Abstract

Of course, the shape of the spray holes 322 is not limited to the above.
It is to be understood that the above-mentioned "inner" refers to a side toward the shower chamber 321, and the "outer" refers to a side near the water tank 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the water tank 100 includes a tank body 110 and a tank cover 120 covering an opening of the tank body 110, and the tank cover 120 is provided with an air outlet; an air inlet 111 is formed in the side wall of the box body 110; the bottom of the tank 110 is used for containing water, so the side wall of the bottom of the tank 110 can be provided with scale marks, so that a user can observe and control the liquid level condition of the tank 110. It is easily understood that the case 110 may be made of a transparent material only at a portion where the graduation marks are provided, and the remaining portion is made of a non-transparent material, so that a user can observe the water level inside the case 110 through the graduation marks of the transparent portion. Referring to FIG. 1, the tick mark may include a lowest liquid level line, which may be shown as "0"; the highest liquid level line may also be included, which may be indicated by "max". It will be appreciated that the scale line marked "max" is located below the air inlet.

With continued reference to fig. 1, the bottom wall of the box body 110 protrudes upward to form a support cylinder 130, the support cylinder 130 has an opening facing downward, the top wall of the support cylinder 130 is provided with a through hole 131, and the through hole 131 is connected with the shower pipe 310 in a sealing manner, for example, by using a gasket, an oil seal, glue pouring, or the like, or by using a welding seal such as ultrasonic welding, cladding welding, or the like, which is not limited herein, so that water droplets can be prevented from leaking out of the through hole 131 and flowing to the bottom of the air conditioner. In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the supporting cylinder 130 is provided to fixedly support the water spraying member 300, so as to improve the stability of the water spraying member 300, and further, to improve the stability of the water curtain.
The water pump 200 may be installed in various ways, the water pump 200 may be installed outside the water tank 100, and the water pump 200 may be installed inside the water tank 100.
Fig. 9 is a sectional view of a water washing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 9, a side wall of the opening of the support cylinder 130 protrudes toward a side wall of the case 110 to form a mounting space 132, and the water pump 200 is mounted in the mounting space 132.
Optionally, the bottom of the tank 110 is provided with a water inlet 210, the water inlet 210 is communicated with a water inlet end of the water pump 200, and a water outlet end of the water pump 200 is communicated with the shower pipe 310, so that the water pump 200 pumps the water in the tank 110 into the shower pipe 310. So set up, need not to arrange longer water pipe, be favorable to simplifying the structure of washing device.
Optionally, the water washing apparatus further includes a water pipe 500, a dotted line pipe shown in fig. 9, one end of the water pipe 500 is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump 200, the other end of the water pipe 500 extends to the bottom of the tank 110 through the air inlet 111, and the water outlet end of the water pump 200 is communicated with the shower pipe 310, so that the water pump 200 pumps the water in the tank 110 into the shower pipe 310 through the water pipe 500. With this arrangement, the case 110 does not need to be opened, and the sealing performance of the case 110 is improved.
Fig. 10 is a cross-sectional view of a water washing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which a water pump 200 is installed inside a tank 110, a water inlet end of the water pump 200 is submerged in water in the tank 110, the tank 110 is provided with a water outlet 220, one end of the water outlet 220 is communicated with a water outlet end of the water pump 200, and the other end of the water outlet 220 is communicated with a shower pipe 310, so that the water pump 200 pumps water in the tank 110 into the shower pipe 310. By such arrangement, the structure of the existing box body 110 does not need to be changed, and the volume of the water washing device is favorably reduced.
Referring to fig. 1, the washing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a base 600, and the base 600 is located at the bottom of the tank 110 to support the tank 110. The base 600 may be provided with reinforcing ribs to increase the structural strength of the base 600, thereby improving the stability of the support case 100.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A water washing apparatus, comprising: a water tank, a water pump and a water spraying piece;
the water spraying part comprises a spraying pipe and a spray head positioned at the upper end of the spraying pipe, the spray head is positioned in the water tank, the spray head is provided with a spraying cavity communicated with the spraying pipe, the side wall of the spraying cavity is provided with a plurality of spraying holes, and the top wall of the spraying cavity protrudes downwards to form a water diversion protrusion part;
the water inlet end of the water pump is communicated with the water tank, and the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the spray pipe.

The water washing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the water diversion protrusion is conical; the bottom wall of the spraying cavity is arc-shaped; the medial surface that sprays the roof in chamber is provided with the transition arcwall face, the both ends of transition arcwall face respectively with the lateral wall that sprays the chamber with the diversion bulge is connected, just the transition arcwall face with the side of diversion bulge is tangent.

The water washing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water-directing protrusion includes a circular truncated cone portion and a conical portion, a large-diameter end of the circular truncated cone portion is connected to a top wall of the shower chamber, a small-diameter end of the circular truncated cone portion is connected to the conical portion, a cone angle of the circular truncated cone portion is larger than a cone angle of the conical portion, and the conical portion extends into the shower pipe.
4. The water washing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the side wall of the spraying cavity is circular, and a plurality of spraying holes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the spraying cavity at intervals to form a spraying ring; a plurality of spraying rings are arranged along the axial direction of the spraying cavity at intervals.
5. The water washing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the projections of the spray holes of two adjacent spray rings on the top wall of the spray cavity are coincident;
or the spraying holes of two adjacent spraying rings are arranged in a staggered mode along the circumferential direction of the spraying cavity.
6. The water washing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein the spraying direction of the spraying holes of the same spraying ring is the same, and the spraying direction of the spraying holes of two adjacent spraying rings is different.
7. The water washing device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the spray holes are circular holes, and the diameter of the spray holes is 2 to 4 mm;
or the cross-sectional area of the inner end of the spraying hole is larger than that of the outer end of the spraying hole.
8. The washing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the water tank comprises a tank body and a tank cover covering the opening of the tank body, and the tank cover is provided with an air outlet; the side wall of the box body is provided with an air inlet;
a water blocking piece is arranged in the box body and is blocked between the air inlet and the spraying holes, a water flowing groove is arranged on one side, facing the spraying holes, of the water blocking piece, and the height of the water flowing groove is lower than that of the spraying holes;
the diapire of box upwards the protrusion forms a support section of thick bamboo, a support section of thick bamboo has the opening towards the below, a roof of a support section of thick bamboo is provided with the via hole, the via hole with shower sealing connection.

The water washing device as claimed in claim 8, wherein a side wall of the opening of the support cylinder protrudes towards a side wall of the tank body to form an installation space, and the water pump is installed in the installation space; the bottom of the box body is provided with a water inlet which is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump; or the water washing device further comprises a water pipe, one end of the water pipe is communicated with the water inlet end of the water pump, and the other end of the water pipe penetrates through the air inlet and extends to the bottom of the box body;
or the water pump is installed inside the box body, the box body is provided with a water outlet, one end of the water outlet is communicated with the water outlet end of the water pump, and the other end of the water outlet is communicated with the spray pipe.
10. A cabinet air conditioner comprising a cabinet and a water washing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, said water washing device being mounted inside said cabinet.
