The sundries box 21 is inserted into the vehicle body 1 through the insertion hole 14, at the moment, the sundries box 21 is communicated with the inside of the dust absorption pipe 23, and the sundries box 21 is communicated with the inside of the supporting shell 12; the first motor 24 drives the fan 26 to rotate, and simultaneously, negative pressure is generated in the sundries box 21, and further negative pressure is generated at the opening of the dust collection box 22 through the dust collection pipe 23; during the moving process of the vehicle body 1, the dust on the ground passing by the dust collection box 22 sequentially passes by the dust collection box 22 and the dust collection pipe 23 to enter the sundries box 21, due to the arrangement of the filter screen 27, the dust and impurities cannot further enter the inside of the support shell 12 through the vent 13, only the filtered air is discharged into the atmosphere again through the support shell 12, and the blocked dust and impurities are collected in the sundries box 21; when the sundries box 21 contains more dust and impurities, the sundries box 21 is drawn out and the sundries door 211 is opened to dump the dust and impurities in the sundries box 21.
Referring to fig. 2, the sterilizing water spraying apparatus 3 includes a sterilizing water mixing assembly 31 and a sterilizing spraying assembly 32, the sterilizing water mixing assembly 31 is used for mixing water with a certain volume ratio and a sterilizing stock solution, in this embodiment, the sterilizing stock solution is 84 sterilizing stock solution, the sterilizing spraying assembly 32 is used for spraying the uniformly mixed sterilizing water on the ground, and the sterilizing water sterilizes and sterilizes the ground.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, further, the sterilizing water mixing assembly 31 includes a raw liquid tank 311 for containing a sterilizing raw liquid and a water tank 313 for containing water; the raw liquid barrel 311 and the water barrel 313 are distributed along the width direction of the vehicle body 1, and the opening of the raw liquid barrel 311 and the opening of the water barrel 313 are both opened upwards; the bottoms of the raw liquid barrel 311 and the water barrel 313 are both communicated with a connecting pipe 312, the connecting pipes 312 extend towards the interior of the vehicle body 1, the lower ends of the two connecting pipes 312 are commonly communicated with a mixing barrel 318 fixed in the interior of the vehicle body 1, and the two connecting pipes 312 are provided with a switch valve 315, wherein in the embodiment, the switch valve 315 adopts a butterfly check valve; in addition, the raw liquid barrel 311 and the water barrel 313 are both provided with scale marks 314; when the disinfection stock solution and the water are required to be mixed according to the determined volume ratio, the switch valve 315 is closed, the disinfection stock solution is added into the stock solution barrel 311, the water is added into the water barrel 313, and the volume of the disinfection stock solution and the water reaches the determined volume ratio by contrasting the position relationship between the liquid level and the scale mark 314; at this time, the switching valve 315 is opened to allow the sterilizing stock solution and the water to be mixed by being introduced into the mixing tub 318 through the connection pipe 312. Referring to fig. 5 again, in order to make the disinfection original solution and water mix more uniformly in the mixing tub 318, a plurality of stirring blades 316 are arranged inside the mixing tub 318, a second motor 317 is fixed outside the mixing tub 318, the stirring blades 316 are fixedly connected with an output shaft of the second motor 317, after the disinfection original solution and water enter the mixing tub 318, the second motor 317 is started to make the plurality of stirring blades 316 rotate around the output shaft of the second motor 317, and further the disinfection original solution and water in the mixing tub 318 can be quickly and uniformly mixed into disinfection water.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the sterilizing spray assembly 32 includes a first water pump 322 communicating with the interior of the mixing tub 318, a water outlet end of the first water pump 322 communicating with a liquid supply pipe 321, the liquid supply pipe 321 extending to the exterior of the vehicle body 1 and extending along the width direction of the vehicle body 1 at the exterior of the vehicle body 1; a plurality of first nozzles 323 are communicated with the circumferential surface of the liquid supply pipe 321, and the first nozzles 323 are arranged facing the ground; the first water pump 322 sprays the sterilizing water inside the mixing tub 318 to the floor through the liquid supply pipe 321 and the first nozzle 323, stays on the floor for a certain period of time, and disinfects the floor.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, a liquid level sensor 71 is disposed inside the mixing tub 318, and a controller is coupled to the liquid level sensor 71 and a warning lamp 72 disposed outside the vehicle body 1; liquid level sensor 71 carries out real-time detection to the liquid level of the inside sterile water of blending tank 318 to carry liquid level height signal to the controller, when the inside sterile water of blending tank 318 is about to use up, the controller carries operating signal to warning light 72, and warning light 72 lights, and people can know the in service behavior of sterile water in blending tank 318 through warning light 72, and then know when needs to add the sterile water to blending tank 318 inside more conveniently.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the bottom of the vehicle body 1 is provided with a sponge block capable of uniformly spreading disinfectant on the ground, and it is further explained that the first wiping component 4 comprises a first sponge block 41 and a first mounting box 42, the opening of the first mounting box 42 is downward, and the first mounting box 42 is detachably connected with the vehicle body 1 through bolts; the first mounting box 42 extends along the width direction of the vehicle body 1, the first sponge block 41 is matched with the first mounting box 42 and fixed on the first mounting box 42, and the lower surface of the first sponge block 41 is attached to the ground; the first sponge block 41 can uniformly spread the sterilizing water sprayed from the first nozzle 323 on the ground and absorb part of the redundant sterilizing water along with the movement of the vehicle body 1; when the first sponge block 41 is saturated with water, the first mounting box 42 is detached from the vehicle body 1 and the first sponge block 41 is replaced.
