Background
When a person sits on the chair, if the person feels tired after a long time, the person wants to lie down and rest for a period of time. Therefore, a chair with a rotatable backrest, that is, an angle-changeable backrest, has been invented, and more commonly, such as a work chair, etc., the inclination angle of the backrest of the chair can be increased when people normally sit on the chair, and the inclination angle refers to an acute angle formed by the backrest and a horizontal plane, so that the backrest is upright and comfortable to lean against. If a seated person wants to lie for rest, the backrest only needs to be rotated backwards, the inclination angle of the backrest is reduced, the backrest is relatively flat, and the seated person can lie on the backrest for rest, so that the comfort of the seat is improved. However, the center of force applied to the seat by a person sitting or lying is different, so that the center of gravity of the seat and the person as a whole is changed along with the person sitting or lying, and the feet of the seat are fixed, so that the center of gravity of the seat is unstable, and the use of the person is affected.
The application number "201020219042.1" discloses a seat structure with a variable center of gravity, wherein a backrest can drive a seat cushion to move forwards in the process of backward rotation so as to adjust the center of gravity of the seat. However, the seat structure described above loses support at the bottom of the front end of the seat cushion after the seat cushion moves forward, and there is a certain risk for the user to sit down.
The application number of 200610027792.7 discloses a self-balancing electric wheelchair with a backward-bending protection wheel, wherein the seat structure is provided with the backward-bending protection wheel, and the seat structure plays a role in supporting and protecting the seat when the seat is bent backward, but the backward-bending protection wheel of the seat structure is exposed outside the seat all the time and is easy to collide and interfere with other objects.
The massage armchair seat adjusting mechanism with the application number of '201922195541.5' provides a massage armchair seat adjusting mechanism which comprises a bottom frame and a seat frame, wherein the seat frame can rotate relative to the bottom frame, a bottom support is formed by the bottom frame, and the whole volume of the bottom frame is too large to avoid the seat frame from being overturned.

The gas pole 6 is located and holds the chamber 11, plays the effect that shelters from the protection through both sides support arm 8 to gas pole 6, also more pleasing to the eye. Meanwhile, one end of the air rod 6 is hinged with the bottom plate 10, the other end of the air rod 6 is hinged with the connecting frame 4 connected with the bottom of the backrest 2, the air rod 6 stretches and retracts to drive the backrest 2 to rotate relative to the seat stool 1 so as to switch between an upright state and a reclining state, and after the backrest 2 rotates to a specified position, the air rod 6 is locked to enable the backrest 2 to stay at the specified position and keep relatively fixed with the seat stool 1.
The seat 1 has a front end face and a rear end face along the length direction thereof, the sliding support 3 is slidably disposed at the bottom of the seat 1, and the sliding support 3 cooperates with the seat 1 to form a bottom support of the backrest 2. In this embodiment, the sliding support 3 includes a driving plate 12, and a supporting roller 13 is disposed at one end of the driving plate 12 away from the front end surface of the seat 1. Meanwhile, the seat 1 is also provided with a connecting rod assembly 14, and the connecting rod assembly 14 is respectively connected with the backrest 2 and the sliding support piece 3. In the process that the backrest 2 rotates from the upright state to the reclining state, the backrest 2 drives the sliding support 3 to slide relative to the seat 1 through the connecting rod assembly 14, so that the sliding support 3 extends in the direction away from the front end face of the seat 1 to enlarge the area of the bottom support. When the backrest 2 rotates to the upright state in the reclining state, the backrest 2 drives the sliding support 3 to slide relative to the seat 1 through the connecting rod assembly 14, so that the sliding support 3 retracts in a direction close to the front end face of the seat 1.
As a specific embodiment, please refer to fig. 2-4, the connecting rod assembly 14 includes a first connecting rod 15, a second connecting rod 16 and a third connecting rod 17, wherein a head end of the first connecting rod 15 is hinged to the bottom connecting frame 4 of the backrest 2, a tail end of the first connecting rod 15 is hinged to a head end of the second connecting rod 16, and a hinge point of the tail end of the first connecting rod 15 and the head end of the second connecting rod 16 is a first hinge point 20. The second connecting rod 16 is hinged with the seat 1, and the hinged point of the second connecting rod 16 and the seat 1 is a second hinged point 21. And the tail end of the second connecting rod 16 is hinged with the head end of the third connecting rod 17, the tail end of the third connecting rod 17 is hinged with the driving plate 12 in the sliding support 3, the hinged point of the tail end of the second connecting rod 16 and the head end of the third connecting rod 17 is a third hinged point 22, wherein the second hinged point 21 is located between the first hinged point 20 and the third hinged point 22.

The link 4 of back 2 bottom is turned back in step this moment, the head end that drives even first connecting rod 15 rotates and sinks, the tail end of first connecting rod 15 gives the forward pivoted effort of head end of second connecting rod 16 this moment (be to the preceding terminal surface pivoted effort of stool 1 promptly), second connecting rod 16 rotates around its self and stool 1 articulated second pin joint 21, make the tail end of second connecting rod 16 give the effort of a backward movement of third connecting rod 17, make third connecting rod 17 drive driving plate 12 and slide backward, make driving plate 12 drive the gyro wheel increase bottom sprag area of backward roll-off. Thereby avoiding tipping of the seat.
