a clamping process:
firstly, a user controls the servo motor 18 to rotate reversely, so that the output shaft of the servo motor 18 can drive the inclined plate 305 to rotate, the inclined plate 305 can be controlled by the round rod 303, the inner pressing plate 301 descends, the inner pressing plate 301 and the outer pressing plate 302 are at the same height, the gear workpiece 9 to be processed is placed above the backing plate 23, then the adjusting motor 11 is controlled, all the second gears 14 rotate simultaneously, all the casings 13 are driven to move outwards and move to the limit position, then the servo motor 18 continuously rotates reversely, the outer pressing plate 302 extends out, the casings 13 are controlled to move inwards simultaneously, the outer pressing plate 302 presses the outer wall of the gear workpiece 9 to realize central positioning, and then the sleeves 208 drive the pressing plates 201 to press the corresponding positions of the gear workpiece 9 under the control of the left lifting motor 206, so that the clamping of the gear workpiece 9 is completed.
Drilling:
after the clamping of the gear workpiece 9 is completed, a user can control the lifting motor 206 at the rear side to enable the second support plate 211 to drive the drill bit 210 to move downwards from the inner hole of the sleeve 208, and in the moving process, because the clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the upper end of the sleeve 208, and the vertical clamping blocks are formed in the lower end of the second support plate 211, as shown in fig. 2, when the second support plate 211 descends to the sleeve 208 for drilling, the clamping blocks can be inserted into the clamping grooves, so that the sleeve 208 and the whole turntable 503 are temporarily limited and cannot rotate, and when drilling is needed, the power source in the power structure 209 is started, so that the drill bit 210 rotates and moves downwards, the drilling of the gear workpiece 9 is realized, and after the drilling is completed, the lifting motor 206 at the rear side rotates reversely, and the drill bit 210 is driven to move upwards to be separated from the inner holes of the gear workpiece 9 and the sleeve 208.
And (3) adjusting:
after the drilling process is completed, the clamping conversion between the inner pressing sheet 301 and the outer pressing sheet 302 needs to be performed once, at this time, the servo motor 18 is controlled to rotate forwards, so that the inclined plate 305 rotates clockwise, the inner pressing sheet 301 and the outer pressing sheet 302 are controlled to return to the same height, then the adjusting motor 11 is started again, the adjusting motor 11 is controlled to rotate backwards, so that the second gear 14 rotates backwards, the sleeve box 13 is driven to move inwards and move to the limit position, at this time, the servo motor 18 is controlled again, so that the inner pressing sheet 301 extends out, and the adjusting motor 11 is controlled to rotate forwards, so that the inner pressing sheet 301 is tightly pressed on the inner wall of the inner hole processed by the gear workpiece 9, so that the inner wall support required in the gear cutting process of the gear workpiece 9 is made, and the drilling and gear cutting process actually adopts the same clamping mode, the synchronous rotation of the second gear 14 controls the jacket 13 to realize inward or outward clamping, so that the difficulty of operation is greatly reduced, and the problem that two different operation flows of a drilling process and a gear cutting process need to be designed is solved.
The tooth cutting process comprises the following steps:
after clamping the inner wall of the gear workpiece 9 is completed, a user can control the driving motor 510 to start, so that the driving motor 510 can drive the horizontal shaft 509 to rotate, meanwhile, the horizontal shaft 509 can drive the gear roller 404 to rotate through the second bevel gear set 505 and the fourth rotating shaft 410, the horizontal shaft 509 can drive the rotary disc 503 to rotate after being decelerated through the third bevel gear set 507 and the adjustable reducer 506, meanwhile, the rotary disc 503 can drive the gear workpiece 9 to rotate at a slow speed, at the same time, the user can control the retraction of the output shaft through the air cylinder 501, so that the air cylinder 501 drives the support box 406 to move downwards at a slow speed, the first gear 401 is driven by the gear roller 404 at the moment in the moving process, so that the first gear 401 can drive the hob 405 to rotate at a high speed through the rotation transmission of the second rotating shaft 402 and the first bevel gear set 408, in the process that the hob 506 rotates at a high speed and continuously moves downwards, the corresponding teeth on the outer wall of the gear workpiece 9 can be machined, in the outer wall of the gear workpiece 9, in the use process, the hob 506 is rotated by the transmission ratio of the driving motor 510, and the adjustable gear workpiece can be adjusted by the adjustable reducer, and the adjustable reducer, therefore, the adjustable gear workpiece can be controlled by the adjustable gear set, the adjustable gear roller 506, and the hob 506 can be controlled by the adjustable gear set, and the adjustable gear set of the hob 506, and the adjustable reducer, and the hob 506 can be controlled by the adjustable gear.
Taking materials:
after the drilling and gear cutting of the gear workpiece 9 are finished, the pressing plate 201 can be controlled by the left lifting motor 206 to ascend, and meanwhile, the second gear 14 can rotate to drive the sleeve box 13 to move inwards under the control of the adjusting motor 11, so that the clamping of the inner pressing plate 301 on the inner wall of the gear workpiece 9 is released, and then the processed gear workpiece 9 can be taken away from the upper part of the backing plate 23.
