶瓷粉末的良好吸附性和分散性,将抗菌组分更好的结合到苎麻纤维和芳纶纤维的表面,烘干固结后不易发生脱离,从而银离子和抗菌除臭整理剂NM-503可以更稳定高效的起到抗菌除臭效果,且苎麻提取物与苎麻纤维协同可以更好的起到抗菌防蚊效果。
优选的,所述耐高温组分包含以下重量份的组分:聚酯纤维50-80份、碳化硼20-30份,氧化硅30-40份。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用聚酯纤维作为基体后,将粉末状的碳化硼和氧化硅耦合固结到聚酯纤维内后,通过碳化硼本身耐高温的特性和氧化硅的部分热量反射效果,使得聚酯纤维的耐高温性大大增加,且基布层的机械强度也相应升高。
优选的,所述隔热组分包含以下重量份的组分:石棉纤维10-20份、石蜡油10-15份、聚硅氧烷10-15份。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用石棉纤维作为基体后,将聚硅氧烷粉末混合石蜡油搅拌均匀后涂布至石棉纤维上,从而石棉纤维隔热性能增强的同时,其表面细小微粒不易被吸入人体内,继而保障了安全性。
优选的,所述耐腐蚀组分包含以下重量份的组分:玄武岩纤维30-60份,聚四氯乙烯10-20份、氧化铜10-20份。
通过采用上述技术方案,选用玄武岩纤维混合聚四氯乙烯作为基体后,再将氧化铜粉末吸附至玄武岩纤维上以增加驱虫防蚊层的耐腐蚀性,当玄武岩纤维发生断裂时也不易导致耐腐蚀组分断开,聚四氯乙烯仍能将断裂的玄武岩纤维连接并起到良好的耐腐蚀效果。
优选的,所述阻燃组分包含以下重量份的组分:玻璃纤维30-60份;三氧化二锑5-10份、阻燃剂FOR GUARD-53015-30份。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过采用上述技术方案,选用具有不燃性的玻璃纤维作为基体,混合以适当比例三氧化二锑和阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530后,可通过玻璃纤维弯折后表面产生的细小缝隙和单丝玻璃纤维间的夹缝对三氧化二锑和阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530进行吸附,从而玻璃纤维可以起到更好的阻燃效果。
第二方面,本申请提供一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:
一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,将苎麻纤维与芳纶纤维按比例进行开松,梳棉、并纱后、将聚氨酯加入苎麻纤维和芳纶纤维中进行浆纱,浆纱后进行织布,成品织布浸泡在抗菌组分内进行多次轧吸后,烘干固着即可制得抗菌防护层;
S2,先按比例加入尼龙66、耐高温组分、隔热组分、进行加捻、整纱、并纱后、再按比例加入耐高温环氧胶进行浆纱、浆纱后进行织布,即可制得基布层;
S3,先将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分按比例混合,对其进行加捻、整纱、并纱后,再将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在防蚊驱虫整理剂中进行浆纱,经多次反复轧吸后,烘干固着进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层;
S4,将得到的抗菌防护层、基布层、防蚊驱虫层依次叠合后,先采用金属细丝将相邻两层布料缝制在一起,再向相邻两层布料间加入熔融耐高温环氧胶并烘干固着后,即可制得抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,按步骤依次将抗菌防护层、基布层、驱虫防蚊层生产完成后,即可对各分层结构进行缝制粘合,通过不同层结构对应不同功能,从而实现了抗菌防蚊虫面料的防蚊虫、抗菌、耐高温效果,且制备方法简易,原材料来源范围广,因此适用于规模化生产,得到的产品性能相对稳定统一。
优选的,所述S3中的具体具体操作步骤如下,将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱0.5-1.5h后,进行轧吸处理,在100-140℃的温度下进行烘干固着3-5min,反复上述操作3-5次后,再进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层。
通过采用上述技术方案,先将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱一段时间,使得防蚊驱虫整理剂可以被竹炭纤维和耐腐蚀组分等纤维成分充分接触吸附后,再对其进行烘干,将液体成分去除后,防蚊驱虫整理剂中的有效成分可以固结在防蚊驱虫层上,反复操作后,固结效果更好,从而防蚊驱虫层的防蚊驱虫效果更好。
优选的,所述S3中,浸泡浆纱时其pH设定为4.0-6.5。
通过采用上述技术方案,在对先将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分进行浸泡浆纱时,通过将pH设定为4.0-6.5,从而为防蚊驱虫整理剂提供了酸性条件,酸性条件下防蚊驱虫整理剂中的有效成分更为稳定,因此吸附到防蚊驱虫层上后其防虫驱蚊效果更持久。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1.由于本申请采用将抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料设置为多层结构,使得抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料同时具有抗菌、耐高温和防蚊驱虫的效果,其中通过内层抗菌防护层中设置的亚麻纤维配合抗菌组分可有效吸收汗液并减少细菌滋生,基布层作为中间层以耐高温尼龙66为骨架,配合耐高温组分和隔热组分的使用满足了防护面料的耐火防护性,驱虫防蚊层作为最外层通过耐腐蚀组分、阻燃组分、防蚊驱虫整理剂的添加使得驱虫防护层的防护范围更广,效果更好,其中防蚊驱虫整理剂中的除虫菊酯与香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯等在柠檬酸的促进作用下更稳定的起到了防蚊驱虫效果;
