the second torsion spring (17) is arranged at the joint of the stop block (16) and the mounting block (13), the stop block (16) is symmetrically arranged about the horizontal central axis of the mounting block (13), the stop block (16) at the front side of the mounting block (13) is in clamping connection with the front end of the second torsion spring (17), the stop block (16) at the rear side of the mounting block (13) is in clamping connection with the rear end of the second torsion spring (17), the middle part of the second torsion spring (17) is clamped on the side wall of the mounting block (13), and an inclined surface is arranged at one side, close to the reset groove (15), of the stop block (16);
the first frame body (3), second frame body (4) are installed to the upside of first frame body (3).
