The invention provides W200 waterproof asphalt (waterproof asphalt) for a waterproof coiled material and a preparation method thereof, which adopt a crude oil blending method and a base oil compounding method to be coordinated and matched with each other, overcome the defects of waterproof asphalt raw materials and base oil in the traditional sense, solve the technical difficulties of unstable performance indexes and conflicting high and low temperature performances of the W200 waterproof asphalt, and effectively improve the technical problems of low temperature performance, stripping performance, heat resistance and the like of a self-adhesive waterproof coiled material based on the W200 waterproof asphalt. Meanwhile, the production stability of the W200 waterproof asphalt is improved, the raw material requirements of the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material market can be better met, and the production efficiency is improved. In addition, the invention also provides a mode and a method for further research and development of the waterproof asphalt, and also provides a certain reference value for high added value utilization of low added value products of refineries, such as coker gas oil, residue oil and the like.
The No. 70 asphalt used in the following examples is residual oil obtained by distilling the blended crude oil, the reduced third-line wax oil is side-line distillate oil of 325-440 ℃ distillation range of the blended crude oil in the vacuum distillation process, the reduced third-line wax oil is side-line distillate oil of 395-440 ℃ distillation range of the blended crude oil, the crude oil is naphthenic base crude oil, and the coked wax oil is vacuum residual oil prepared by prolonged coking thermal cracking; the vacuum residue is the bottom oil of crude oil after vacuum distillation.
Example 1
The waterproof asphalt formula comprises: 53 parts of No. 70 asphalt and 47 parts of base oil;
the base oil formula is as follows: reducing 17 parts of second-line wax oil and 7 parts of third-line wax oil;
the blended crude oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of crude oil and 10 parts of coker gas oil.
The preparation method of the base oil comprises the following steps: and compounding and mixing 17 parts of second-line reduced wax oil and 7 parts of third-line reduced wax oil, and stirring for 0.5h at room temperature to obtain the base oil.
The preparation method of the waterproof asphalt comprises the following steps: heating No. 70 asphalt to 138 ℃, and compounding, mixing and heating the asphalt and base oil according to the weight ratio of 53: 47, wherein the heating temperature is 140 ℃, and the stirring time is 0.5h, so as to obtain the W200 waterproof asphalt.
The preparation method of the waterproof roll comprises the following steps: mixing and heating 150 parts by weight of waterproof asphalt, 120 parts by weight of No. 70 asphalt, 9 parts by weight of SBS and 17 parts by weight of SBR at the temperature of 130 ℃, opening a shearing machine, controlling the rotating speed to be 4000rpm, and shearing time to be 0.5h to obtain an intermediate material; because the shearing process of the shearing machine generates heat, attention is paid to control the temperature.
Then transferring the intermediate material to a common heating and stirring device, controlling the temperature to be 170 ℃, sequentially adding 8.6 parts by weight of C5 petroleum resin, 70 parts by weight of rubber powder (powdery rubber material obtained by crushing waste rubber products) and 70 parts by weight of stone powder (calcium silicate powder), and stirring for 2.0 hours to obtain the coating material.
Pouring the coating material into a mould, slowly coating the surface of the polyester felt body with uniform speed and a coating thickness of 3mm, wherein the height of a discharge port of the mould is 2mm, the width of the discharge port of the mould is 300mm, and covering a silicone oil isolating membrane after cooling to room temperature to obtain the self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coiled material; the structure of the mould is schematically shown in figure 2.
Example 2
The formula of the waterproof asphalt comprises: 56 parts of No. 70 asphalt and 44 parts of base oil.
The formula of the base oil is as follows: reducing 17 parts of second-line wax oil and 7 parts of third-line wax oil.
The blended crude oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of crude oil and 5 parts of coker gas oil.
The preparation method of the base oil comprises the following steps: and compounding and mixing 17 parts of second-line wax reducing oil and 7 parts of third-line wax reducing oil, and stirring for 0.5 hour at room temperature to obtain the base oil.

the formula of the base oil is as follows: reducing 17 parts of second-line wax oil and 7 parts of third-line wax oil;
the blended crude oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of crude oil and 5 parts of coker gas oil.
The preparation method of the base oil comprises the following steps: and compounding and mixing 17 parts of second-line reduced wax oil and 7 parts of third-line reduced wax oil, and stirring for 0.5h at room temperature to obtain the base oil.

