When the target policy is a plurality of target policies, the target policies can be sorted according to the insurance amount of the target policies, so that the target policies are displayed according to the sequence of the insurance amount from high to low; the target insurance policies are sequentially displayed according to the insurance amount, so that a user can clearly know the claim settlement condition of each target insurance policy, and a foundation is provided for determining which insurance policy is subjected to priority claim settlement according to the insurance amount when the claim settlement is subsequently applied. Alternatively, each of the target policies may be sorted according to its type to be presented in a presentation order corresponding to the policy type. That is, the presentation priority of each policy type may be predetermined so that each target policy may be subsequently presented according to the presentation priority. Or, the target insurance policies can be sorted according to the claim settlement period of the target insurance policies, and the target insurance policies are displayed according to the order of the shorter to longer claim settlement period; the target insurance policies are displayed according to the length of the claim settlement period, so that a user can clearly know the claim settlement period of the target insurance policies, and when a subsequent user applies for claim settlement, the user can preferentially apply for claim settlement on the insurance policies with short claim settlement period, thereby providing convenience for the user.
In the specific implementation process, the screening process of the target policy may also be as shown in fig. 3, including: first, a description accident situation of the user is obtained. And then judging whether the insured person selected by the user can be used as the insured person, namely, matching according to the identity information of the insured person, determining whether an insurable policy matched with the identity exists, and if not, marking the unable application and the reason. If yes, continuing to judge whether the insurance time is within the valid period of the insurance policy, and if not, marking the reason why the claim cannot be applied and the reason why the claim cannot be applied. If the period of validity of the insurance policy is reached, a first insurance policy is acquired, then an entry type is generated according to the accident condition (insurance information, the type of the claim, the type of the doctor, and the like) acquired before, and then the target responsibility of the claim is determined according to the entry type. Then, the previously obtained responsibility of claim settlement in the first policy is extracted, and a plurality of responsibility of claim settlement are obtained. And finally, matching each first claim settlement responsibility with the target claim settlement responsibility, determining whether the first claim settlement responsibility matched with the target claim settlement responsibility exists, if so, displaying a policy corresponding to the first claim settlement responsibility, and if not, marking that the claim settlement cannot be applied and reasons.
In a specific implementation process of this embodiment, after the target policy is screened out, the non-target policy may be marked, for example, the non-target policy is displayed in a predetermined font or color, and a marking reason of each non-target policy is displayed. The marking reason refers to the reason why a claim cannot be applied, for example, the marking information may include one or more of the following: the time of occurrence is not included in the validity period of the policy, the target claim settlement responsibility is not included in the scope of the policy, the insured person is not matched with the policy, etc.
In the embodiment, the first insurance policy which is matched with the insured person and accords with the insurance time is screened out firstly, then the target claim settlement responsibility is further determined according to the insurance information, the claim settlement type and the treatment type, and finally the first insurance policies are screened out according to the target claim settlement responsibility, so that the target insurance policy capable of being claimed can be screened out accurately and quickly, and the time and the energy for a user to determine the insurance policy are greatly saved.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a policy screening method, which may be specifically applied to platform devices such as websites and servers, or may be directly integrated in a client for application, as shown in fig. 4, and includes the following steps:
step S301, displaying an information acquisition page to respond to a policy screening request; the information acquisition page comprises an information selection area and guide information;
the guidance information in this step is information for prompting the user to select in the information selection area, and for example, the guidance information may include: selecting name of insured person, selecting identity information of insured person, selecting time of insured person, selecting information of insured information, selecting claim type, selecting type of treatment and outputting correspondent information for user to select.
Step S302, at least receiving the insurance information and the claim type selected by the user based on the information selection area, and obtaining the policy screening result based on at least the insurance information and the claim type.
In this embodiment, before the user makes an insurance claim, the user can enter the corresponding display page by logging in the server/website platform. When a user needs to determine a policy which can apply for claim settlement, the user clicks a designated key on a display page or inputs operations such as 'policy screening' at a predetermined position to serve as a policy screening request, so that the server/website platform/terminal device can display the information acquisition page after receiving the policy screening request so as to respond to the policy screening request. When the information collection page is displayed, the guide information can be output at a preset position to prompt a user to select information; and then receiving and obtaining information such as the insurance information, the claim settlement type and the like selected by the user in the information selection area.
In this embodiment, obtaining the policy screening result based on at least the offer information and the claim settlement type specifically includes: determining a target claim liability based at least on the exposure information and the claim type; and screening out the policy containing the target claim settlement responsibility from the first policies of the plurality of applications as a target policy based on the target claim settlement responsibility. More specifically, the corresponding target claim settlement responsibility and the first claim settlement responsibility corresponding to each first policy may be determined, then each first claim settlement responsibility is matched with the target claim settlement responsibility, and when the first claim settlement responsibility is matched with the target claim settlement responsibility, the first policy corresponding to the first claim settlement responsibility is determined as the target policy, and a policy screening result is obtained. When the objective claim settlement responsibility is determined, the corresponding relationship between the insurance information, the claim type and the claim responsibility can be established in advance, so as to obtain the first mapping relationship table. Therefore, after the insurance information and the claim types are obtained subsequently, the corresponding target claim responsibility can be determined by searching the first mapping relation table based on the acquired insurance information and the claim types. When determining the first claim settlement responsibility of each first insurance policy, the method may first perform a claim settlement responsibility extraction process on each first insurance policy, so as to obtain the first claim settlement responsibility corresponding to each first insurance policy. Specifically, the extraction may be performed by a natural language processing technique, or may be performed in a keyword-based manner.
