It should be noted that the conversion processing method between the paper contract and the electronic contract in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of each embodiment of the conversion processing system between the paper contract and the electronic contract, and details are not described here.

Claims (10)

1. A conversion processing system between a paper contract and an electronic contract, comprising:
the historical contract conversion module is used for scanning the paper contract to obtain a contract scanning document of the paper contract;
the identification and segmentation module is connected with the historical contract conversion module and is used for identifying the contract scanning document to obtain the text content and the picture content in the contract scanning document, and marking the text content and the picture content obtained by identification to obtain an intermediate document;
the analysis module is connected with the identification and segmentation module and used for extracting the key data of the intermediate document according to a preset key data set;
the classification module is connected with the analysis module and used for judging the file type of the intermediate document according to the key data, wherein the file type comprises a common filing contract or a countersignature filing contract,
executing a common filing module when the file type of the intermediate document is the common filing contract;
executing a label supplementing filing module when the file type of the intermediate document is the label supplementing filing combination;
the common filing module is connected with the classification module, splices the contract scanned document and the intermediate document to obtain a first electronic contract, and stores the first electronic contract;
the signature supplementing and filing module is connected with the classification module, generates corresponding supplementary provisions according to the intermediate document, assembles signature party information according to the key data to obtain signature domain information, splices the contract scanning document, the intermediate document, the supplementary provisions and the signature domain information to obtain a second electronic contract, generates a signature process of the second electronic contract according to the signature domain information, and stores the second electronic contract which has executed the signature process.
2. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the key data includes at least one of time information, location, amount information, signing information, data information, and expiration date;
the classification module is used for judging the file type of the intermediate document according to the expiration date and the signing information in the key data;
converting the corresponding intermediate document into a common filing contract when the signing information is not required to be electronically signed beyond the deadline;
and converting the signing information in the expiration date into the electronic signing, and converting the corresponding intermediate document into a signature supplementing filing contract.
3. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the completions archive module comprises:
and the verification unit is used for comparing the paper contract uploaded by the signing party with the contract scanning document and the intermediate document in the signing flow respectively and tracking the signing flow according to a comparison result.
4. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the generic archive module comprises:
the first splicing unit splices the contract scanned document and the intermediate document to obtain a first preview document;
the first supplementary unit is connected with the first splicing unit and is used for complementarily editing the first preview document to obtain a first supplementary document;
the first confirmation unit is connected with the first supplement unit and used for confirming the integrity of the first supplement document and setting the first supplement document with a complete confirmation result as the first electronic contract;
and the first preservation unit is connected with the first confirmation unit and is used for preserving the first electronic contract.
5. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the completions archive module comprises:
the supplement unit is used for generating corresponding supplement clauses according to the intermediate documents;
the assembling unit is connected with the supplementing unit and used for assembling signing party information according to the key data to obtain signing domain information;
the second splicing unit is respectively connected with the supplementing unit and the assembling unit and splices the contract scanned document, the intermediate document, the supplemental clause and the signed domain information to obtain a second preview document;
the second supplementary unit is connected with the second splicing unit and is used for complementarily editing the second preview document to obtain a second supplementary document;
the second confirmation unit is connected with the second supplementary unit and used for confirming the integrity of the second supplementary document and setting the second supplementary document with a complete confirmation result as the second electronic contract;
the signing unit is used for generating a signing flow of the second electronic contract according to the signing domain information and tracking the signing flow;
and the second storage unit is connected with the second confirmation unit and stores the second electronic contract which executes the signing flow.
6. The conversion processing system according to claim 1, further comprising an electronic contract platform for storing the first electronic contract and the second electronic contract.
7. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the historical contracts conversion module further comprises:
and the anti-tampering unit is used for carrying out anti-tampering processing on the contract scanned document.
8. The conversion processing system of claim 1, wherein the preset set of critical data is added or modified by user customization.
9. The conversion processing system according to claim 1, wherein said analysis module extracts key data of said intermediate document from a preset set of key data using AI techniques, wherein AI techniques include at least one of approximate matching, seal recognition, and signature recognition.
10. A conversion processing method between a paper contract and an electronic contract is characterized by comprising the following steps:
scanning the paper contract to obtain a contract scanning document of the paper contract;
identifying the contract scanning document to obtain the text content and the picture content in the contract scanning document, and marking the text content and the picture content obtained by identification to obtain an intermediate document;
extracting key data of the intermediate document according to a preset key data set;
judging the file type of the intermediate document according to the key data, wherein the file type comprises a common filing contract or a countersignature filing contract;
when the file type of the intermediate document is the common filing contract, splicing the contract scanning document and the intermediate document to obtain a first electronic contract, and storing the first electronic contract;
and generating corresponding supplementary provisions according to the intermediate document while the file type of the intermediate document is the supplementary signing filing contract, assembling signing party information according to the key data to obtain signing domain information, splicing the contract scanning document, the intermediate document, the supplementary provisions and the signing domain information to obtain a second electronic contract, generating a signing flow of the second electronic contract according to the signing domain information, and storing the second electronic contract which executes the signing flow.
