The disinfection supply center is a department which undertakes all the repeated use of medical instruments, instruments and articles in each department for cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and providing sterile article supply. In the process of cleaning instruments, various different types of cleaning tools are used, and the cleaning tools used every day must be cleaned and sterilized for standby, so that the following problems exist: cleaning equipment staff manually clean various cleaning tools after finishing every day off duty; after cleaning, the materials are soaked and disinfected by acidified water or 500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant for 30 minutes and then naturally dried for standby application, and the whole process is time-consuming and labor-consuming.

step 6, after the washing time reaches a set time T2, the processor controls the water pump to be closed, and then the drainage control valve is opened to completely drain the disinfectant in the washing water tank;
step 7, the processor opens the flow control valve and closes the liquid discharge control valve, and dry gas of the hot gas source passes through the flow control valve and the electromagnetic valve and is sprayed out of the cleaning spray head; and the processor synchronously controls the rotation of the tray.
Further, in the step 2, the processor synchronously controls the tray to rotate;
in the step 3 and the step 6, the processor synchronously controls the tray to stop rotating along with the opening of the liquid discharge control valve;
wherein, in the step 2 and the step 5, the rotating speed of the tray is 10-90 rpm;
in the step 7, the rotating speed of the tray is 10-60 rpm.

A solenoid valve 5 is arranged on a pipeline between the water pump 61 and the cleaning spray head 2; a first check valve 62 and an overflow valve 63 are sequentially arranged between the water pump 61 and the electromagnetic valve 5; a flow sensor 4, a temperature sensor 3 and a pressure monitor 21 are arranged between the electromagnetic valve 5 and the cleaning spray head 2; the signal input end of the processor is connected with the flow sensor 4, the temperature sensor 3 and the pressure monitor 21.
The electromagnetic valve 5 is a two-inlet one-outlet electromagnetic valve, one inlet of the electromagnetic valve 5 is communicated with the water pump 61, and the other inlet is communicated with a hot air source; a filter 63, a second one-way valve 64 and a flow control valve 65 are sequentially arranged on the gas path between the gas source and the electromagnetic valve 5; the processor signal output is connected to the flow control valve 65.
An automatic cleaning and disinfecting method for a medical cleaning tool comprises the following steps:
step 1, fixing an appliance to be cleaned on a hanger 12, and placing the hanger 12 on a tray 11;
step 2, the processor controls the water pump 61 to start, the water pump 61 pumps the sterilized water from the sterilized water tank 6, and the sterilized water passes through the overflow valve 63 and the electromagnetic valve 5 and is sprayed out of the cleaning nozzle 2;
step 3, when the liquid level sensor detects that the liquid level in the cleaning water tank 1 reaches a set water level H1, the processor controls the water pump 61 to be closed, and the appliance to be cleaned is entirely submerged in the disinfection water for soaking;
step 4, after the soaking time reaches the set time T1, the processor controls the drainage control valve 13 to be opened, and at the moment, the sterilized water in the cleaning water tank 1 is drained from the drainage control valve 13;
step 5, when the liquid level in the cleaning water tank 1 is detected to reach a set water level H2 through the liquid level sensor, the processor controls the liquid discharge control valve 13 to be closed, and simultaneously controls the tray 11 to rotate and the water pump 61 to be started for flushing;
step 6, after the washing time reaches the set time T2, the processor controls the water pump 61 to be closed, and then the drainage control valve 13 is opened to completely discharge the disinfectant in the washing water tank 1;
step 7, the processor opens the flow control valve 65 and closes the liquid discharge control valve 13, and at this time, the dry gas of the hot gas source passes through the flow control valve 65 and the electromagnetic valve 5 and is sprayed out from the cleaning nozzle 2, and the cleaning nozzle 2 sprays the dry gas on the disinfection instrument, so that the purpose of realizing the rapid drying of the disinfection instrument is achieved; and the processor synchronously controls the rotation of the tray 11.
When the cleaning spray head 2 sprays the disinfectant, the tray 11 is driven to rotate, so that the disinfectant sprayed by the cleaning spray head 2 can be uniformly washed on the disinfected appliances, and the appliances placed on the hanger 12 can be sufficiently cleaned.
In step 2, the processor synchronously controls the tray 11 to rotate; in steps 3 and 6, the processor synchronously controls the tray 11 to stop rotating along with the opening of the liquid discharge control valve 13; in step 2 and step 5, the rotation speed of the tray is 60 rpm; in step 7, the rotation speed of the tray is 20 rpm.