Further, in order to make the policy screening result more accurate, that is, to accurately screen out the target policy, the present embodiment may further include the following method: and receiving the identity information of the insured person, the insurance time of the insured person and the treatment type selected by the user based on the information selection area so as to obtain an insurance policy screening result based on the identity information, the insurance time, the treatment type, the insurance information and the claim settlement type. Specifically, a plurality of first insurance policies can be obtained according to the acquired insurance time and the identity information matching; then generating an entry type based on the insurance information, the claim type and the visit type, and determining the target claim responsibility based on the entry type; and finally, screening the policy containing the target claim settlement responsibility from the first policies of the plurality of insurances as a target policy based on the target claim settlement responsibility. In the specific implementation process, the corresponding relationship between the report type and the claim settlement responsibility can also be established in advance, and the second mapping relationship table is obtained. Thus, after the report type is determined, the target claim settlement responsibility corresponding to the report type can be determined by searching the second mapping relation table. In this embodiment, the claim settlement responsibility can be determined more accurately by generating the report type and determining the target claim settlement responsibility according to the report type.
The policy screening method is explained below in a specific application scenario. In this embodiment, the user logs in the server/terminal device through the terminal device, enters the corresponding display page, clicks the designated policy screening virtual key on the display page to serve as the policy screening request, and after receiving the policy screening request, the server/terminal device displays the information acquisition page by using the terminal device, so as to respond to the policy screening request. The information collection page may be specifically as shown in fig. 5, 6, and 7, and when the information collection page is displayed, the following guidance information may be output in sequence: as shown in fig. 5, firstly, guidance information "please select a claim object (identity information)" is output, and "zhangjie", "zhanna" and "zhangxiao" are displayed in the information selection area for selection by the user, when the "zhangxiao" selection by the user in the information selection area is received, guidance information may be output next, as shown in fig. 6, guidance information "please select insurance information" is output on the information collection page, and "sick", "accidental injury" and "other situation" are displayed in the information selection area for selection by the user, when "sick" selected by the user in the information selection area is received, guidance information may be further output, as shown in fig. 7, guidance information "please select a claim type" is output on the information collection page, and "medical expense report", "disability", "serious illness", "bad weather" and "are displayed in the information selection area, The other is selected by the user, when the user selects the medical expense reimbursement in the information selection area is received, the guide information "please select the type of the medical treatment" may be further outputted, and various types of the medical treatment are selectively displayed in the information selection area for the user to select, when receiving the selection of "hospitalization" by the user in the information selection area, the guide information "please select the time for confirmed diagnosis of disease" may be further outputted, and the calendar is selectively displayed in the information selection area for the user to select, when the user selects "x years x months x days" in the information selection area, the server can screen the insurance policy according to the identity information (claim settlement object) of the insured person selected by the user and the insurance time (disease diagnosis time) to obtain a plurality of first insurance policies of which the insurance time is in the insurance limit and is matched with the insured person identity, namely screening to obtain the insurance policy of the insured person; and then, determining the type of the report according to the insurance information, the type of the claim and the type of the visit, determining target claim settlement responsibility according to the type of the report, and finally screening each first insurance policy according to the target claim settlement responsibility to determine a target insurance policy which can apply for the claim settlement, thereby obtaining a insurance policy screening result. The insurance information may specifically include any one or more of the following: disease information and accident information; the unexpected information comprises one or more of the following: traffic accidents, injuries in sports, earthquakes, floods and fires. The claim types include one or more of the following: medical treatment, serious illness, disability, physical disability and bad weather. The diagnosis types comprise one or more of the following types: outpatient service, hospitalization, medicine, special outpatient service, proton heavy ion, special medicine hospitalization, transportation and the like. The types of the reports comprise one or more of the following types: illness-medical-outpatient, illness-medical-hospitalization, illness-serious illness, illness-disability, illness-disposition, accident-medical-outpatient, accident-medical-hospitalization, accident-serious illness, accident-disability, accident-disposition, illness-medical-specialized hospitalization, and other-others.
In this embodiment, the information acquisition page may further include an information input area, and when the information to be selected prompted in the information selection area does not meet the user requirement (i.e., when the information is not the information that the user wants to select), the user may directly input the information that the user wants to submit in the information input area, for example, the information selection area displays "zhangjie", "zhangna", and "zhangcuihua" for the user to select, but is not the information of the identity of the insured person that the user wants to submit, so that the user may input "zhangsan" in the information input area to enable the server/terminal device to obtain the identity information of the insured person.
