The automatic production line of the PVC edge-redundant carpet as claimed in claim 2, wherein the thickness adjusting assembly comprises a carrier roller, a scraper, a knife handle, an adjusting hand wheel, an adjusting screw rod, a guide structure, a mounting plate, a supporting shaft and a fixing block, the adjusting hand wheel is connected to the upper end of the adjusting screw rod, the lower end of the adjusting screw rod is connected and fixed with the mounting plate, the mounting plate is sleeved on the guide structure and can slide up and down along the guide structure, the lower portion of the mounting plate is connected with the fixing block, a strip-shaped hole is formed in the fixing block, the supporting shaft is installed in the strip-shaped hole, the supporting shaft is connected with the scraper through the knife handle, the carrier roller is arranged below the scraper, the mounting plate is driven by rotating the adjusting hand wheel to drive the scraper to move up and down, and the distance between the scraper and the carrier roller is adjusted.
