Description

Lower vehicle body floor arrangement structure for range-extended electric commercial vehicle
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of automobile floors, in particular to a lower vehicle body floor arrangement structure for a range-extended electric business vehicle.
Background
Along with the remarkable improvement of living standard of people, people have higher and higher requirements on the riding comfort of automobiles. In order to meet the requirements of customers and improve brand market competitiveness, automobile manufacturers continuously optimize the automobile body structure to achieve the best overall NVH performance on the premise of controlling the lowest design cost. The body under the automobile directly influences the subjective feeling of the passengers on the vibration noise of the automobile body, and the vibration noise transfer function of the body under the automobile has great influence on the riding comfort of the automobile. The insufficient rigidity of the lower body of the vehicle easily causes the vibration and the rolling phenomenon of the vehicle body, so that the riding comfort of the whole vehicle is greatly reduced, and the subjective feeling of people is directly influenced.
MPV Vehicles (Multi-Purpose Vehicles) are Vehicles that integrate the functions of a station wagon, a large passenger space, the comfort of a passenger car and a van. With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of MPV automobiles is further increased. In the early development process of NVH performance of the whole MPV automobile, the problem of floor shaking on the real automobile in the later period can be caused due to the low floor mode, particularly for the extended range type electric automobile, the electric automobile has the pain of endurance mileage, and the requirement on the whole automobile light weight is more rigorous.
In order to meet the requirements of MPV automobile space and riding comfort, the lower automobile body structure of the MPV automobile is generally different from a car, and the height design of the central passage structure of the floor of the lower automobile body structure is lower. Because the floor central passage is low in height and the arrangement of the cross beams and the longitudinal beams on the floor is less, the floor mode is naturally reduced. The bending rigidity, the mode, the collision performance and the like of the automobile body are influenced to a certain extent. When a vehicle collides, the vehicle is easily deformed, and it is difficult to ensure the safety of the passenger.
In addition, compared with a pure electric vehicle, the range-extended electric commercial vehicle has systems such as an engine and an exhaust system, so that the excitation source is larger, and the floor shaking problem is more easily caused.
In the related art, through type longitudinal beams are additionally arranged on two sides of a central passage of a floor or a cross beam is additionally arranged in a lower vehicle body, but the two schemes have obvious problems, firstly, the weight and the cost of the vehicle body are increased, and the vehicle is difficult to push on an extended range type electric business vehicle which is extremely sensitive to the weight. Secondly, the arrangement space is excessively occupied, the requirement of the range-extended electric commercial vehicle on the internal space is extremely high, so that the height of the central passage of the floor is low, and the through type longitudinal beams are additionally arranged on two sides of the central passage of the floor and the cross beams are additionally arranged in the lower vehicle body to interfere with pipelines.