2、本申请选用强杀虫作用的除虫菊酯和氨基甲酸酯配合大蒜辣素的强烈气味的更好的起到了驱虫效果,且通过香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯的协同增效,其驱蚊效果更好的同时,气味相对清爽,且通过柠檬酸、硬脂酰胺和乙醇作为溶剂,提供了更稳定的酸性分散环境,因此易被驱虫防蚊层吸收;
3、本申请选用具有不燃性的玻璃纤维作为基体,混合以适当比例三氧化二锑和阻燃剂FORGUARD-530后,可通过玻璃纤维弯折后表面产生的细小缝隙和单丝玻璃纤维间的夹缝对三氧化二锑和阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530进行吸附,从而玻璃纤维可以起到更好的阻燃效果;
4.本申请通过对抗菌防护层、基布层、驱虫防蚊层进行分批生产再缝制粘合,简化了制备工艺,因此适用于规模化生产,得到的产品性能相对稳定统一,生产过程中不同层结构的操作工艺不易相互影响,且通过不同层结构对应不同功能,实现了抗菌防蚊虫面料的防蚊虫、抗菌、耐高温效果。

原料的制备例
制备例1
一种抗菌组分,其制备方法如下:
将如下比例的各组分混合加入至25kg乙醇内:除虫菊酯2kg、柠檬酸2kg、氨基甲酸酯2kg、香柑内酯1kg、乙酸薄荷酯1kg、大蒜辣素1kg、丙烯酸酯1kg,水浴100℃条件下加入5kg硬脂酰胺搅拌30min,搅拌成均匀溶液后即可制得抗菌组分。
制备例2
一种隔热组分,其制备方法如下:
选用10kg的石棉纤维作为基体并织布成板后,将10kg聚硅氧烷粉末混合石蜡油10kg在80℃条件下加热熔融,搅拌均匀后,浸泡涂布至石棉纤维上后,常温冷却固结即可实现隔热组分的制备。
制备例3
一种阻燃组分,其制备方法如下:
选用具有不燃性的30kg玻璃纤维作为基体,混合以5kg三氧化二锑和15kg阻燃剂FORGUARD-530加入90%乙醇溶液内,通过在乙醇溶液内弯折、开松玻璃纤维30min,使得玻璃纤维表面产生的细小缝隙和且单丝玻璃纤维间留有夹缝,从而三氧化二锑和阻燃剂FORGUARD-530可以吸附在玻璃纤维表面后,120℃条件下烘干固结5min,即可形成阻燃成分。
实施例
实施例1
一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料,各组分及其相应的重量如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将苎麻纤维与芳纶纤维按比例进行开松,梳棉、并纱后、将聚氨酯加入苎麻纤维和芳纶纤维中进行浆纱,浆纱后进行织布,成品织布浸泡在抗菌组分内进行多次轧吸后,烘干固着即可制得抗菌防护层;
S2,先按比例加入尼龙66、耐高温组分、隔热组分、进行加捻、整纱、并纱后、再按比例加入耐高温环氧胶进行浆纱、浆纱后进行织布,即可制得基布层;
S3,将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在pH设定为4.0防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱0.5h后,进行轧吸处理,在100℃的温度下进行烘干固着3min,反复上述操作3次后,再进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层;
S4,将得到的抗菌防护层、基布层、防蚊驱虫层依次叠合后,先采用金属细丝将相邻两层布料缝制在一起,再向相邻两层布料间加入熔融耐高温环氧胶并烘干固着后,即可制得抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料。
实施例2-6:一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的重量如表1所示。

实施例7,一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的制备方法,与实施例1的不同之处在于,S3中,将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在pH设定为5.2防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱1.0h后,进行轧吸处理,在120℃的温度下进行烘干固着4min,反复上述操作4次后,再进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层。
实施例8,一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的制备方法,与实施例1的不同之处在于,S3中,将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在pH设定为6.5防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱1.5h后,进行轧吸处理,在140℃的温度下进行烘干固着4min,反复上述操作5次后,再进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层。

一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的制备方法,与实施例1的不同之处在于,S3中,浸泡浆纱时防蚊驱虫整理剂的pH设定为8.0。
性能检测试验
将实施例1-8和对比例1-17中制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料分别制成(20mmX20mmX10mmm)的薄片试样,每个实施例或对比例均制得11片试样,其中1片为空白试样。将第一组试样放入金黄色葡萄球菌浓度相同的液体中浸泡3天,浸泡后冲洗烘干后,对所有试样进行抗菌测试,计算平均值。