In this application, through showing corresponding information acquisition page to the output guides information and guides the user to select information such as corresponding information of bringing out an insurance premium, claim settlement type, can be faster select the target policy that the user can apply for claim settlement, has improved claim settlement efficiency, the convenient degree of very big promotion user's claim settlement application.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method steps of:
step one, acquiring the insurance information of the insured person;
step two, acquiring the claim settlement type of the insured person;
thirdly, determining target claim settlement responsibility at least based on the insurance information and the claim settlement type;
and step four, screening out the policy containing the target claim settlement responsibility from the first policies of the plurality of insurances as a target policy based on the target claim settlement responsibility.
The specific implementation process of the above method steps can be referred to in any embodiment of the policy screening method, and this embodiment is not repeated herein.
In the embodiment, the corresponding target claim settlement responsibility can be determined by acquiring the insurance information of the insured person and the claim settlement type of the insured person, and then the insured policy is screened according to the target claim settlement responsibility, so that the target policy containing the target claim settlement responsibility can be determined, namely the claim settlement policy is screened out, the screening time of the policy is reduced, and the convenience degree of the claim settlement and the case report of the user is greatly improved. Namely, the user does not need to understand complicated and lengthy insurance responsibility terms any more, and the client can acquire the information of the user such as the insurance information, the claim settlement type and the like by simply answering the questions, so that the policy which accords with the claim settlement condition of the user can be quickly found, the case reporting efficiency of the user is greatly improved, the case reporting amount of the user with wrong policy selection is greatly reduced, and the service volume of claim settlement examination is reduced.
Another embodiment of the present application provides a storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the method steps of:
step one, displaying an information acquisition page to respond to a policy screening request; the information acquisition page comprises an information selection area and guide information;
and secondly, receiving the insurance information and the claim type selected by the user based on the information selection area, and obtaining the policy screening result at least based on the insurance information and the claim type.
The specific implementation process of the above method steps can be referred to in any embodiment of the policy screening method, and this embodiment is not repeated herein.

Claims (12)

1. A policy screening method, comprising:
acquiring the insurance information of the insured person;
acquiring the claim type of the insured person;
determining a target claim liability based at least on the exposure information and the claim type;
and screening out the policy containing the target claim settlement responsibility from the first policies of the plurality of applications as a target policy based on the target claim settlement responsibility.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining insurance information for the insured life specifically comprises:
accident information input by a user is received, and the insurance information is obtained based on the accident information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: acquiring the type of the medical treatment of the insured person;
the determining target claim accountability based on at least the venture information and the claim type specifically includes: generating an entry type based on the insurance information, the claim type and the visit type, and determining the target claim responsibility based on the entry type.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
establishing a corresponding relation between the report type and the claim settlement responsibility to obtain a mapping relation table;
the determining the target claim settlement responsibility based on the report type specifically includes:
and searching the mapping relation table based on the report type to determine the target claim settlement responsibility corresponding to the report type.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring identity information of an insured life;
obtaining a number of the first policies based at least on the identity information matches.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring the insurance time of the insured person to obtain a plurality of first insurance policies based on the insurance time and the identity information matching.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the screening of the policy containing the objective claim responsibility from the first policies of the plurality of applications based on the objective claim responsibility as the objective policy comprises:
carrying out claim settlement responsibility extraction processing on each first insurance policy to obtain first claim settlement responsibility corresponding to each first insurance policy;
and matching each first claim settlement responsibility with the target claim settlement responsibility, and determining that the first insurance policy corresponding to the first claim settlement responsibility is a target insurance policy when the first claim settlement responsibility is matched with the target claim settlement responsibility.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises: displaying the target insurance policy according to a preset mode;
wherein, in the case that the target policy is plural, the method further comprises:
sequencing the target insurance policies according to the insurance amount of the target insurance policies so as to display the target insurance policies from high to low;
or sequencing each target policy according to the type of each target policy so as to display each target policy according to the display sequence corresponding to the policy type;
or sorting the target insurance policies according to the claim settlement periods of the target insurance policies, and displaying the target insurance policies according to the order of the claim settlement periods from short to long.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises:
sequentially outputting guide information to prompt a user to input identity information, the insurance time, the insurance information, the claim settlement type and the treatment type respectively;
and acquiring the identity information of the insured person, the insured time of the insured person, the insured information of the insured person, the claim type of the insured person and the visit type of the insured person based on the received identity information, the insured time, the insured information, the claim type of the insured person and the visit type of the insured person.
10. A policy screening method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying an information acquisition page to respond to the policy screening request; the information acquisition page comprises an information selection area and guide information;
and receiving the insurance information and the claim type selected by the user based on the information selection area so as to obtain an insurance policy screening result based on at least the insurance information and the claim type.

The method of claim 10, wherein the method further comprises: and receiving the identity information of the insured person, the insurance time and the treatment type of the insured person selected by the user based on the information selection area so as to obtain an insurance policy screening result based on the identity information, the insurance time, the treatment type, the insurance information and the claim settlement type.
12. A storage medium, wherein the storage medium stores a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the policy screening method of any one of claims 1 to 9 above or implements the steps of the policy screening method of any one of claims 10 to 11 above.
