Background
The woven bag is sewn by using a bag sewing machine, or the bag sewing machine is manually held, or the bag sewing machine is fixed on a guide rail so as to be convenient to move horizontally, and the bag opening still needs to be manually pulled to avoid abnormity caused by bag opening retraction in the bag sewing process.
In the prior art, an automatic seaming device (CN 110644147 a) has been used for feeding a woven bag into an inlet of a sewing machine through a belt which is pulled obliquely, and the sewing machine is pulled by the belt to finish seaming the woven bag from left to right, and the clamping belt moves horizontally along with the bag sewing machine. The existing automatic seam-sewing equipment (CN 110644147A) adopts a rubber belt structure, a bag mouth clamping mechanism and a bag-sewing machine are translated simultaneously, the bag mouth is clamped before being sent into the bag-sewing machine, and the bag mouth is tensioned through the slightly inclined arrangement of a belt. (1) the bag mouth clamping and tightening device is positioned in front of an inlet of the bag sewing machine, and due to the limitation of the mechanism, the bag mouth entering the bag sewing machine and after bag sewing cannot be clamped.
(2) The bag mouth clamping mechanism has large volume, and the bag mouth clamping mechanism and the bag sewing machine are required to be translated out of the range of the packaged objects together in the operation process, so that the occupied area is large.
(3) In order to make the passage between the sack closer and the clamping mechanism, the packed object conveyor must have a back-and-forth translation action, which increases the complexity of the action and reduces the reliability.
(4) The mechanism is complicated, the cost is high, and the maintenance and overhaul difficulty is large.
(5) Due to unstable friction force, the woven bag can generate wrinkles when being sewn, or the woven bag is deviated.
Based on the above, the invention designs a bag opening clamping device for the woven bag seam, which adopts a brand-new mechanical structure to realize clamping and tensioning of the bag opening of the seam.

The upper part of the sack closer 9 is arranged on a beam of the main frame through a sack closer fixing and guiding mechanism 10; the inner side of the stitch of the sack closer 9 is provided with a hole, the clamping rod hanging end locking mechanism 8 and the upper clamping rod and the lower clamping rod in a clamping state penetrate through a hole gap of the sack closer 9, and the sack closer 9 moves along a cross beam and starts or stops sack closer under the drive of the sack closer fixing and guiding mechanism 10.

(3) the clamping position of the bag opening is outside the sewing position (towards the bag opening side), so that the possibility that the sewing deviates from the range of the bag opening is almost zero;
(4) the bag opening clamping device does not need transverse translation, is positioned in a conveying belt seam during recovery, and has low mechanical complexity and production cost and small occupied area.

The upper clamping rod 4 moves downwards, and the lower clamping rod 6 moves upwards to clamp the bag mouth; the clamping rod hanging end locking mechanism 8 is inserted leftwards, the auxiliary baffle 2 moves downwards until the lower edge of the auxiliary baffle is slightly higher than the height of the seam, the conical shape of the pin head of the clamping rod hanging end locking mechanism 8 is matched with the conical holes at the hanging end parts of the upper clamping rod and the lower clamping rod to be tightly combined, the upper clamping rod 4 starts to rotate (the direction is shown in figure 4), the lower clamping rod 6 rotates along with the clamping rod, and the bag opening is tightened. The bag sewing machine 9 starts to run from right to left and starts bag sewing; the upper clamping rod, the lower clamping rod and the clamping rod hanging end locking mechanism 8 are respectively kept in a clamping state and a locking state in the bag sewing process, the rotating torque is always kept, and the bag opening is always tensioned in the whole bag sewing process.
After the bag sewing is finished, the bag sewing machine 9 is reset rightwards, after the bag sewing machine is completely moved out of the range of the upper clamping rod and the lower clamping rod, the clamping rod hanging end locking mechanism 8 is withdrawn rightwards, the upper clamping rod is withdrawn upwards, the lower clamping rod is withdrawn downwards, the auxiliary baffle 2 is withdrawn upwards, the bag sewing machine is withdrawn to the position of the conveying state, and the objects to be sewn are conveyed continuously; and the process is circulated.