Referring to fig. 2, the water cleaning device 5 comprises a water spray assembly 51 and a second wiping assembly 52, the water spray assembly 51 being capable of spraying water onto the floor surface to effect cleaning of the floor surface, the second wiping assembly 52 being adapted to adsorb moisture on the floor surface to dry the floor surface as quickly as possible.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, further, the water spray assembly 51 includes a water tank 511 fixed to the vehicle body 1 and containing water therein, the water tank 511 having an upper end opened and extending to the outside of the vehicle body 1, and a lower end of the water tank 511 fixed to the inside of the vehicle body 1; the water tank 511 is provided with a second water pump 512 communicated with the inside of the water tank 511, a water outlet end of the second water pump 512 is communicated with a water supply pipe 513, and the water supply pipe 513 extends towards the outside of the vehicle body 1 and extends along the width direction of the vehicle body 1 at the outside of the vehicle body 1; a plurality of second nozzles 514 are communicated with the circumferential surface of the water supply pipe 513, and the second nozzles 514 are arranged facing the ground; after the sterilized water stays on the ground for a certain period of time, the second water pump 512 is started, and the second water pump 512 sprays the water in the water tank 511 onto the ground through the water supply pipe 513 and the second nozzle 514, so as to clean the ground and dilute and remove the redundant sterilized water.
The bottom of the vehicle body 1 is provided with another sponge block capable of absorbing moisture on the ground, and it is further explained that the second wiping component 52 comprises a second sponge block 521 and a second mounting box 522, the opening of the second mounting box 522 faces downwards, and the second mounting box 522 is detachably connected with the vehicle body 1 through bolts; the second mounting box 522 extends along the width direction of the vehicle body 1, the second sponge block 521 is matched with the second mounting box 522 and is fixed on the second mounting box 522, and the lower surface of the second sponge block 521 is attached to the ground; the second sponge block 521 can absorb the moisture sprayed from the second nozzle 514 and absorb the surplus sterilizing water which is further diluted, as the vehicle body 1 moves; when the moisture adsorbed by the second sponge block 521 is saturated, the second mounting box 522 is detached from the vehicle body 1 and the second sponge block 521 is replaced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the drying assembly 6 includes a vent pipe 62 disposed inside the vehicle body 1 and a fan 61 fixed inside the vent pipe 62, one end of the vent pipe 62 away from the fan 61 is communicated with a drying box 64 extending along the width direction of the vehicle body 1, and an opening of the drying box 64 is opened towards the ground; the air inlet end of the fan 61 is communicated with the atmosphere through a vent pipe 62, one side of the air outlet end of the fan 61 is provided with a resistance wire 63 fixed inside the vent pipe 62, and the resistance wire 63 is connected with a power supply; the electrified resistance wire 63 generates heat, and the fan 61 blows the heat generated by the resistance wire 63 to the ground containing moisture, so that the moisture on the ground can be evaporated more quickly.
The present application also provides a method of disinfection comprising the steps of:
s1, adding the disinfection stock solution into the stock solution barrel 311, adding water into the water barrel 313, and proportioning the disinfection stock solution and the water according to the proportion; the switch valve 315 is opened, the first motor 24 drives the stirring blade 316 to rotate, and the stirring blade 316 uniformly mixes the disinfection stock solution in the mixing barrel 318 with water to form disinfection water; adding water to the water tank 511;
s2, the handle 11 pushes the vehicle body 1 to travel on the ground, the first water pump 322 is turned on, and the second water pump 512 is turned off.
S3, the dust collector 2 removes sundries and dust on the floor. The first motor 24 drives the fan 26 to rotate around the axis of the output shaft of the first motor 24, negative pressure is generated inside the sundries box 21, the dust suction pipe 23 and the dust suction box 22, dust and impurities on the ground enter the sundries box 21 through the dust suction box 22 and the dust suction pipe 23, air entering the sundries box 21 is exhausted to the atmosphere from the inside of the supporting shell 12 through the filter screen 27, the dust and impurities are accumulated inside the sundries box 21, and therefore cleaning and collection of the dust and impurities on the ground are achieved.
S4, the first water pump 322 sprays the sterilized water in the mixing tub 318 to the ground through the liquid supply pipe 321 and the first nozzle 323, and the sterilized water stays on the ground for a moment and disinfects the ground.
S5, the first sponge block 41 evenly spreads the disinfectant on the ground and absorbs part of the disinfectant.
After the sterilized water is left on the ground for a certain time, the process proceeds to step S6.
S6, after the ground is disinfected by the disinfectant liquid for a period of time, the second water pump 512 is started to drive the vehicle body 1 to move along the previous route, and the water in the water tank 511 is sprayed onto the ground by the second water pump 512 through the water supply pipe 513 and the second nozzle 514, so that the ground is cleaned, and redundant disinfectant liquid is diluted and removed;
s7, the second sponge block 521 absorbs the moisture sprayed from the second nozzle 514 and absorbs the surplus sterilizing water which is further diluted.
S8, drying residual moisture on the ground by the drying component 6: the fan 61 blows the heat generated by the resistance wire 63 to the ground containing moisture, and the moisture on the ground can be evaporated more quickly.
In steps S1 to S5, when the warning lamp 72 is turned on, the movement of the vehicle body 1 is stopped and the steps S1 are repeated; this enables fresh sterile water to be dispensed in time and added to the interior of the mixing tub 318, thereby reducing the possibility that other devices will not work after the sterile water is used up and will not perform the ground disinfection function.

