After the user selects three images, the violation information corresponding to the violation behaviors is also required to be obtained, and the violation information at least comprises violation area information, violation occurrence time, violation types and license plate numbers.
And the merging uploading module 330 is used for uploading the three images to the violation processing server after modifying the file names of the three images based on the violation summaries.
The file names of the three images are modified based on the violation summaries, and the modified file names can be, for example, "press solid line-X year, X month, X time, X score-X city, X district, X street, license plate number-1". The violation type information is added into the file name, so that the violation processing server can classify and process the same type of violation behaviors conveniently, the license plate number is the 'identity card' of one vehicle, the license plate number is added into the file name, so that a law enforcement department can verify the vehicle and a vehicle owner conveniently, the three violation images are packaged and uploaded to the processing server, other people are reported to violate the traffic regulations in a concise and clear mode, and the law enforcement department is waited to check the violation behaviors.
As shown in fig. 4, a violation event reporting system includes a mobile monitoring terminal 10, a server 20, a mobile terminal 30, a violation processing server 40, a violation processing platform 50, and a "six-in-one" traffic management integrated application system 60. When the vehicle runs, the mobile monitoring terminal 10 is in continuous monitoring shooting, when a user finds out a violation behavior, the mobile monitoring terminal 10 is triggered by a key or voice to mark a monitoring video, and after a preset violation video is obtained, the monitoring video is uploaded to the server 20 for backup storage; the server 20 extracts 15 violation images in a preset violation video according to frames to form a group of violation images and sends the violation images to the mobile terminal 30 of the user connected with the violation images; after the user stops driving, 3 violation images can be selected from the 15 violation images through the mobile terminal 30, the violation information of the corresponding violation event is determined according to the preset rule, the image file name is automatically modified based on the violation abstract generated by the violation information, and the user packages and uploads the three violation images to the violation processing server 40; the method comprises the following steps of performing rule verification by taking staff and branch management traffic polices of a violation processing platform 50 as a plurality of verification nodes, generating a four-in-one image after the verification is passed, uploading the four-in-one image to a six-in-one traffic management comprehensive application system 60, checking by law enforcement staff, and performing verification judgment according to preset rules; if the audit is not passed, returning the audit non-passing information to the APP of the user mobile terminal for notification, and returning the reason for the audit non-passing, if the audit is passed, performing data backup on the four-in-one image and the corresponding violation information, and sending a reward to the user terminal.
The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention is that at least one group of violation images shot by a mobile monitoring terminal is received, a user manually selects three images in the group of violation images, a violation summary is generated according to the violation information of the corresponding violation event, the file name is modified, and the file containing the three violation images and the violation information is uploaded to a violation server; the problems that the monitoring range is not wide due to the fact that a fixed camera is used for monitoring videos and a traffic police patrol mode is used for carrying out illegal detection on the driving behaviors of a driver, the illegal video data are large and complicated to process, and the traffic police patrol labor cost is high are solved; the method and the device have the advantages that the universality of a crowd supervision mode is realized, the monitoring image of the mobile device is obtained for carrying out violation reporting, the self-awareness of drivers of all people is improved, the violation behaviors are reduced, and the efficiency of punishing the violation behaviors is improved.
The violation event reporting system provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the violation event reporting method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.

Claims (10)

1. A violation event reporting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving at least one group of violation images sent by a server, wherein the group of violation images correspond to the same violation event;
selecting three images in the group of violation images on a preset program interface, and generating violation summaries based on violation information of violation events corresponding to the three images;
and modifying the file names of the three images based on the violation summaries, and uploading the three images to a violation processing server.
2. The violation event reporting method of claim 1 wherein said set of violation images are extracted from the preset violation video at the same time interval; the preset violation video is intercepted from the vehicle-mounted monitoring or vehicle-mounted video according to a preset trigger event, and the preset violation video comprises a first video generated before the trigger event and a second video generated after the trigger event.
3. The violation event reporting method of claim 2 wherein said predetermined trigger event comprises pressing a snapshot key or providing a voice snapshot command.
4. The violation event reporting method of claim 1 wherein said violation information comprises at least violation site information, violation occurrence time, violation type and license plate number.
5. The violation event reporting method of claim 1 wherein said selecting three images of said set of violation images comprises:
confirming the clearest one of the three images according to the selection of a user;
automatically identifying the license plate number in the clearest image;
and displaying the license plate number on the preset program interface in a text-editable manner.
6. The violation event reporting method of claim 1 wherein said selecting three images of said set of violation images comprises:
displaying a violation type menu, wherein the violation type menu comprises a plurality of violation type options;
and determining the violation types corresponding to the three images according to the selection of the user.
7. The violation event reporting method of claim 5 wherein said selecting three images of said set of violation images comprises:
acquiring geographical position information of the three images during shooting;
and converting the geographical position information into violation district information based on a preset conversion rule or preset navigation map software.
8. The violation event reporting method of claim 1 wherein modifying the file name of the three images based on the violation summary comprises:
the three images are sequentially sent to a plurality of auditing nodes for rule verification;
if the three images are approved, generating a four-in-one image by using one amplified image in the three images, and uploading the four-in-one image to a violation processing server;
and if the audit fails, notifying the user terminal that the verification fails.
9. The violation event reporting method of claim 8 wherein after uploading said four-in-one image to a violation processing server, further comprising:
the violation processing server carries out rule verification on the four-in-one image;
if the verification is passed, performing data backup on the four-in-one image and the corresponding violation information, and sending a reward to the user terminal;
and if the verification is not passed, notifying the user terminal that the verification fails, and revoking the operation data of the plurality of verification nodes.
10. A violation event reporting system, comprising:
the violation image receiving module is used for receiving a plurality of violation images sent by the server, and the violation images correspond to the same violation event;
the selection determination module is used for selecting three images in the multiple violation images on a preset program interface and generating violation summaries based on violation information of violation events corresponding to the three images;
and the merging uploading module is used for uploading the three images to the violation processing server after modifying the file names of the three images based on the violation summaries.
