2. in the process of heating hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12, water in the hydrogen peroxide gradually starts to become steam, the steam enters the steam pipe 106 through the one-way solenoid valve 107, then the steam enters the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103, the driving motor 101 is controlled to drive the rotating shaft 104 and the first stirring paddle 105 to slowly stir the hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102, heat in the steam is gradually absorbed by the hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102 in the process, water drops generated after the steam is condensed flow along the spiral path of the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103 and are finally discharged from the discharge port of the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103, then the outlet on one side of the second group of three-way solenoid valves 11 is opened, the primarily distilled and concentrated hydrogen peroxide flows to the corresponding connecting valve 4 through the connected discharge pipe 17, and the primarily concentrated hydrogen peroxide can be collected and stored by opening the connecting valve 4;
3. if multistage simultaneous distillation concentration is to be carried out on hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12 can be discharged into the second group of distillation bins 12, preheated hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102 is discharged into the first group of distillation bins 12, the operation in the first step is repeated, multistage simultaneous distillation concentration of hydrogen peroxide is realized, and finally, hydrogen peroxide with different concentration degrees can be discharged from the corresponding connecting valve 4 by opening the corresponding three-way electromagnetic valve 11.
The working principle is as follows: before the device is used, when hydrogen peroxide is distilled and concentrated, firstly, a control panel 5 controls a water pump 16 to convey hydrogen peroxide in a hydrogen peroxide box body to the interior of a preheating bin 102 through a conveying pipe 2, then a first group of three-way electromagnetic valves 11 below the preheating bin 102 are controlled to be opened, hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102 is conveyed to the interior of a first group of distillation bins 12 through an installation pipe 9, then an arc-shaped electric heating plate 10 in the first group of distillation bins 12 is controlled to heat the hydrogen peroxide, in the process, a driving assembly 18 is controlled to drive a protection bin 7 to rotate, a ring-shaped rack 20 is used for driving pinions 15 to rotate, the four groups of pinions 15 drive a large gear 19 to rotate, so as to drive the installation pipe 9 to rotate, at the moment, an auxiliary stirring assembly 8 at the bottom outside the installation pipe 9 stirs the hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12, and the hydrogen peroxide at the bottom in the first group of distillation bins 12 can flow upwards due to the rotation of a fan blade 803, and the stirring effect of the auxiliary stirring assembly 8 can be greatly improved, so that the hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12 can be heated more uniformly; in the process of heating hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12, water in the hydrogen peroxide gradually starts to become steam, the steam enters the steam pipe 106 through the one-way solenoid valve 107, then the steam enters the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103, at the moment, the driving motor 101 is controlled to drive the rotating shaft 104 and the first stirring paddle 105 to slowly stir the hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102, heat in the steam is gradually absorbed by the hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102 in the process, water drops generated after the steam is condensed flow along the spiral path of the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103 and are finally discharged from the discharge port of the spiral heat-conducting pipe 103, then the primarily distilled and concentrated hydrogen peroxide flows to the corresponding connecting valve 4 through the connected discharge pipe 17 by opening the outlet on one side of the second group of three-way solenoid valves 11, and the primarily concentrated hydrogen peroxide can be collected and stored by opening the group of connecting valves 4; if multistage simultaneous distillation concentration is to be carried out on hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen peroxide in the first group of distillation bins 12 can be discharged into the second group of distillation bins 12, preheated hydrogen peroxide in the preheating bin 102 is discharged into the first group of distillation bins 12, the operation is repeated, multistage simultaneous distillation concentration of hydrogen peroxide is realized, and finally, hydrogen peroxide with different concentration degrees can be discharged from the corresponding connecting valve 4 by opening the corresponding three-way electromagnetic valve 11.