抗菌测试的操作过程为:将试样放入盛有磷酸盐缓冲液的有塞三角瓶中,移入菌液后强烈震荡1h,取1mL的试验液,置于培养基上使细菌繁殖一定时间,检查菌落数并与空白试样比较,得到细菌减少率。测试结果记入下表2中。
将实施例1-8和对比例1-17中制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料分别制成(80mmX10mmX4mmm)的样条,每个实施例或对比例均制得11个样条。采用GB/T1634.2-2019标准对试样进行评价,具体测试结果记入下表2。
将实施例1-8和对比例1-17中制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料分别制成(125mmX13mmX1.6mmm)的样条,每个实施例或对比例均制得10个样条。采用UL94试验对阻燃性进行评价,在23℃和50%相对湿度的恒温室中放置48小时后对其进行由美国安全实验所规定的UL94燃烧试验,阻燃测试和评价结果为:阻燃级别从HB级至V-0级递增。具体测试结果记入下表2。
将实施例1-8和对比例1-17中制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料分别制成(125mmX13mmX13mmm)的样条,每个实施例或对比例均制得11个样条,其中1个为空白样条。常温条件下将样条分别浸泡在pH为3的酸液和pH为11的碱液中2h,浸泡结束后将样条取出晾干与空白样条比较表面情况。
将实施例1-8和对比例1-17中制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料分别制成(20mmX20mmX10mmm)的样片,每个实施例或对比例均制得10个样片。将样片与100只蚊子放置在(100mmX100mmX100mmm)的透明密闭空间内8h,8h小时后测得蚊虫倒伏率,并取平均值记入下表2内。

由表2中测试数据可以看出:采用实施例1-8中制备方法制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料均具有良好的耐高温、阻燃性、耐腐蚀性,其抗菌率均高于96.4%,蚊虫倒伏率均高于74%,其中实施例7为最优实施例,采用实施例7中制备方法制备的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料其抗菌率最高为98.2%,蚊虫倒伏率最高为88%。
结合实施例1和对比例1-3并结合表2可以看出,加入香柑内酯后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的蚊虫倒伏率提高了9%,加入乙酸薄荷酯后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的蚊虫倒伏率提高了6%,同时加入香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的蚊虫倒伏率提高了12%,由此可见香柑内酯和乙酸薄荷酯均可在不同程度上协同促进除虫菊酯的杀虫驱蚊效果。
结合实施例1和对比例4-6并结合表2可以看出,加入陶瓷粉后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的抗菌率提高了11.8%,加入苎麻提取物后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的抗菌率提高了14.1%,同时加入陶瓷粉和苎麻提取物后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的抗菌率提高了17.6%,由此可知选用陶瓷粉作为基体后,通过陶瓷粉末的良好吸附性和分散性,可将抗菌组分中的银离子和抗菌除臭整理剂NM-503更好的结合到苎麻纤维和芳纶纤维的表面,烘干固结后不易发生脱离,从而提高了抗菌率,且苎麻提取物与苎麻纤维协同可以更好的起到抗菌吸汗的效果。
结合实施例1和对比例7-9并结合表2可以看出,加入氧化硅后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的热变形温度提高了20℃,加入碳化硼后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的热变形温度提高了9℃,同时加入氧化硅和碳化硼后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的热变形温度提高了31℃,由此可知选用聚酯纤维作为基体,将粉末状的碳化硼和氧化硅耦合固结到聚酯纤维内后,通过碳化硼本身耐高温的特性和氧化硅的部分热量反射效果协同促进了抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料耐高温性。
结合实施例1和对比例10并结合表2可以看出,加入聚硅氧烷后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的热变形温度提高了14℃,由此可知聚硅氧烷的加入,配合石棉纤维和石蜡油的使用,具有良好的隔热耐高温效果。
结合实施例1和对比例11并结合表2可以看出,加入氧化铜后,浸泡在酸碱液内的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料无明显裂纹,由此可知氧化铜的加入,有效的阻隔了酸碱对抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的腐蚀。