Referring to fig. 1-3, during the process of the backrest 2 rotating from the reclining position to the standing position, the center of gravity of the seat is reset along with the forward movement of the backrest 2, and there is no risk of the seat tipping. At this time, the connecting frame 4 at the bottom of the backrest 2 moves forward and resets synchronously, and drives the head end of the connected first connecting rod 15 to rotate and rise. At this moment, the tail end of the first connecting rod 15 provides a backward rotating acting force (i.e. an acting force to the rear end face of the seat 1) to the head end of the second connecting rod 16, the second connecting rod 16 rotates around a second hinge point 21 of the second connecting rod 16 and the seat 1, so that the tail end of the second connecting rod 16 provides a forward moving acting force to the third connecting rod 17, the third connecting rod 17 drives the driving plate 12 to slide forward, the driving plate 12 drives the roller to return to the initial position to coincide with the seat 1, the overall size of the seat is reduced, interference collision with other components is avoided, and convenience is brought to moving and carrying of the seat.
In order to avoid the mechanism from being disabled in the dead point occurring during the rotation of the connecting rod assembly 14, the second connecting rod 16 has a first connecting section 18 and a second connecting section 19 respectively disposed on both sides of the second hinge point 21 along the length thereof, as shown in fig. 2. The first hinge point 20 is located at the first connecting section 18, the third hinge point 22 is located at the second connecting section 19, and the first connecting section 18 is bent relative to the second connecting section 19 so that the second connecting rod 16 forms a V-shaped structure. If the second link 16 is a linear link, during the rotation of the link assembly 14, the first link 15 and the second link 16 are in the same straight line, and the force applied by the first link 15 to the second link 16 is in the length direction of the second link 16, so that the second link 16 cannot rotate or reversely rotate. And the first connecting section 18 bends relative to the second connecting section 19 to enable the second connecting rod 16 to form a V-shaped structure, so that the problem that the mechanism cannot operate due to the fact that the second hinge point 21 and the first hinge point 20 of the hinge point of the head end of the first connecting rod 15 and the bottom of the backrest 2 are located on the same straight line is solved. In the present embodiment, an included angle between the first connecting section 18 and the second connecting section 19 is an obtuse angle, so as to avoid interference between the first connecting rod 15 and the third connecting rod 17 when the backrest 2 leans back.
Meanwhile, the length of the second connection section 19 is longer than that of the first connection section 18. Since the length of the second connecting section 19 is longer than that of the first connecting section 18, when the second connecting section 19 and the first connecting section 18 rotate by the same angle, the rotation distance of the tail end of the second connecting rod 16 is greater than that of the head end of the second connecting rod 16. This means that when the backrest 2 rotates a certain angle, the first connecting rod 15 drives the head end of the second connecting rod 16 to rotate, even if the rotation angle is small, the tail end of the second connecting rod 16 can swing greatly, and the third connecting rod 17 drives the sliding support 3 to slide out and extend. The long second connecting rod 16 is not needed to be matched with the driving, and the whole volume of the connecting rod assembly 14 is greatly reduced.
In this scheme, the quantity of link assembly 14 is two, and two link assembly 14 are connected in order to drive the steady slip of driving plate 12 with the left and right sides of driving plate 2 respectively.
And preferably, the connecting rod assembly 14 is located inside the housing chamber 11 of the seat 1, together with the gas lever 6. As a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a cross beam 29 is disposed between the two support arms 8, and a connecting rod 30 is disposed on the cross beam 29. One end of the connecting rod 30 is connected with the cross beam 29, the other end of the connecting rod 30 is connected with the seat frame 9, and the second connecting rod 16 in the connecting rod assembly 14 is hinged with the connecting rod 30.
In this embodiment, when the sliding support 3 retracts toward the front end of the seat 1, the driving plate 12 of the sliding support 3 is located in the accommodating cavity 11, and the roller is exposed out of the accommodating cavity 11 to avoid interference with the bottom plate 10. It is of course also possible to vary the travel of the transmission plate 12 and to provide an escape groove in the base plate 10 so that the roller is also received in the receiving chamber 11.
The stool 1 is further provided with a guide member, the guide member is provided with a guide passage 23 penetrating through the head and the tail of the guide member, the guide passage 23 extends along the length direction of the stool 1, and the driving plate 12 of the sliding support member 3 is positioned in the guide passage 23. When the backrest 2 rotates, the connecting rod assembly 14 drives the transmission plate 12 to slide in the guide channel 23. The guide channel 23 on the guide piece can guide the transmission plate 12, so that the transmission plate 12 is prevented from shaking left and right in the sliding process.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the guide member includes a guide plate 24, and the guide plate 24 is disposed on the base plate 10. Both sides of the guide plate 24 are bent upwards to form flanges 25, the guide channel 23 is formed between the flanges 25, a limiting part 26 is further arranged between the flanges 25, the flanges 25 are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the transmission plate 12 to form left and right limiting, and the limiting part 26 is positioned above the transmission plate 12 to form top limiting. The limiting piece 26 limits the position above the transmission plate 12, so that the transmission plate 12 is prevented from being forced upwards by a directional force given to the transmission plate 12 when the connecting rod assembly 14 drives the transmission plate 12 to slide, and the support roller 13 cannot contact the ground and loses the bottom support effect.
In this embodiment, the limiting member 26 includes a rotating shaft 27, the rotating shaft 27 penetrates through the two side flanges 25 and can rotate relative to the flanges 25, a collar 28 is further sleeved on the rotating shaft 27, and an outer wall of the collar 28 abuts against an upper plate surface of the transmission plate 12. Through axis of rotation 27 and lantern ring 28 for locating part 26 is guaranteeing to realize spacing to driving plate 12, and the friction between locating part 26 and the driving plate 12 is rolling friction, reduces frictional force, is convenient for the slip of driving plate 12.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. Therefore, if the person skilled in the art receives the teaching, without departing from the spirit of the invention, the person skilled in the art shall not inventively design the similar structural modes and embodiments to the technical solution, but shall fall within the scope of the invention.