Mixing and heating 200 parts of No. 70 asphalt, 47 parts of minus paraffin oil, 9 parts of SBS and 17 parts of SBR at 130 ℃, opening a shearing machine, controlling the rotating speed at 4000rpm, and shearing for 0.5h to obtain an intermediate material; because heat is generated during the shearing process of the shear, attention is paid to controlling the temperature.
Then transferring the intermediate material to a common heating and stirring device, controlling the temperature to be 170 ℃, sequentially adding 8.6 parts by weight of C5 petroleum resin, 70 parts by weight of rubber powder (powdery rubber material obtained by crushing waste rubber products) and 70 parts by weight of stone powder (calcium silicate powder), and stirring for 2.0 hours to obtain the coating material.
Pouring the coating material into a mould, slowly coating the surface of the polyester felt matrix at a constant speed with the coating thickness of 3mm and the height of a discharge port of the mould being 2mm and the width being 300mm, and covering a silicone oil isolating membrane after cooling to room temperature to obtain the self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coiled material; the structure of the mould is schematically shown in figure 2.
Performance detection
The performance of the waterproof asphalt prepared in the embodiment of the invention is detected, and the detection result is shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the W200 waterproof asphalt prepared by the method of the invention can meet the technical index requirements of asphalt raw materials for waterproof coiled materials; as can be seen from table 2, compared with comparative example 1, the heat resistance, low temperature flexibility, and peel strength between the coil and between the coil and the aluminum plate of the waterproof rolls prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention are all significantly improved.
Example 4
The formula of the waterproof asphalt comprises: 56 parts of No. 70 asphalt and 44 parts of base oil.
The base oil formula is as follows: 17 parts of reduced third-line wax oil, 7 parts of reduced third-line wax oil and 5 parts of coking wax oil.
The blended crude oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 100 parts of crude oil and 10 parts of coker gas oil.

Pouring the coating material into a mould, slowly coating the surface of the polyester felt body with uniform speed and a coating thickness of 3mm, wherein the height of a discharge port of the mould is 2mm, the width of the discharge port of the mould is 300mm, and covering a silicone oil isolating membrane after cooling to room temperature to obtain the self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coiled material; the structural schematic diagram of the mold is shown in fig. 2.
Performance detection
The waterproof asphalt prepared in the example was subjected to performance test, and the test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the addition of coker gatch to the base oil formulation improves the performance indexes such as softening point, flash point and the like of the W200 waterproof asphalt. As can be seen from Table 4, the formula improvement of the W200 waterproof asphalt obviously improves the heat resistance and low-temperature flexibility of the waterproof coiled material, and the peeling strength of the coiled material and the aluminum plate.
The waterproof asphalt provided by the invention adopts a method of mutually coordinating a crude oil blending method and a base oil blending method, improves the performance index of a W200 waterproof asphalt product in the whole process from crude oil refining to waterproof asphalt blending, and ensures high stability of performance. In the process of crude oil refining production, the coking wax oil is adopted to blend the crude oil, so that the high-temperature performance of the produced asphalt can be effectively improved, and the technical indexes such as softening point and the like are improved. In the base oil compounding process, the second-line wax oil and the third-line wax oil are compounded, and the coking wax oil is added according to a proper proportion, so that the low-temperature performance of the W200 waterproof asphalt can be improved. In addition, the second-line wax reducing oil and the third-line wax reducing oil obtained by the refining of the blended crude oil have high affinity with asphalt and coking wax oil, and are not easy to segregate. The invention can effectively solve the technical difficulties that the performance index of the W200 waterproof asphalt is unstable and the high and low temperature performance conflicts, and the technical problems of the low temperature performance, the stripping performance, the heat resistance and the like of the self-adhesive asphalt-based waterproof coiled material. In addition, the invention greatly improves the production stability of the W200 waterproof asphalt, can better meet the raw material requirement of the asphalt-based waterproof coiled material market, ensures the stable supply of the raw materials and improves the production efficiency.

Claims (8)

1. The waterproof asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40-70 parts of No. 70 asphalt;
40-70 parts of base oil;
the No. 70 asphalt is residual oil obtained by distilling the blended crude oil;
the base oil comprises: reducing wax oil in two lines; reducing wax oil of three lines; coker gas oil;
the second-line reduced wax oil and the third-line reduced wax oil are side line fractions obtained by the mixed crude oil in vacuum distillation;
the blended crude oil comprises:
crude oil and coker gas oil;
the weight part of the second wax reducing oil is 10-30 parts; the weight part of the three-line reducing wax oil is 2-10 parts; the weight part of the coking wax oil is 0-10 parts;
the weight part of the crude oil is 85-110 parts; the weight portion of the coking waxy oil is 0-20.
2. The waterproof asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the reduced paraffin oil is a distillate oil with a distillation range of 325-440 ℃;
the reduced paraffin oil is distillate oil with the distillation range of 395-440 ℃.
3. The waterproof asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the mass percent of saturates in the second wax reducing oil is 60-80%; the pour point of the second-line wax reducing oil is less than or equal to 15 ℃; the kinematic viscosity of the second wax reducing oil at 40 ℃ is 20-60 mPa & s.
4. The waterproof asphalt according to claim 1, wherein the weight percentage of saturates in the third-line wax reducing oil is 50-70%; the pour point of the three-line reducing wax oil is less than or equal to 27 ℃; the kinematic viscosity of the three-line wax reducing oil at 40 ℃ is 60-130 mPa & s.
5. The water resistant asphalt of claim 1, the crude oil being selected from naphthenic base crude oil and/or intermediate base crude oil;
the coking wax oil is prepared by carrying out prolonged coking thermal cracking on vacuum residue.
6. A roll of waterproofing material comprising:
a substrate;
