As shown in fig. 1-3, the traditional Chinese medicine nursing massage belt of the present invention comprises a massage belt body 1, a massage contact 2, a wire 3, an exhaust valve 4, a massage control device 5 and a heat-driven air pump. The utility model discloses a massage belt body, including massage belt body 1, many wires 3 are connected to one side of massage belt body 1, massage contact 2 is used for carrying out abdomen's massage to the patient, massage belt body 1's end is provided with discharge valve 4, many wires 3 are connected to massage belt body 1's opposite side, the one end of every wire 3 is passed through massage controlling means 5 and is connected with power (not drawn in the picture), the other end and the heat-driven aspiration pump of every wire 3 are connected, massage belt body 1 can twine on human abdomen, massage controlling means 5 carries out the rigidity to the both ends coincidence department of massage belt body 1 through buckling hole 9, discharge valve 4 is connected with massage controlling means 5 electricity, can control the operating condition of heat-driven aspiration pump and the aperture of discharge valve 4 through massage controlling means 5.
The massage belt body 1 comprises an attachment surface layer 1-1, an air pumping layer 1-2, a heat insulation layer 1-3, an upper bulge 1-4 and a lower bulge 1-5, the attachment surface layer 1-1 is fixed above the air pumping layer 1-2, a hot creeping flow air pumping unit 11 and the heat insulation layer 1-3 are arranged in the air pumping layer 1-2, two adjacent hot creeping flow air pumping units 11 are connected through the heat insulation layer 1-3, and the upper bulge 1-4 and the lower bulge 1-5 are arranged in each hot creeping flow air pumping unit 11. The air-extracting layer 1-2 is used as a shell of the hot creeping flow air-extracting unit 11 and is made of a high molecular organic material which has flexibility and rigidity, and preferably a silicone resin material or a silica gel material.
Further considering fig. 3, the heat-driven air pump is composed of a plurality of hot creeping flow air pumping units 11 connected in series, each hot creeping flow air pumping unit 11 is composed of a hot flow chamber 11-1, an MCE porous film 11-2, a cold flow chamber 11-3 and a connecting flow channel 11-4, an electric heating sheet 12 is arranged in each hot flow chamber 11-1, the electric heating sheet 12 is embedded in an upper bulge 1-4, the porosity of the MCE porous film 11-2 is 70-90%, the pore size of micropores is distributed between 50 nm-15 um, the porous film 11-2 is made of a low-thermal-conductivity material and is a core component for hot creeping flow, and the MCE porous film 11-2 is embedded in a lower bulge 1-5.
According to the gas rarefied theory of the micro-nano channel, when the temperature difference exists between the two ends of the MCE porous film 11-2, air in the cold flow chamber 11-3 can spontaneously enter the hot flow chamber from the cold flow chamber through the MCE porous film, so that the air pressure in the hot flow chamber rises, the air pressure in the cold flow chamber drops, and the hot creeping pumping effect is achieved. By serially connecting the plurality of hot creeping flow air extraction units 11 in the air flow direction, the hot creeping flow air extraction unit 11 at the end can obtain lower air extraction pressure, and therefore, the hot creeping flow air extraction unit at the end can be arranged at the middle part of the massage belt body 1. When massaging the waist and abdomen, the hot creeping flow air pumping unit at the most tail end level can better perform targeted massage on the spine of a patient (the air pressure in the cold flow chamber of the hot creeping flow air pumping unit at the most tail end level is lower, the deformation is larger, and then the contact 2 can be massaged to realize larger displacement, and the massage effect is better).
Particularly, the cold flow chamber of the hot creeping flow air extraction unit at the most tail end is closed, the hot flow chamber of the hot creeping flow air extraction unit at the first end is connected with the exhaust valve 4, the exhaust valve 4 is opened in the vacuum pumping process of the hot creeping flow air extraction unit, the exhaust valve 4 is electrically connected with the massage control device 5, and the opening degree of the exhaust valve 4 can be controlled by the massage control device 5.
The massage contact 2 is embedded in the lower portion of the cold flow chamber 11-3, the massage contact 2 comprises a contact portion 2-1 and a connecting through hole 2-2, the connecting through hole 2-2 is arranged on the surface of the air pumping layer 1-2 in a penetrating mode, and the cold flow chamber 11-3 is connected with the contact portion 2-1 through the connecting through hole 2-2 in an air path mode. The contact part 2-1 is of a bowl-shaped structure and is made of tourmaline materials. The joint of the massage contact 2 and the surface of the air pumping layer 1-2 is sealed by silica gel.
The electric heating plate 12 is electrically connected with the massage control device 5 through the lead 3, one side of the massage control device 5 is provided with a display 6 and a plurality of control buttons 7, and a doctor can set the heating power, the heating time and the treatment period of the electric heating plate 12 by pressing the control buttons 7. The heating temperature can be changed by periodically changing the heating power of the electric heating sheets 12, and due to mutual coupling of temperature and pressure, when the heating temperature rises, the pressure of the cold flow chamber 11-3 of each stage of the thermal creeping flow air pumping unit 11 is reduced, the massage belt body 1 contracts, and each contact head part 2-1 is gradually pressed on the skin of a patient; when the heating temperature is reduced, the pressure of the cold flow chamber 11-3 of each stage of the hot peristaltic pumping unit 11 is increased, and the pressure of each contact part 2-1 on the skin of the patient is gradually reduced. Therefore, through the periodic circulation of 'heating up, cooling down, heating up again and cooling down again', the massage belt can be periodically relaxed and compressed, and then the points on the waist and abdomen of the human body are massaged in a point-and-massage manner, so that the effect of traditional Chinese medicine massage physical therapy is achieved.