Claims (10)

1. A disinfection apparatus, comprising:
the dust collection device (2) is used for adsorbing and removing dust and impurities on the ground;
a sterilizing water spraying apparatus (3) including a sterilizing water mixing assembly (31) for mixing a sterilizing stock solution and water and a sterilizing spraying assembly (32) for spraying sterilizing water onto the ground;
a first wiping unit (4) for uniformly applying the disinfectant on the floor and adsorbing a part of the disinfectant;
a water cleaning device (5) comprising a water spraying assembly (51) for spraying water onto the floor surface and a second wiping assembly (52) for adsorbing and removing water from the floor surface;
a drying component (6) for drying residual moisture on the ground;
the vehicle body (1) freely moving on the ground, the dust collection device (2), the disinfectant spraying device (3), the first wiping component (4), the water spraying component (51), the second wiping component (52) and the drying component (6) are sequentially arranged on the vehicle body (1) along the horizontal direction.
2. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the dust collection device (2) comprises a sundries box (21) arranged in the vehicle body (1), and the sundries box (21) is detachably connected with the vehicle body (1); the bottom of the vehicle body (1) is provided with a dust collection box (22), and the opening of the dust collection box (22) faces the ground; the dust suction box (22) is connected with a dust suction pipe (23), and the dust suction pipe (23) is communicated with the interior of the sundries box (21) and is detachably connected with the sundries box (21); the vehicle body (1) is provided with a fan (26) for generating negative pressure inside the sundries box (21) and a first motor (24) for driving the fan (26) to rotate, and the vehicle body (1) is also provided with a filter screen (27) for preventing dust from escaping from the sundries box (21) through the fan (26).
3. A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the sterilizing water mixing component (31) comprises a stock solution barrel (311) for containing sterilizing stock solution, a water barrel (313) for containing water and a mixing barrel (318) arranged in the vehicle body (1), wherein the stock solution barrel (311) and the water barrel (313) are respectively provided with a scale mark (314); the stock solution barrel (311) and the water barrel (313) are both communicated with the interior of the mixing barrel (318); switch valves (315) are arranged between the stock solution barrel (311) and the mixing barrel (318) and between the water barrel (313) and the mixing barrel (318); a stirring blade (316) is arranged in the mixing barrel (318), and a second motor (317) for driving the stirring blade (316) to rotate in a fixed shaft mode is arranged outside the mixing barrel (318); the mixing barrel (318) is communicated with a first water pump (322), the output end of the first water pump (322) is communicated with a liquid supply pipe (321), and the liquid supply pipe (321) is provided with a plurality of first nozzles (323) used for spraying disinfectant towards the ground.

A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the first wiping component (4) and the second wiping component (52) comprise sponge blocks arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body (1), and the sponge blocks are attached to the ground and detachably connected with the vehicle body (1).

A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the water spraying assembly (51) comprises a water tank (511) which is arranged inside the vehicle body (1) and contains water, a second water pump (512) is arranged on the water tank (511), the second water pump (512) is communicated with the inside of the water tank (511) and is connected with a water supply pipe (513), and a plurality of second nozzles (514) used for spraying water towards the ground are arranged on the water supply pipe (513).

A disinfection apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that: a liquid level sensor (71) is arranged inside the mixing barrel (318), the liquid level sensor (71) is coupled with a controller, and the controller is coupled with a warning lamp (72) arranged outside the vehicle body (1); the liquid level sensor (71) is used for detecting the liquid level height of the sterile water in the mixing barrel (318) and transmitting a liquid level height signal to the controller, the controller receives the liquid level height signal, when the liquid level height is equal to or less than a liquid level height threshold value, the controller transmits a working signal to the warning lamp (72), and the warning lamp (72) is turned on.

s4, spraying the sterilizing water to the ground by the sterilizing spraying component (32);

s6, after the ground is disinfected by the disinfectant fluid for a period of time, the vehicle body (1) is driven to move along the previous route, and the water cleaning device (5) sprays water to the ground;
