the top of the support rod (61) is provided with a charging bucket (62);
four fourth fixed sleeves (65) are connected to two sides of the bottom of the charging bucket (62);
the second pull rod (64) and the fourth fixed sleeve (65) are both connected with the second pull rod (64) in a sliding way;
the second baffle plates (63) are connected between the longitudinal second pull rods (64);
fifth springs (66), and the fifth springs (66) are arranged between the two sides of the second retainer plate (63) and the fourth fixed sleeves (65) on the same side;

the shifting blocks (72) are arranged on one sides of the second connecting rods (73);
and a sixth spring (74) is arranged between the shifting block (72) and the fifth fixed sleeve (71) on the same side.