结合实施例1和对比例12-14并结合表2可以看出,加入玻璃纤维后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的阻燃等级从V-1上升至V-2,加入阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的阻燃等级从V-1上升至V-2,同时加入玻璃纤维和阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530后,抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料的阻燃等级从V-0上升至V-2,由此可知选用具有不燃性的玻璃纤维作为基体,混合阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530,并使得阻燃剂FOR GUARD-530可以吸附在玻璃纤维表面,烘干固结后,其阻燃性大大提升。
结合实施例1和对比例15-16并结合表2可以看出,将浆纱时间减少至0.25h,进行轧吸处理,在80℃的温度下进行烘干固着2min,反复上述操作2次后制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料其抗菌率和蚊虫倒伏率均明显下降,由此可知抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料上有效成分附着过少继而影响使用效果;将浆纱时间增加至2h,进行轧吸处理,在160℃的温度下进行烘干固着8min,反复上述操作8次后制得的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料其抗菌率和蚊虫倒伏率等无明显变化,由此可知实施例1中的制备方法较为高效。
结合实施例1和对比例17并结合表2可以看出,当防蚊驱虫整理剂的pH设定为8.0,处于碱性条件下时,其蚊虫倒伏率下降至66%,由此可知酸性条件下,防蚊驱虫整理剂的驱虫效果更好更稳定。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料,其特征在于,包括依次叠加的抗菌防护层、基布层和驱虫防蚊层;
所述抗菌防护层包括以下重量份数的组分,
苎麻纤维50-100份;
芳纶纤维100-250份;
聚胺酯100-250份;
抗菌组分40-80份;
所述基布层包括以下重量份数的组分,
尼龙66 100-250份;
耐高温组分100-150份;
隔热组分30-50份;
所述驱虫防蚊层包括以下重量份数的组分,
竹炭纤维100-200份;
耐腐蚀组分60-100份;
阻燃组分50-100份;
防蚊驱虫整理剂15-30份;
所述防蚊驱虫整理剂由除虫菊酯和以下一种或多种组成:柠檬酸、氨基甲酸酯、香柑内酯、乙酸薄荷酯、大蒜辣素、丙烯酸酯、硬脂酰胺和乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述防蚊驱虫整理剂包含以下重量份的组分:除虫菊酯2-3份、柠檬酸2-3份、氨基甲酸酯2-3份、香柑内酯1-2份、乙酸薄荷酯1-2份、大蒜辣素1-2份、丙烯酸酯1-2份、硬脂酰胺5-8份和乙醇25-50份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌组分包含以下重量份的组分:苎麻提取物5-10份、陶瓷粉5-10份、抗菌除臭整理剂NM-503 5-10份、碳酸氢铵硝酸银溶液15-20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述耐高温组分包含以下重量份的组分:聚酯纤维50-80份、碳化硼20-30份,氧化硅30-40份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述隔热组分包含以下重量份的组分:石棉纤维10-20份、石蜡油10-15份、聚硅氧烷10-15份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述耐腐蚀组分包含以下重量份的组分:玄武岩纤维30-60份,聚四氯乙烯10-20份、氧化铜10-20份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述阻燃组分包含以下重量份的组分:玻璃纤维30-60份;三氧化二锑5-10份、阻燃剂 FOR GUARD-53015-30份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将苎麻纤维与芳纶纤维按比例进行开松,梳棉、并纱后、将聚氨酯加入苎麻纤维和芳纶纤维中进行浆纱,浆纱后进行织布,成品织布浸泡在抗菌组分内进行多次轧吸后,烘干固着即可制得抗菌防护层;
S2,先按比例加入尼龙66、耐高温组分、隔热组分、进行加捻、整纱、并纱后、再按比例加入耐高温环氧胶进行浆纱、浆纱后进行织布,即可制得基布层;
S3,先将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分按比例混合,对其进行加捻、整纱、并纱后,再将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在防蚊驱虫整理剂中进行浆纱,经多次反复轧吸后,烘干固着进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层;
S4,将得到的抗菌防护层、基布层、防蚊驱虫层依次叠合后,先采用金属细丝将相邻两层布料缝制在一起,再向相邻两层布料间加入熔融耐高温环氧胶并烘干固着后,即可制得抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中的具体具体操作步骤如下,将竹炭纤维、耐腐蚀组分和阻燃组分浸泡在防蚊驱虫整理剂中浆纱0.5-1.5h后,进行轧吸处理,在100-140℃的温度下进行烘干固着3-5min,反复上述操作3-5次后,再进行织布,即可制得防蚊驱虫层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的抗菌防蚊虫芳纶面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中,浸泡浆纱时其pH设定为4.0-6.5。
